I am very displeased with Ashley. Buying several pieces from them and then having an issue and no one wants to fix it. I bought a couch and a love seat going on 2 years in january. A little bit after a year the cracking started happening on my love seat. I called Ashley they said they could not do anything because it was past the one year manufacturer warranty. I then called the extended warranty that I had purchased and they said they do not cover cracking. I do not feel for a $3,000 purchase that they should be happening to Furniture then Ashley claims is high-end. I understand $3,000 is not a lot of money however it's not Pocket Change either for some of us. I feel buying an extended warranty plan is a waste of money since primarily they do not cover anything on leather which was not explained to us. The backing Hardware is worn out I was also told they do not cover that. So now it's loose and the headrest is cracking. This will be my last purchase from Ashley going forward. I'm very displeased with the service with the warranty and the fact that everyone wanted to say there was nothing they can do. All I wanted was for them to come out and at least patch it because it would started as a one little crack has now turned into several multiple cracks that I keep covering up with electrical tape. It's such an eyesore and not something I should have to be dealing with with furniture that was only a little bit over a year old when all this started.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Nikko! My fiancé and I just moved to the area and fell in love with a specific bed set. Nikko went above and beyond to ensure we received our bed in a timely manner, and I truly appreciate all his help! If you're looking for furniture, I highly recommend reaching out to Nikko.

Another pleasant visit to this location. The store has a lot of great furniture options and I’m thankful Carlos expressed which piece of furniture was his favorite. The chair he recommended was a good fit for what I was looking for. It was delivered in an ideal timeframe as well.
Very bad at delivering. The delivery guys ask you for more money. I will never buy furniture from Ashly. I had a very terrible experience with them and I suggest you to find other good furniture stores.

The delivery service for Ashley was horrible. The men refused and left the dresser at the base of the stairs I guess doubting how to get it to the intended room. Due to their limited English speaking skills, the language barrier was an obstacle. The two Latino men weren’t able to follow the instructions I’d given them to finish the job. I had to later pay a couple guys to complete the delivery. The in-store service was fine.
Our sales rep worked with us to find the right sized couch in the right color.

I give them a 2 because their items were more expensive then the online store even though they agreed to match the online price.. They did not have the 60month payment plan that they claimed was available "in store only" and when I placed the order with the store it was estimated to be delivered in a month whereas online you get an ETA of 2-3 weeks. Ordered the couch 5 days ago and they still have not called to arrange a delivery day. Overall, it's just better to get it online.

I ordered over 4 items in-person, early August. No updates at all. They have not answered questions, they claim a strike abroad.. no news to back it up. It was promised end of August, then early September, then mid October and now mid November. Plus having to reach someone at this store is virtually impossible, each time having to call a minimum of 15 times. Unacceptable customer service and service at-all.

We visited several Ashley stores around DC but found the salespeople at those locations a bit too aggressive. They would only give us the final price without explaining the breakdown, which made the process feel less transparent. However, when we came to this store, Lu was incredibly kind and flexible. He and his manager even stayed with us after closing without pressuring us to make a decision. I really appreciate that because when I feel pressured, I tend to walk away without buying. I prefer to shop in a relaxed environment, especially when making a big investment over $1,000. My husband was also very pleased with the experience. We bought a beautiful couch 🛋

I have waited for 3 months for furniture to be delivered. First someone failed to correctly place the order which resulted in a one month delay. They have failed at accountability and tried to make me wait 72 hours or more for a refund. Very dissatisfied and will not go back. I ordered a handmade custom table from another store and it was made and delivered before this place could complete delivery of my entire order.

Do NOT purchase from this store! We went in March 30 and purchased floor model living room set. We got a great deal on six different pieces and the sales person was very helpful! But that was the only good part of our experience. When we purchased, their delivery system was down, but we were told we would get a phone call to schedule delivery the following Monday. No one called so I followed up for several days before the system came back online to schedule deliveries. Then I was told I still couldn't schedule because my floor model items had not arrived... Then the excuse was that everyone was backed up so I would receive a phone call by end of the week or the following week at the very latest. I never received a phone call so I called back for several days and was finally able to schedule delivery. I scheduled for Thursday and received an automated phone call and text message on Wednesday that we would received items on Friday. No one knows why, but I was promised a call from the manager to explain. I'm still waiting on that phone call. Yet again, I followed up with the store only to speak with someone who can't help me because it's not their job, but could take a message for the customer service representative. Still waiting on that call too. Since I purchased on 3/30, I have called the store 18 times. I have only spoken to someone 5 times. It seems that once they have your money, they don't care about anything else. Save your money for another company that will actually deliver and provide adequate customer service.

Poor Service. When want order the sofa, we pay in full even when the item is backordered. Least I expect from customer support is to give me a date when the item is coming. I called twice and all i got is we cannot give you any information on when you will receive the delivery.

Be prepared for long wait times for furniture to ship. We ordered a month and some change ago and our order just got pushed to the right another week even after they told us it would arrive the 5th of March. I will not be buying from here again. I ordered from Costco on Wednesday and they delivered on Saturday of the same week. Ashely’s should be able to do the same.

If you're military don't buy from any Ashley furniture location. Always buy at the exchange it's way cheaper, no sales tax, and free delivery. On December 17, 2023, I placed an order for eight additional pattern pillows, which have yet to be delivered despite more than two months passing since the order date. Despite numerous attempts to contact the store via phone, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance, forcing me to physically visit the store to inquire about the status of my order. Each time I have spoken with customer service representatives, I have been met with uncertainty regarding the whereabouts of my order and a lack of clarity on when it will be delivered. This level of service is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the overall customer experience provided by Ashley Furniture Store. As a loyal customer, I had expected better communication and transparency regarding the handling of my order. Unfortunately, the lack of updates and prolonged delay in delivery have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my purchase experience. I kindly request prompt resolution to this matter and a clear timeline for the delivery of my order. Additionally, I urge the store to improve its communication channels and customer service processes to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. If this issue is not addressed satisfactorily, I may need to explore other avenues for resolution, including filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General of Virginia and Fairfax County.
I ordered from Ashley 8 extra pattern pillows and I ordered on 12/17/2023 still not deliver. Its been over 2 months I didn't get anything & when I call Ashley home store 6001A Kingstowne Village Parkway, Alexandria VA 22315 no one pick up the phone so I have to drive by to the store to get the status on this pillows. Ashley customer service always mention to me still your order in the service department & they don't know when will be deliver to my house that's a uncertain. This behavior really unacceptable and poor customer service also lack of communication. I am not happy with their service and I would not recommend to anyone buy furniture from Ashley home store Alexandria. I feels like they doing scam or fraud business. DISASTER!!! Would’ve loved to have read these reviews before buying anything from this company. Sales guy was great, I guess that’s a given. After purchase, disaster communication. Store manager is about as welcoming as a fart in a space suit when pressed on delivery and mixups. It’s at warehouse but no shipping from warehouse until 2/13/24, they’ll call on 2/12/24 to set a time for delivery. Non call on 2/12/24 so called to schedule a time. Person answering phone says, no, the product is coming into the warehouse on 2/13/24 and the delivery company will call on 2/13/24 to schedule a time to deliver. No call on 2/13/24. Called on 2/14/24, store manger, well, it’s not coming into the warehouse until end of month. 🤦🏽♀️. After explaining the back and forth since early February, he simply answers, your items are not in the warehouse. Zero comment on past conversations with his team. Blank these guys and go Nextdoor to lazy boy, which is where we should’ve gone in the first place. Not holding my breath for the end of month delivery at this point, would be hopefully by the end of summer and with no concern by Ashley furniture store

