Ashley Furniture in Bluefield, VA has wonderful employees. My girlfriend and I went in to look for a new mattress. The manager Shannon was quick to welcome us to the store and walked us through our options after listening to what we were looking for. She went above and beyond through the entire process and we cannot thank her enough for her help!
First of all I just have to say Shannon the general manager there is a literal ANGEL! She goes above and beyond every single time for my boyfriend and I. She is so sweet, and has a heart of gold. My boyfriend and I went in to buy a new mattress and she was so helpful. She knows her stuff, and will always be honest with you. Needless to say we are very pleased, and so happy with our experience there. I highly recommend this store and staff, they will truly help you and answer all your questions. Thank you, Shannon! I highly recommend Ashley's Furniture. The quality of furniture is outstanding. We had a great experience when making our purchase. Jordan was attentive and knowledgeable answering all our questions and concerns. He allowed us as much time as we needed to make a decision on our purchase. We are excited for our new furniture to be delivered.

Went in to look at sectionals and came out with so much more. Service was fantastic, answered any questions I had and when I went to change my mind they worked with me on everything! Shannon, the store manager, is extremely sweet and very knowledgeable on their furniture!

We were treated very nicely in this store. Of course, these are high dollar items, so I wouldn't expect them to be rude. But the girl who waited on us went above and beyond just being nice and helped us so much. They have some nice things to choose from. UPDATE: I didn't get my furniture when I was supposed to, so I called the store. The girl there pretty much left it up to me to contact the people in Roanoke to try to find out what's going on with my delivery. We spent several thousand dollars in that store, and they can't even assist me with the delivery.
