Got our payment where we needed it to be for our new couch which we love! Edit:We had to return a piece of the sectional as it didn't all fit in our living room. They were excellent in adjusting the financing and payment. Then we went down to the outlet store and found a coffee table that we absolutely lived, and the salesperson got us an EXCELLENT deal! Mike Di Cicco is the best! I’ve been to quite a few Ashley’s, even this one about a year ago and found the sales people less than warm/helpful. Mike was a lot of fun and willing to answer any questions, he also enjoyed my back and forth banter and made sure we got a great deal! Any questions we had he quickly got answers for and was honest. No over promising, no BS. He also stays close but doesn’t make you feel like you’re being followed. Wonderful experience with Leon Samson. When walking in to the Outlet, he respected my request to look around by myself. Not sure of dining set and couch style wanted. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. No pressure at all. Ended up at the regular store. Leon was very patient, helpful, respectful, measured, knowledgeable, and very nice. Leon even went back to the dining set and brought a chair to compare with rug. Did not feel rushed. Ended up buying dining set, rug, and sofa/loveseat set. I do not like furniture shopping because how sales peolpe jump on you when walking in the door. Totally opposite with Leon. I did not expect to find or purchase anything. Ty Grant, Timothy, four ladies and another guy that knows how to sound a tune, which I can’t remember their names, that helped me on July 26, 2025 at around 11am are really awesome people who really go above and beyond to not just help their customers but to also make you feel welcome and appreciated! They are all very professional, friendly, kind, honest, trustworthy, and down to earth individuals! They do not haggle you around, but instead they give you the space you need to look around, and help you out when your ready for their assistance, and stills gives you the space you need after that to shop in comfort, not rushed or left waiting! They are upfront and honest! And if you do ever run into an issue since sometimes somethings are out of our control, they are right there to make things right, you won’t have to worry about tracking them down or being interrogated by them. They communicate well and will not leave you hanging! For all of those reasons but not limited to, I recommend Ashley’s Furniture Outlet located at 1591 Crossway Blvd Chesapeake Virginia! My salesperson was Alex. He was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. He never was in a rush and the process was very easy. He checked on me multiple times throughout my time in the store.

Had a great experience purchasing a couch through Ashley Outlet - Alex was especially helpful. However, they provided contact with a delivery company that they highly recommended. Paid $240 for delivery of the couch the following day. The delivery process was terrible with the couch damaged in the process and little accountability offered by delivery staff. After contacting their manager, their solution was they would come back and put a cleaning powder in the couch. If you choose to shop here, I would suggest finding your own delivery service. Update - after emailing the company per the response below from Ashley, I never received a phone call or email back.

Peggy Montgomery I have bought several times from Ashely Furniture and have been always pleased. I am not however pleased with their delivery service, Furniture Options VA. I bought a piece of furniture on 05/24/2025, It was to be delivered on 06/08/2025 between 4-7 pm. They called on Friday to confirm delivery, which I did. It is now 7:43 pm and still not furniture. No phone call, nothing and of course on Sunday night at 7 they are not open. Great Customer Service skills have gone away since Covid. Now you are at their mercy. I paid a $1000 for this furniture and the delivery fee. So what do I have to do to get my furniture? The finally showed up at 9:47 pm. Really nice guys. I felt so bad they were working that late.

Came into Ashley Outlet looking for a recliner loveseat. Jasmine offers her assistance but let me look without any hassle. I bought a loveseat and Jasmine was great.

Show room experience was great as expected. we were told we could possible get the rocker as soon as that weekend. After we purchased the rocker we were told it would be one week out. Then when calling to pick up the rocker we were told it would be two more additional weeks and made to feel as if it was our fault. 2 more weeks pass and my rocker is still not here. Told it had been delayed again and that no other options existed, the rocker is still not here and not likely to be here for approx 7 weeks since I purchased it. My child has already been born and home for weeks with no rocker. Wish I had read the reviews prior, great customer experience when buying, once they have your money you will no longer be taken care of. The Amish will build and deliver higher quality products with faster turn around.

Trying to get all $14,000 worth of furniture delivered was horrible. I never got my rug. Rob went to store to get a refund and was told it probably was in the back. Sneakily they took the nasty floor sample and tried to pass it off as new. He asked if it was new and was told no. We paid for a new rug. He was told he could have it for half price. No, I don’t want a dirty rug. Never again will I shop there. Shawn salesman at Ashley in Chesapeake lies continually.