Avoid!!! I purchased 2 set of couches on Jan 2, and every week they tell me is coming from warehouse next week and we will call to schedule a delivery. So when I finally just ask for a refund they tell me it’s 30% restocking fee. How is it restocking if you never got my Furniture. I should have ordered from C.o.s.t.c.o.
I have the worst experience with the store and its staff. Usually I need to spend hours , yes, hours to reach them by phone. The staff are rude and do not know the meaning of commitment at all. Every time I call to know the status of the order, that is supposed to be delivered on the next day, they come with their usual response that they are waiting on one piece and the delivery will be delayed by another week. This is the same response that I am getting for last 4 weeks and each time I call, the delivery date gets pushed forward by another week. Horrible customer support and no respect for the customers expectation. Never going back to this store again.
Bought several pieces of furniture from here, sales rep was great, however their delivery schedules suck. Would get a better review if it was not for having such an issue getting my order delivered. So far they have told me something different about delivery every time I speak with them. Could not arrange to have everything delivered at same time making have to take off several days of work. Only get less than a 24hr notice as to when your delivery is coming and they give a 4 hour window to have to wait on it the day of. I'm losing out on just as much money taking time off for multiple delivery days as I spent on the items themselves. Oh and my initial delivery estimate of 2 to 3 weeks has turned into 5 to 6 weeks now too. Very very poor customer service when it comes to delivering your stuff.
We visited several Ashley stores in the Nothern VA and we ended up purchasing a Hennington bed set and the Lindenboro sectional sofa with the exceptional assistance from Nelly (sale) and the management folks Malcom, Tony, Shannon. We received both courtesy and value (great pricing) from the Ashley Kingstown store.

Buyers beware – consider exploring alternatives with better reputations for both product quality and warranty services.

Not a great image or memory for someone who purchases something for their family for a long time. Disappointment, the couch is now being split in two deliveries. Week apart. Hope. Is unacceptable and frustrating. In addition I am concerned reading other reviews about damaged and refurbished furniture. I should have never purchased from them. Will see what gets delivered and may change the review. I should have stayed with Article furniture. A whole different story.

We bought the bed from Elizabeth 7 weeks ago and she promised me that we will receive it in two weeks, called after two weeks one of the sales team members told me that we will get it in a week, called again after a week they said waiting just for one of the pieces, waiting another two weeks and called, someone said it just came to the warehouse and u will get it soon, again didn’t hear anything for a week and came to store to talk to someone! Nobody wanted to talk! I was shock, when I compared it with day one when 3 people were chasing me to buy and now nobody wants to talk! I got frustrated and said I want to cancel and want to talk to store manager, someone came and said she is office manager and in-order to cancel the order I have to pay cancellation fee! I got mad with their game play and when I was talking Louder out of madness! She was telling me she will call the police and kick me out of store! I have been store manager in the passed and when I heard that! I was surprised how she was working as an office manager there! It was very unprofessional behavior and the worst! Then the store manager came and this person was even worse then office manager! Free Suggestion to everyone! Please make sure they hand write in your recipe when promising the eta for delivery! Make sure to have proof! The automated computerized written in the recipe says 8-12 weeks for some items, they will game play with you in that and try to deceive youlater! PLEASE DONT TRUST THEIR WORDS, KEEP WRITTEN PROOF OR THEY WILL LIE DAY AND NIGHT!

My husband and I visited Ashley’s Furniture and had a great experience. We were immediately treated by Aman in which he directed us to a few pieces that fit our criteria. Three months in, and we're still getting the same 'next week' response regarding the dining table. My patience is wearing thin. What added to the ordeal was the mix-up with the loveseat. In my absence, my boyfriend accepted the delivery and only later realized we got a manual recliner instead of the electric one we ordered. While the sales rep had given us a quote for the electric version, post-delivery, they conveniently shifted the blame to us, saying we had ordered the manual version. Adding insult to injury, they've taken down the loveseat from their website, leaving us no way to cross-check prices. Their defense? We had signed off on the delivery, implying it was correct. Although we had availed a 20% discount on our purchase, they proposed an exchange for the electric version, but the catch was the price difference, ironically matching our discount. The good: -Great sales experience. -Staff was willing to help -Reasonable pricing The bad: - Good treatment stops after you buy the furniture. - Been waiting for an item for 2 months now, staff said it was going to be ready in less than 2 weeks at the moment of sale. - Everybody in the store washes their hand. Customer support is horrible. - Believe the bad reviews. Notes: Please double check what they are selling and if you agree to something have it on writing. These guys have the scamming tactics on point. It is a shame since furniture is not bad. In conclusion when everything is great they are excellent, when things god bad, they are the worst possible company.
I purchased a mattress, adjustable bed frame and dinning table. The process was seamless. The sales associate Alex and the sales Manager Malcolm took very good care of me. I would recommend purchasing furniture from this Ashley’s furniture location.

