One month after the contract date, the bed was not delivered, there was no apology, and there was no notification that the delivery was delayed, the worst furniture store

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture. The entire process was filled with poor communication and unacceptable customer service. The administrative office made an error and refunded the wrong credit card. When we brought this to the attention of Deka, the manager on duty, she did absolutely nothing — no apology, no acknowledgment, no effort to correct the mistake. Completely dismissive and unprofessional. She actually laughed when we mentioned the issue. On top of that, the delivery coordination was a mess. After the store emailed us to schedule delivery, we promptly replied on May 27. Despite sending three follow-up emails, we received zero updates until I finally had to call the customer care line on June 9. To make matters worse, once I finally reached someone, they pushed the delivery date even further out. This has been one of the most frustrating and poorly handled customer experiences I've had. I will absolutely not be returning to Ashley Furniture and strongly caution others. The only bright light of the experience was Asha - she listened to our needs when we were exploring which couches we were considering and was patient and pleasant.

Google has prompted me to add more information to this review due to the high traffic. I feel compelled to do this to warn and save people from this horrible company and non existent customer service. Please please I’m trying to save you, buy your couch elsewhere. Any sales person who is remotely good at their job is going to be nice to you to make their commission. The furniture you see in the store is not what you will receive. This is not just my personal opinion but a statement supported by customer service representative Joyti through their 800 number. Joyti stated that warehouses for in store and customer fulfillment are different locations. Customer service is also out sourced to international call centers. There is no corporate contact or someone with oversight to quality assurance. These people have no power to help you. I called within the 72 hour timeframe to request a return. I was told that a message had to be left for a manager. Each time I did not receive a call from a manager. When 72 hours elapsed after no call back I was then told I had not reported the issues in time and there would be nothing they could do. I even begged for the couch to be taken back at a total loss just to have it out of my house. No reply. After just 4 months my $3k couch is dilapidated and causes me significant back pain. I thought I would not have experienced this purchasing one of their "higher end" couches. You will not receive any response or attempt to rectify poor experiences with the low quality of this furniture. I don't look forward to sitting on it to unwind at the end of the day and avoid using it. This is not buyers remore, this is not a lack of product research. This is an abhorrent and humilating experience that will remind me to warn people as often as I get the chance. To the people who work here, I hope your wage is worth your reputation. Update: The email provided only forwarded me to the same endless loop of the 800 "customer service" who reiterated they would not help me. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Please don't shop here please don't waste your time and money.

Crystal was so incredibly helpful and kind. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture I was looking at, answered all of my questions, and I was in and out quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, will definitely come back for future furniture purchases! I know I'm going to love my new couch!!!

My partner and I had the best experience at the Ashley Store. Sierra helped us with multiple purchases, and she is excellent. She is incredibly thoughtful and kind, and answered all of our questions. We are so happy that we chose this store!

Do not buy from Ashley Furniture. We ordered a couch from them during COVID and the order took longer than promised. We were within our right to cancel the order and they begged us not to cancel. We kept the order. When we bought the couch they sold us a protection plan for a couple hundred dollars, promising us all damage was covered. We found out today their warranty company is a SCAM; they do not cover anything, especially what Ashley promised, and they were incredibly rude and manipulative. Ashley refuses to offer us a refund for this SCAM and instead wants to give us store credit at the end of the 5 year warranty, which is over a year away. Absolutely do not trust their sales team. They will lie to you over and over. Promises will be broken over and over. Other stores will sell you better quality products and treat you like a human.

The quality of the furniture is so poor that I wish I had never bought it from Ashley Furniture. They provide great service until you make a purchase, but after that, the service dramatically declines. I bought furniture in 2023, and now I can't use it because it's broken. It's outrageous to spend $5,000 on furniture and only have it last for two years! 😓🥲