Buying the table was all easy even got to bring it home same day The issue is with their warranty We have damaged occur the same day we got it October 2023 we checked the warranty and it was covered Called them the same day Called again for MONTHS with fake promises it’s JUNE 2024 Still no replacement. So when you call Ashely they are like not my problem call the warranty people. Call them and they say they will fix it within ten days. Well here we are months later with NO REPLACEMENT. Then we were told they would replace it but we will have to buy an all new warranty for the table so I don’t recommend them at all

Alex was super helpful in helping us furnish our living room. He wasn’t a pushy salesman at all. He was down to earth and happy to help us find the best bang for our buck. He was able to give all sorts of discounts as well. I definitely recommend working with him in the future as he made it a seamless process for us. We will be hitting him up for all of our future furniture needs, as the dude knows his stuff and genuinely wants you to get your space how you want it to be.

I had such a great experience at the outlet today. I recently had gone to the Ashley‘s on Virginia Beach Blvd., and had an unpleasant experience. I was looking for a specific chest but apparently it was discontinued. I was amazed when I saw it at the outlet. I was told that it might not be possible to just purchase the chest since it was trying to sell as a Whole bedroom set. Thankfully, Ms. De was very helpful and talked to the manager who allowed me to purchase it which made my day! I had a small problem while checking out, thanks to synchrony, but the ladies were very patient with me. I live in Virginia Beach, but would not mind driving all the way to Chesapeake instead of having to deal with the stores over here. I still can’t believe I got the chest I was searching for! Thank you!

We went looking for an new couch and we had been to several other places, doing price comparisons. Jasmine greeted us at the door and let us know about the sale going on and said to ask her if we had any questions. She checked up on us several times as we wandered around trying out all the couches. She was very pleasant and never pushy at all. When we asked about a couch we liked, but didn’t like the color, she showed us one similar in a color we loved! She also helped us with a computer desk we fell in love with while we were shopping. The Chesapeake store is amazing! Andy (Manager) initially helped me with a gaming chair for my granddaughter. Later, looking for a couch, Andy and Patricia assisted with a Queen tempur-pedic mattress with an adjustable base, Queen bed with lots of storage, couch, and recliner! All of it is amazing, but the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. My husband and I both agree it is worth the money. Andy is the store Manager of both the regular store and the outlet. Both he and Patricia are amazing. A dynamic duo! I would not hesitate to recommend this store and definitely ask for Andy or Patricia. I financed part of mine and paid for part. Andy was EXTREMELY helpful with this. Look nowhere else! Go to Ashley. Andy is a great manager with great employees. The store’s customer service and delivery departments are great. So, to sum it up, the store has fabulous employees, furniture and prices!

Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have a bad experience with the cashier from hell. My rep Ty was excellent and he's the only reason I continued with the sale. But my great experience was ruined by an over zealous cashier that was too stupid to understand that signing for someone is not fraud if you have their permission. My mom was right in the store with me tending to my daughter. This lady saw her give me her card to do the transaction. Once I signed this idiot is going to make a big deal and say my mom had to resign. My mom was literally 2 ft away and asked why couldn't I sign for her. I have literally signed for my mom in front of a bank teller with no problem. But the issue really was that this cashier was rude and nasty the entire time and I know she just did it to be difficult. Ppl with an attitude like hers shouldn't deal with the public. Cashier ACO hope to never see you again!

Would give negative stars if possible. Ordered a sectional at Thanksgiving. Today they delivered the wrong sofa for the second time. Tried to say it was my fault. So sorry I shopped here. The pic is what they left my family with… 3/14/2023 update. I’ve received most of my money back and the furniture has been returned but I’m still being billed $23- no explanation- and I haven’t been refuded the $125 I have paid. Went to Havertys and purchased a much nicer sectional. Just want my money back from Ashley - not asking for compensation- just my money back. Hope that happens one day ….🙃. Ashley keeps saying to call synchrony and synchrony says call Ashely. Really Ashley credit the $141.72. You are crooks.

The Ashley Outlet in Greenbrier looks great. They have a good selection of accessories. The customer service was awesome, and checking out was a breeze. We didn't know what a large choice of quality and luxury mattresses available at the outlet. You should absolutely check it out.