My wife and I have been impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff with whom we interacted. Specifically Elizabeth Dawit who, after an earlier order was found not to be available, patiently showed us around the store for replacements. We found the replacements and she honored the discount we had on the first purchase. Also, Shannon Williams handled all the paperwork necessary to change our orders. Both worked together to make, what could have been a frustrating exercise, easy and pleasant. They are great representatives for Ashley.
I walked into the store looking for a bed rail because the one we had for my queen bed was broken. Mr. Carlos looked up the part and told our rail was obsolete. This store has no family values. When i was interviewed for the position i let them know i had court ordered weekends with my kids. I was never given Saturdays off, even with multiple requests. I even offered to provide court documents. For a store that has a motto of building life long family relationships you would think they would respect that and accommodate that. No. After multiple requests for Saturdays off i was told that they cannot accommodate me. After calling off due to not having anyone to watch my kids due to being a single father i was fired. The assistant manager is a young 21 year old big headed power hungry manager. You get yelled at for every little thing done wrong, including requesting your rightfully earned 10 minute breaks. Horrible place to work for, and they make close to 1,000$ for every mattress sold. Even if its on sale. Their only goal is to make money off customers.

The only way I can think of describing my experience with this store is horrifying! We went in and purchased some bedroom furniture. The main concern was being able to get it delivered on a certain date, as we live in a high-rise condo building, and you have to move mountains to schedule furniture deliveries there. The salesperson said the date was not a problem and we could call them after a certain date to schedule it. We did just that, and called them on the first date we were given. We were told by a massively rude lady on the phone at the store that our furniture had been sold, and it would have to be re-ordered and would take 6-8 weeks minimum to get it. I then asked to cancel the order since our salesperson lied to us, and she rudely said we would have to pay a 35% re-stocking fee, even though it was their error. We then asked to speak to the store manager, which we were told was on vacation for two weeks. Then we asked to speak to whoever was in charge. We were told there were 2 others in the store, but they were busy. We asked for a call-back, and she hesitantly said OK. Big surprise nobody called, so we called again and were rudely put on hold…for 2 hours! She kept picking up the line and then putting it back on hold. Then she started screening our calls, and when our numbers popped up on her phone, she would ignore it and let it go to voice mail. This went on for 3 hours. We called the corporate office, and they tried calling the store, and when our name was mentioned, she hung up on them too!!! So, we drove over to the store and found nobody at the customer service desk. When asking a passing salesperson where everyone was, they just said, oh, she’ll be back in a minute. When asked for a manager, we were told they all went home…this was at 5:30pm in a store that is open until 9pm. Then when the rude lady finally appeared at the desk, we told her who we were and that we knew what she had been doing to us with the phones, and she rudely shrugged and said, I’m just doing my job. She said there was an acting manager on duty, and we could see her through the glass window behind the customer service desk, but she refused to come out and help. Then we said we weren’t leaving until our order was cancelled without fees. She then went into the secret office with the secret manager and came back out stating that the corporate office sent an email telling them to cancel, refund our deposit, and no fees would be charged. She did so and wasn’t even going to give us a receipt of anything until we demanded it. In my opinion, being 54 years old, this is the #1 worst experience I have had in my entire life. This store should close it’s doors forever.
My husband and I came in yesterday and Nikko greeted us with a smile and with excitement. He did not follow us around the whole store while we looked around, instead he let us wander and gave us space which I appreciated so much. We were looking at dining tables and he was kind enough to take off the extension piece so that we could see how it looks with out and if it would fit in our space. He gave us a great deal and also assisted us with replacement cushions for a couch we purchased a year ago. He was so genuine and really sweet. His service was very helpful and we were in and out without any wait time. I would highly recommend working with him when you go in to look at furniture if you’re looking for a stress free / easy-going experience!

The second most popular furniture company in America, and less expensive than #1 La-Z-Boy, the furniture varies in quality and offers no warranties comparable to La-Z-Boy. Friendly and professional salespeople. The biggest weakness and failure lies in their presumably contracted furniture delivery process. In my case, I was willing to have a four hour delivery window, fair enough. But when a 11:22 am text with my confirmed address said delivery would occur in “approximately 15 minutes” and the delivery did not happen until 1:11 pm, I felt disrespected. The Midatlantic Delivery Services delivery driver said he used his app to send the text, but the text only meant he was going to deliver in the 4 hour window (in his mind). Even after I showed him the text his app generated he just shrugged his shoulders. If you miss a delivery (if they call and you happen to not answer) they will skip you, and your free delivery will now be costly, and if you try to “return” the furniture you will be faced with a 25% restock fee. It almost seems like bad delivery is a profit center for them, though this is mere speculation. Decent products, but how they fail to manage the final customer touch of delivery boggles the mind.

Now, after countless weekly follow-ups from our side, we keep getting the same response: 'It'll be delivered next week.' If we try to cancel, they want to hold onto 30% of the purchase price. Their service was great when making the sale, but post-sale? It's been nothing but disappointment. We've resorted to using beach chairs and eating off a foldable tray due to this delay. Their attitude changes significantly when you ask about your order status. Honestly, it feels like a complete scam.

Expensive furniture to match the presumed higher quality. At our first visit for a sofa bed, we decided to find another store and found better quality at a "no-name" establishment. Years later at our second visit to replace the sofa bed we were equally as disappointed at quality, price and long wait time; pre-covid.

Received our couches and tables and the coffee table is extremely unlevel and has a few cracks/damage on the bottom. Originally, on day of purchase, told that our items would be in stock Dec 13 (200+ pieces). On Dec 13 I was told that it would now be Dec 23 — planning to have it for Christmas gathering. Then I was told the dates don’t really mean anything when they give them to you and that it could be anywhere from 2-12 weeks. Then I was told by the end of December. Finally came in in January. Long story short, don’t plan on receiving your furniture around the date they tell you when you’re purchasing. Must be a ploy to get you to purchase. As I mentioned, our coffee table has cracks and damage on the bottom side. The delivery men rushed as fast as they could setting the furniture up and did not clean up. Left foam pieces and other packaging remnants. They were careless, sliding the couch on my floor leaving black marks. Ultimately, we did not have a good experience with these folks. I’d look elsewhere for your furniture shopping.

The store I regret going and purchasing furniture I purchased furniture at this store and was given option of 5/3 year financing with 0% interest rate. I chose 3 years option, signed papers, started receiving bills and have been paying minimum payment believing to finish up in three years. One year later, all of sadden, new balance become larger than the amount it was a year ago. Long story short, three year option was lie, they never explain what it was and they rush you to sign papers. The reality is they call it a promotional offer and was for 1 year, where, they charge all interest rates in retrospect from day one at crazy rate if not paid in full in a year. Never trust them, and never go that store agin!!

I would never purchase from Ashley Furniture in Kingstown, Franconia, VA. I measured my apartment and bought a sofa from them, however when the sofa arrived it did not fit in the building elevator. So the sofa was immediately sent back totally intact and not opened (Original packaging). When I contacted Ashley furniture they said, I could change for a smaller sofa but if I wanted a refund they would not refund the total cost of the sofa without charging me a 30% fee. My options were to buy a smaller sofa and I would have to adjust the extra cost by buying something else or if I wanted a whole refund they would charge me 30% of the sofa cost and delivery charges would not be refunded. They were not cooperative at all and only cared to get the 30% with the cancellation. With every option they gave me I would end up at a loss by paying extra. When I inquired with other furniture stores they had no such policy and if furniture was returned a full refund should have been made. Unfortunately, I felt Ashley furniture do ONLY cared about the 30% money and not at all what benefits the customer. My advise is NOT to buy from here because when purchasing they do not explain the sale terms clearly and want to close the deal by signing the paperwork with small prints of these clauses at the back of the paper. This is the worst experience I have ever had with really poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. They took the joy of setting up our new home by taking our hard earned money for no fault of ours. I hope customers read this review and refrain from buying from this store.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a bed, and they failed to deliver all The parts. I went back and forth with them forth for over two weeks. The store Manager Malcom, told me it would cost me $300 to get a refund on a purchase. A purchase that they messed up. Toni the customer service rep was rude and disrespectful told me it was my fault the salesperson made an error.

I ordered furniture in July, 2021. Yes, 2021. The furniture wasn't delivered until September, 2021. What was delivered was damaged and poorly assembled. I mean bolts weren't even hand tight in the dining room table and a leg fell off one of the chairs because it was not secured properly. Then the fight to get the furniture repaired started. I provided pictures and sent well over 50 e-mails to document the delivery damage. It took until September, 2022, yes, A FULL YEAR LATER after delivery, before all of the damaged furniture had either been repaired or replaced. The only reason the furniture was fixed at all is because I kept calling and e-mailing and beating my head against the wall to get it fixed. Everyone from sales to service acted like it was my fault the furniture was damaged and it was nobody's problem to fix. On one occasion, the service dispatcher called me a liar when I said the delivery truck left my house without making contact with me even though I was home. Having an argument with someone on the phone when the customer is "always right" is not what I call professional. It finally took the Regional Service Manager to step in and get everything done (even though he was on the original e-mail chain and didn't act months earlier). As for the furniture itself, everything is medium quality at best and is extremely over-priced. Bottom line, save time and money. Buy your furniture on Amazon.
We visited the Ashley Furniture store in Kingstowne today, and purchased a new dining room table and chairs with the help of Brynn. He did a phenomenal job, and we are very appreciative of his aid during the process. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and informative; instead of it being confusing and arduous, he made it a swift, streamlined, and overall pleasant experience.

Toni was very helpful after we had to return a furniture because it didn’t fit. After an unethical employee from the Falls Church Ashley’s claimed I ordered an additional piece of furniture that I never ordered or even signed for (just made a verbal inquiry), she was able to resolve the problem and take off all the “cancellation fees” for said piece.

I walked into Ashley’s to buy a couch. Nobody greeted me, so I continued to walk around the entire store. I began to wonder why none of the sales people had introduced themselves yet. But I figured they were busy and I sat on the couch I was interested in for about 15 minutes. I saw other people greeted at the door - both couples and singles - so I thought I would walk through the area where several employees were standing around. Still, nobody asked if I needed help. I thought , “ Well if nobody wanted to assist me, then I’m just going to leave.” And that’s when Malique looked up from a computer screen and asked if I was finding everything OK. I told him no but nobody asked to assist me. Immediately, he began to assist me for exactly what I was looking for. His demeanor and eagerness to put up with my questions quickly made me forget that I was about to walk out. Malique made a cash sale today because he was the only sales rep to ask if I needed assistance. Thank you, Malique!!

Good selection, friendly staff and decent order timeframe. Thank you Brynn for your help! Update as of 18 September 2022. We ordered two chairs and a set of pillows. We were told the chairs would arrive around 12 September and that they could be delivered that week. We discussed that since the pillows were going to arrive later we could come pick them up at the store so that we wouldn’t be charged two delivery fees. I did not receive a call from the store this week as we thought we would based on the time we were given. I called today to find out what was going on and was told the chairs were in stock but they were waiting on the pillows. They confirmed the notes showed we should have gotten the chairs delivered before the pillows arrived. When they went to book or delivery nothing was available this week so we have to wait an additional two weeks. I would not rely on the timeframe they give you when you should get the items. I have never had this issue with a furniture store before. I’m hoping this can be resolved and the chairs can be delivered this week.

Bad customer service. The office manager Teresa Fulton is not knowledgeable at all, also with Toni. I called almost everyday to follow up with my bed mattress, no communication at all between employees, no action taken to make things happen. Apologizing is their expertise. They hang up on you because they cannot give you answers. I love Ashley furnitures but the employees who provide services I will never recommend these two. How can you deliver a bed set without a mattress after taking your old mattress!!!!Of course I am mad and will be rude if you give same answers every time I call, "I will email the warehouse". She also ask me why the mattress was damaged. Even though the mattress did not even reached my house. As I said not knowledgeable. My recommendation if you cannot solve the problem, ask you manager who I expect will know the solution to the problem.
Great!! A few days ago we signed the contract for our new house and we considered the idea of visiting some furniture stores. We visited 4 and the only one where we were greeted with a big hello and a big smile was Ashley Alexandria. Carlos is the name of the seller who guided us with a lot of patience and knowledge. Purchased our Carnaby sectional at this location. Scheduled our delivery date for a month later which thankfully they were happy to oblige. The highlight of our visit absolutely had to be our salesperson Tom V! He was very patient while we jumped from couch to couch to couch, consistently offered options and advice as far as the different configurations available and even tips pertaining to our specific living space, all while heavily complimented by his calm and passive demeanor. There was no pressure to make any rush decisions, Tom really made us feel like we were more than just a sale to him which was greatly appreciated and refreshing in comparison to most salesperson interactions. I have bought furniture from many places and Ashley is by fair the cheapest quality. Within a week of purchasing my beds the bed frames and wooden slacks broke. I came in today and talked with someone name David. SUPER DISRESPECTFUL. I came in with my mom and wanted to get the bed fixed because I have warranty on it. David not little belittled me in front of everyone in the store but was raising he voice at me and told me that he was done talking with me and that he was only gonna talk to my mom. My mom looked shocked and we just walked out. We will be calling service instead tomorrow because we will not be stepping in again. All this because we wanted our NEW beds fixed. I hope that David learns how to talk with customers with respect and without raising his voice.

This is quite unfortunate. I am on the hunt for a nice and sturdy sectional. I went into the store and was pleasantly greeted by David and David only, though there were other salesman on the floor. I sat on several couches to test for comfort. I expressed to David that I didn’t want a light colored sofa because I have young children and we spend a lot of time lounging together. He was quite persistent about purchasing a protection plan vs a couch. I made it clear that I was not interested an md would just like a couch. I came to a couch that I liked, sat on the matching ottoman and laid back..I was ready to pay for this set. David said that he wasn’t sure why the ottoman didn’t come with it and why the price wasn’t listed on the placard. He stepped away to find out. A few minutes later a young white male with short hair walks up and says “David said you had questions about the sofa”. I told him what David said, and he replied “the ottoman is separate” and he looked at the placard to show me the price that wasn’t there and then looks on his phone and says “the ottoman is $600”. I said okay, thank you and he swiftly walked away without a word. I typically don’t assume things like this, but this gentleman definitely stereotyped me and treated me as if I wasn’t worth his time. He judged me based on my appearance-which was a big mistake. Do you remember the scene from “Pretty Woman” and “Selena” when the saleswomen disregarded and disrespected them based on how they looked but in reality they could afford to buy the entire store. Think about that. Treat people with respect ALWAYS.
I called to get some additional information on a sectional I was interested in purchasing. I was fortunate enough to speak to Hope. Hope was pleasant, personable and patient with all of the questions I had. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of the product including pricing, protection plan and availability. Hope even told me about a special promotion that will be expiring in few days. Thank you, Hope, for the excellent customer service you provided!

STOP DELETING MY REVIEW!!! Update: they keep deleting my review. This just shows how unprofessional this company is. They keep deleting my review. Do not do business with this company. They have very poor customer service. We spend $5K total on furniture. Stephanie our salesperson was friendly in the beginning but once the sale was done, she was MIA. Her only concern was making her commission. Placed our order in March (paid in full) and delivered in May. The delivery crew was the most unprofessional and rude team I have ever experienced. They damaged inside my home and left our house a mess (paper wrappings and plastic). It was not white glove delivery. One of our furniture came damaged so had to reorder and took 2 months for item to come in. Contacted the store and still waiting for manager to reach out to me directly. Do yourself a favor and buy from another non Ashley Furniture store. It’s now July and nothing.

Keep in mind the item wasn’t shipped nor delivered—this was during the same week I purchased the item. I was given countless excuses as to why my return couldn’t be processed & was told to return when a manager was available 3 times! The original encounter definitely 5 stars, not true for the 2nd interaction.

Great experience, the facility is clean, furniture selection is plenty. Came in today for a couch set, walked out with delivery & a new set. Our salesman Eric was AWESOME! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, although we had a lot of his time he still was patient and again successfully helped us find our couch! We visited Ashley Store for Sofa set, Dining table and breakfast table. We were forced to rush to buy sofa and love seat with lucrative offer of manager's special discount along with current running deal of no tax+ free delivery so we stayed there till 9pm and appreciated everyone else who stayed for later hours to make this deal happen . We were told to make the purchase then and there and it was open for cancellation or any change before 2 days of delivery. Next day when i checked online the price for same item, it was exactly what we paid and it didn't match the itemized price we were given initially. It was our bad that we didn't compare while paying as we were rushed to finish up. We visited the store again and we were told that online price is different than the store price and they cant match it with current promotion of free tax and delivery. Also the computer automatically adjust the prices so the billed price was more. So we requested to cancel the order as we were not happy and were not provided with enough information the previous day. The other manager available mentioned that she doesn't have authority to cancel the purchase. When we mentioned that we were told that we can make any changes she got upset and the sales person, started yelling on us. Store manager finally cancelled the order with really bad attitude. The associate at billing was rude too saying that they all stayed until 9pm and we were cancelling. We felt too much of mental and emotional pressure, I will never go to that store ever although its just 2 miles from my home.
Where to begin? Disappointment after disappointment! They will tell you anything in order to make the sale, and when you ask for them to fulfill the promise, they will charge you a million fees. Although that is legal, it is also unethical. Their delivery people didn’t want to deliver my couch and charged me $200 extra because of logistics. Do I work with delivery? Is it my job to know how can a furniture be delivered? They don’t explain anything about that, not the delivery people who contact you ahead nor the store that charge you for the delivery. We don’t know if a furniture is delivered already built or apart! How do you know measurements of piece to check door size? Now, after promising my table would arrive until first week of June, they tell me my time isn’t up yet… I have to wait until JuLy, when I complete 4 MONTHS of wait to SEE if table will arrive. Until then, if I cancel… they will charge me AGAIN! Same table is cheaper online and the wait is LESS THAN A MONTH!!! Só sabe some trouble, look at the furniture in person at the store and order online! Container service much better too… HORRIBLE FRANCHISE

I had been looking for a new couch and happened to drive by this store. Didn’t expect to find a couch I liked as I had been looking for a while. Stephanie one of the sales agents greeted me and helped me find a couch I liked. She was really great to work with, helpful and pleasant. I was told the couch would take 8-12 weeks but it came in less than 4 weeks! Scheduling the delivery was also quick and painless. The delivery guys worked quick and efficiently. Wish I had gotten their names. It’s been a couple months and have been happy with my purchase.
I found some items online that I wanted to purchase but figured I go into the store to see the items in person and purchase in store. No one greeted me. I walked around the store three times and no one came to assist. Everyone was on their phone and one person was helping a customer with a sale. I left and will just order the products online.
Customer Service Representative Hope Wiley was exceptionally courteous and incredibly helpful. Ms. Wiley assisted me with an order and delivery issue and effectively communicated an appropriate resolution to me. Ms. Wiley's impressive professionalism has guaranteed my future purchases from Ashley (Kingstowne/Alexandria).
After purchasing a reclining love seat in November '21, we've had to call for months on end to get a warranty repair order scheduled. We've followed up no less than 15x. They promise to email the repair department, we've spoken to managers, we've been told we'll need to wait for a call back and NOTHING. Its been 7 months with a broken piece of furniture from the very start. This store's staff has no accountability and they are rude and dismissive. I even tried chatting with corporate via the Ashely website and they only refer you back to the store. Do not recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture (especially the Kingstowne location) for any reason.
This store deserves zero stars. They are so incompetent and unprofessional with returning phone calls and doing what they are responsible for and what you are paying them to do. I can never get a hold of a manager and they keep “taking my number down” and never call back to discuss my issues. It’s been 7 months and I still haven’t received my items. On the day of my delivery this week I get a call from the warehouse saying my items are damaged and will need to be reordered so that’s another 7-8 months. Save yourself the headache and MISERY of dealing with them and order furniture from elsewhere.

Damon Vass was my sales consultant who definitely has superb product knowledge and listens carefully to address the desires of the customer. Delivery of items were as stated (under promised and over delivered).
I went to Ashley to buy a new couch and it was a great experience. They had a good selection of different couches to choose from, and one that really fit what I was looking for at a decent price for the quality. Shahrukh was the sales associated who helped me with the purchase. He was a pleasure to talk to about food and travel. With fair prices and friendly employees, I would definitely pay another visit to this particular Ashley for any furniture needs.
Overall, I'd give the full experience 4 stars, but my experience with Elizabeth at the store was definitely 5 stars! She was wonderful, extremely helpful, and was very prompt in helping us sort out an issue with delivery. Beyond that, she did her absolute best to help us sort figuring out how to get a headboard bracket for our adjustable base. She was on top of things, always very kind, and we were very pleased with her service!
Very smooth process from purchase to delivery. The salesman was very helpful and friendly, got our item ordered at a reasonable price. Our couch was ready earlier than expected, and the delivery team they contracted had it off the truck and set up in our home and back out the door in 10 minutes flat.
The salesperson was great. Everything else after that has been a miserable experience. Purchased a living room set in October and was told 8-12 weeks. This is the magic number it seems they give everyone based on previous reviews. It is an absolute lie. It is now the end of April and we still do not have all the pieces of our order. We JUST received the couch, with damaged parts, and were told the rest of our order will be deliver in July. If all this wasn't bad enough, the agent we keep encountering is so extremely rude. Zero stars. Save your time, energy, and money and stay away.
Fantastic store to shop in. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. The employee walked us around the whole store and was very patient with me. We ended up getting a sectional for a great price, we finished everything up in less than a hour.

Placed an order October 2021 and I still do not have my furniture. The issue for me is the lack of communication combined with an evasive staff. I have been promised discounts and a call from the regional manager for weeks. I have not received either. When I call and ask to evaluate my issue the staff responds as though the regional manager is impossible to reach. AND Did I mention, I still don't have my furniture???

Elizabeth and Amazon was super great with their customer service. They tried to give me the best price that can with taxes and shipping included and was transparent regarding shipping date. My couch was in stock and it took only 3 days to ship to my house. I can’t wait for my couch! Will definitely be back in the future. The older bad reviews I feel like they are from online orders. I’m unsure of why there is so many bad reviews. I’ll send friends and family here!
Overall, bad experience. I selected the furniture I wanted from the store and the sales lady said it would come in pieces when I questioned the dimensions and whether it would fit. When it came time for delivery (12 weeks later...) the couch did not fit in my building's elevator because it was too long. It did not come in peices and was the entire length that I was questioning. When I called Ashley's they said they'd give me a refund, however, I had to call back to find out that not only was the refund not processed, but I also was going to be charged a cancelation fee of $600. Nowhere was this ever stated! I went forward with the refund after the cancelation fee and can't believe how much time was wasted waiting on the couch to not only not have it, but to also lose $600...I wont be shopping here again.

Upon entering the store, as usual, your always hit with the introductions from the sales person. She was up beat and not discouraged by my haste to stay focused on my one purpose for the visit. After looking around and deciding, maybe not today, I left, then immediately turned back around to make my purchase. Making a bee line back to that same person, informing her of my needs. She negotiated price with her mgr and did the paperwork. And received my items within the window given for delivery. Thank you Ashley Furniture! And Giselle, (pointing at her name tag lol)
These are very deceptive. On the day of purchase, they promise you that all your items will arrive in one or two months, but they are very false. If I found out I was not buying at all, I would have waited for four months
The sales team did a phenomenon job with the furniture purchase however the day of delivery was a major problem. The headboard that was purchased came with a wooden frame with drawers however given the situation it was best to use a regular metal frame. The frame that was delivered was incorrect, therefore it could not attach to the headboard. The heardboard during set up was put together poorly and some parts do not sit flush with the pieces. A visit to the store to have correct frame ordered was easy. A frame delivery came and there was no hardware to attach the headboard together. Cancelled delivery because it would have been a incomplete set up. Fast forward…. MULTIPLE calls made and lots of discussions all with different employees I was TOLD we do not provide the hardware to connect the metal frame to the headboard and I would need to figure out and provide what size bolts and nuts to use. I was also told that some furniture prices do not come with hardware. What kind of business is this? You’re supposed to deliver and set up. Now I understand that I did not purchase the wooden frame with drawers but any other company would have still provided bolts and nuts for the metal frame, I know this because I’ve ordered it like this many times. I will never order furniture from this store ever again and I will tell people to be very cautious to order from this company.
This place is the worst. They don’t deliver your furniture in a timely manner. The agents are very rude over the phone. The GM is never available to speak with customers. Highly recommend going somewhere else. You do not want to do business with these people. If I could give a -star rating I would. Don’t waste your time.

I am extremely satisfied with the Alexandria Rep named Krissy. She went above and beyond to help me with a re-order of furniture. At the time, my first shipment was not successful, but Krissy made it her duty to help me re-order, change the necessary account information and even added notes for the delivery reps to take all steps to have my furniture delivered. She maintained contact with me with proper follow up through emails and calls to make sure all went well. I am extremely grateful. Thank you Krissy for your hard and dedicated work.

Went here to buy a bedroom set and couch and had a wonderful experience. Firstly, the store is beautifully decorated with furniture pleasantly displayed all throughout the store. We were helped by Elizabeth who was amazing! She really was so friendly and understanding on what we wanted. Total disappointment! We will never buy from them again! My husband and I went to the store to purchase a counterheight table and counterheight stools. We waited 4mos to get the wrong stools. They were barstools, way taller than the table we bought. Called them, and we were told they will change and we hve to wait another 4months!!! No apology and compensation given for the time wasted!

At the end of this they gave us compensation of 5% and a big fat “sorry.” They’ve been lying to us the whole way, avoiding contact with us, and feeding us different information. They gave us a so called “corporate” number that went to a call center that told us to “deal with the store.” So if you want to buy furniture and have it show up 5 months late with a one day heads up that it’s arriving 5 months late than this is the store for you! But if you want furniture delivered on time and excellent customer service avoid this store and this brand at all costs. I also don’t wanna see Jessica in the comments saying sorry. If you want this to get better approve some additional compensation.

We went in to buy a new sectional. I was immediately greeted by Shallo, who was so helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us select an amazing sectional and an ottoman to match.
Would rate 0, if I could. Completed our cash purchase on 26 October 2021. The floor sales agent said although the signs stated 8 weeks, I could easily have my $2000+ sofa in less than 2. It is now 10 weeks since purchase and we yet have a delivery date. After several calls I am provided the same "canned" response: We have one piece in a warehouse pending deliver and one piece still on order. I asked if I can cancel our purchase. Ashley's response is I must wait 2 weeks beyond the required delivery date to cancel the purchase and it will be for in-store credit only. Why would I cancel now, only to wait another 3, THREE, months for a couch Ashley easily took my hard-earned money and dismally failing to deliver on product!!!!! I will never patron at Ashley HomeStore again. I'll add that the sales agent who closed the sale IS NOT the same floor sales agent that "sold" me the couch. False promises to get you to purchase. AVOID and save yourself grief and sore disappointment.

We ordered a kids bedroom set back on September 2021 and still waiting for our furniture. It has been 15 weeks and 2 days and got nothing delivered. Initially we were told 8-12 weeks and we were okay with it. They took our money but nothing to show for. Stop selling furniture until you have your stuff together. I would never ever shop at Ashley HomeStore again!! Its a waste of time and money.

Three Words: DONT SHOP HERE! Back on 9/6 me and my wife ordered a couch and were given an 8–12 week delivery window so we went with them as they were the fastest delivery time. Now 14 going on 15 weeks we still don't have it. Were told that our couch was shipped in multiple pieces and that they are waiting on the final piece to arrive. This store's staff isn’t helpful and will only "talk" around the issue. Tried calling corporate and was told they only help people with online purchases, and I would have to call the store if I wanted help. Hard to believe this store doesn't have anyone above them... I don’t understand why we aren’t getting accurate information. Will never recommend buying furniture from Ashley’s. Honestly, I would give them a negative rating if I could. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
My wife and I were in process of buying furniture and had made a few trips upon deciding on what we eventually wanted .We were treated well by the staff and were happy with the process in general. We bought, had delivery dates set and went home. When the furniture arrived, it was apparent the drivers did not want to make much effort to move the furniture which they thought was too big basically leaving us to measure and try to see if there was a way to bring the furniture in the house. Suggestion! We dont buy big pieces of furniture more than once a decade. Ashley sells big pieces of furniture daily. Please make it a part of your sales process to make sure the customer measures hallways, doorways etc. before purchasing as things are way bigger in houses than the huge warehouses they sit in. We went the other day and was greeted by Krissy who I believe was in management. When I approached her, she knew my name which was very impressive considering I had never met her before. She obviously kept a good watch on who came into her store and what they bought. We brought our concerns up to her and in a very professional way were taken care of and basically just ordered other furniture in lieu of our original order. Impressed with the service at Ashley and will definitely reccomend to others. Thanks!
Salesmen colluded to manipulate prices. I ordered master bedroom furniture and a living room sofa. Since the master bedroom furniture was backordered, Ashley’s purposely underpriced it and up sold the sofa to me since they knew the bedroom furniture would never meet the 12 week deadline and I would have to receive a refund. Therefore I ended up grossly overpaying for just a couch. No one should ever shop at Ashley’s especially this location unless you are a lawyer.
Against the warnings of my close friends; my husband and I ordered a table, 4 chairs, and a bench. They estimated 8-12 weeks for delivery. No problem we don’t need it until fall. We make the order. 8 weeks later they let us know that everything but the bench is at their warehouse. They won’t deliver twice so we have to wait. We get called at 13 weeks to let us know the bench will arrive on the 23rd and they will be delivering. No delivery arrives. We call the store and they say we were misinformed. The bench won’t arrive until later in the week. Just called to find out the status and they still have no information as the bench is still missing. Absolutely fed up, I use to sell Ashley products at my uncle’s store back home. I always knew soft goods was a hassle; but case goods were amazing. I don’t know what happened but I will for sure not be purchasing anything else from this company.

I went to the store with a friend of mine who was showing me the leather couch set she had purchased. As I was browsing through the store a desk caught my eye. Voila, it was perfect in size I love the look it was made of glass and metal perfect to go with my bookshelf for my office and most of all it had the right price. I ordered it online and saved myself some money. Yes I highly recommend going to browse at this store. The young sale person was very helpful in answering my questions.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ashley’s is the worst company to ever buy furniture from. We were initially told 8-12 week. It’s been well over that. Every time we call, we get different answers and statuses about our delivery. They took $5,000 and we have nothing to show for it. I get it.. covid but seriously?? I don’t understand why we aren’t getting accurate information. Will never ever recommend buying furniture from Ashley’s. Will give them another week, if not I’m getting my FULL refund.

Very dissatisfied with our experience here. We ordered a couch back in May (2021). We were told 8-12 weeks for delivery. It is now October and we STILL have yet to get our couch. I call weekly and every time am told that they’re getting a shipment with this specific couch on it on this date or that date and when I call a day or so after the date I’m told, it still isn’t in. We have ordered numerous items from Ashley’s over the years and they have always been our go to place for furniture but this experience has made us want to shop elsewhere from now on.

My husband and I had a great experience here buying a couch - great selection and good prices (made better by the current sales). We were helped by Jamal who was fantastic - he answered all of our questions, was friendly, and gave us the time and space to wander around the store at our own pace. went to the store in search for a new couch for my new place. unfortunately we felt like we were bing followed as soon as we walked in the store, the salesmen were following us everywhere we go. wherever we went they were a few feet behind. at first I thought they were trying to pitch some sales line to us, unfortunately that was not the case. if it was up to me, they would not have gotten my business, but I was not alone. We managed to make a purchase and paid on spot... staff needs proper training as to sales pitch and customer service.
The furniture is nice. The salesmen were like used car salesmen. They follow you around, making you feel uncomfortable. They should try no hassle and no haggle. I'm going to look at and buy furniture not make friends with the salesperson. They also try every trick in the book to get you to purchase a warranty as if you were born yesterday. I haven't received the furniture yet so I can't speak for it yet. I'm hoping it doesn't have any scratches when it arrives.
Recently shopped for a mattress. Decided to give Ashley a try after seeing a commercial on tv. Found one similar to what I was replacing on their website. I was having an issue getting an additional 10% off on the website so I went to the kingstowne location. A lady by the name Diva helped me. She was AWESOME. I got the price I was looking for, the mattress was delivered a couple of weeks later ( not the lengthy time of other places) and the old mattress was taken away. I would highly recommend giving this location a try and ask for Diva!! Shoutout to Malcolm as well 👍👍👍

First of all I want to start by saying that this was one of the most amazing experience that me and my family went through. The customer service level is amazing. Sale representative Diva took her time to understand what our needs were as a family she went above and beyond the expectations. My husband just recently went to the hospital for back problems we were debating on getting a bed and I can tell you that they have the best therapeutic beds. The manager there on duty went above and beyond in making sure that we get the bed as soon as possible. Everyone was very courteous. I am glad we went there and not to the other place. They won me over, they have a customer for life thank you again to all the staff of Ashley‘s furniture for your help. I will be giving another review to the delivery just so you guys are aware of that as well. I am a first time buyer and Ashley‘s furniture.

Very pleasant experience with a no pressure atmosphere. Furniture was beautifully displayed, looked very nice with some high end pieces. Our sales person, Shahrukh, was amazing, walking around with us suggesting pieces based on his interior design background and what we told him we gravitated toward. He was patient and didn’t pressure us when I told him I needed time to think about it. Plus, he was honestly trying to help get us the best price. Overall, great experience and would go back without hesitation.

Mr. Malcom the Manager was so patient with me, I changed my mind several times even after leaving the store but he was so patient and understanding and did not get frustrated not once. Malcom was very friendly and very willing and ready to help. Jazzmine that works at the desk was equally as patient and just as nice as Malcom. Let me tell You I changed my mind a few times and they continually just wanted to make sure I was pleased. Mr. Malcom went as far as texting me pictures of different items even after I left the store because I was so undecided he definitely made things easier. The Team as Ashley was awesome. We got more than what we came in for and they even made an extra effort to give us the best price possible. Haider was our sale associate and was just great!

Very good, Kabir and Phoenix were really helpful. Other furniture places take 6 weeks or more but at here we got our furniture the next week.

$100 for a delivery charge on a sofa and I live 5 miles from the place.No thanks. How do you say .... extortion? Clip joint. Walked out of the store. Went to a family owned furniture store on Stockton Hill Road near the post office. No charge for delivery. Got a sofa, dresser and some end tables. Great prices and quality furniture. Ashely ... what a disappointment.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY. They might make you feel like you are getting a great "deal" but the minute they swipe your card they are SCREWING YOU. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Takes over an hour to finally get on the phone with someone - and to make it even worse they now give you a 15 minute limit to stay on wait and then after that they force you to leave a voicemail... that will NEVER GET ANSWERED / RESPONDED TO. For such a large store I would have thought the customer service and overall experience would have been totally different, but I was extremely disappointed and wrong. First the dining set I wanted to order was $485 on 06/03/2020... within less than 24 hours the price increased to $779 on 06/04/2020. I begged to order in store however they would not match the price online as they claimed the online website was not the same as the Ashley Furniture store?? The sales rep then proceeded to explain to me that the price of the furniture changes every day and that it's really "a game" that I have to play in order to get the best price. Real nice. Also ordered 2 barstools in store because they gave me a pretty great deal on them - needless to say the wrong height barstools were delivered to my house, and when I went all the way out of my way back to the store to resolve the issue (SINCE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE) ... turned out the sales rep coded them incorrectly and had ordered the shorter height for me. The workers showed no remorse at the fact that it was their mistake and just expected me to be fine with it and were so inconsiderate when I explained that I would have to make another hour and a half trip for them to deliver the correct chairs. Overall a horrible shopping experience and would defer anyone considering to buy furniture from Ashley Furniture from doing so!!
If I could not rate a star that would be my review! I ordered my sectional from the store on Airline 3/26/20. It was delivered on 3/28 but the couch part of the sectional was broken. The delivery guy not only tried to hook it up to the sectional after seeing it was broken, he tried to get me to keep it until the delivered a new one. I told him to take it and called Ashley and was told the new one was ordered and would be delivered Wednesday that next week. Here we are, a month later and I still have half of a couch!!! Within that month, they have tried to deliver the same part of the couch I already have, the armless loveseat!! I'm furious, I'm frustrated and I'm tired of having to call Customer Care every week to get something resolved that should have been right the first time! I would NEVERRRRRRRR recommend ANYONE to Ashley Furniture!!!!!
A piece of my order was damaged prior to delivery so I received half of my order. When I was scheduled to receive the final piece, no one showed up even though I confirmed the delivery. No one called to let me know. I called the store to set up another delivery time. I received a confirmation for a date that I didn't agree to during this call. Then when it was finally delivered...it was the wrong item. After days of multiple phone calls up to corporate offices (since my local store is closed during COVID-19), I found out that the sales associate in this store ordered the wrong piece of furniture. During this process (that took over a month), I emailed Ashley twice (no response), attempted the text service with no response, and called and spoke with two corporate workers and finally a corporate manager.I signed paperwork stating my availability and cooperation and the potential for additional fees if I was not available at the time of confirmed delivery. I held those standards. Sadly, Ashley did not hold themselves to their own professional standards within this paperwork. I am understanding of troubles know many times things are not within our control...While the furniture at Ashley is nice, to me it is not worth what we've gone through to still not receive the item that I purchased months ago and seemed so easy to deliver to my home. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.
I placed an order for a few items including a box spring which was promised to be delivered on 12/14. I received a call on 12/13 saying the box spring was delayed to 12/23. I needed it for family coming in on 12/20. Simple fix, cancel this order and buy one in the store. Me and my boyfriend called this store at least 10 times and could not get anyone to answer the phone. We ended up calling their corporate office who tried to send us back to this store. Finally after several hours a sales person called us. Finally got the box spring cancelled but the sales manager did not seem to care if we cancelled our order. The customer service at this location is extremely poor and we will not be returning. This is incredibly disappointing since it's a brand new store.
