Ordered a sectional, ottoman, and a dresser cancel the order in January it is now march, and I still have not been able to get a refund. Made multiple trips to the store, made multiple phone calls, and sent multiple emails, yet I still haven't received my refund. Poor service and no follow-up. Wish I could give the store a 0 rating.

This was our first visit it Ashley. The staff was extremely professional and went out of their way to assist us. The associate Ms. Hassan took her time showing us various options for the type of furniture we were looking for while working with our budget. She was highly knowledgeable about all the merchandise and the prices. The store’s financing office was wonderful as well, they were extremely helpful and patient.

I recently purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture, and overall, I’m happy with my experience! The store had a great selection, and Crystal was helpful without being too pushy. The pricing was reasonable, especially with their promotions. Overall, if you’re looking for stylish and affordable furniture, Ashley is a solid option. Would shop here again !
Shannon and Crystal were amazing. Crystal was very patient and informative and helped us choose the best mattress and Shannon made the paperwork process go very easy.
Buyer beware. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our order delivery date has been pushed back five times, and every time we call for an update we are given a new later date with no explanation or remorse. Customer service, both on their national hotline and at this store, is not helpful, is unable to provide any information about my specific order, and has made no effort to resolve these issues. I'll never be buying from Ashley again.
I ordered a sofa and loveseat in November 2024, and it is now February 2025—yet I still have not received my furniture. For the past six weeks, I have called repeatedly for an update, only to be told each time that the items are "being transferred to the warehouse" and to call back the next day. Despite following up multiple times, I continue to receive the same vague response with no real progress. This delay has caused a major inconvenience, as we are renting out our furnished home and cannot move forward until the furniture arrives. The lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable. I expected better communication and service, and I sincerely hope this issue is resolved immediately.

Poor customer service, employee at front desk very rude to coworkers. Saleswoman more worried about the sale than what the customer asked for. Incorrect assembly at house. Like pulling teeth to have it done right. We just gave up and called 1-800-junk and bought another bed for our son. They have nice stuff. It’s everything else. $1,800 down the drain on the wrong size bed we asked for in the first place
I bought two pieces of furniture on Nov 30 and they told me it’s going to be delivered around late December but it was a huge lie. Every time I call to check the status of my order they add another month. Now, estimated delivery date is “Mid February” according to the customer service. Really regret doing business with them!!!

There is no option for zero star otherwise we give them that. We tried canceling our order, drove to the store two times, every-time they gave us an excuse. One time they said the manager is not there, next time the regional manager not here. Never buy from Ashley or this location.
Worst customer service ever received. Should always treat customers well even if they plan to buy something cheap. One representative literally told on my face if you are planning to buy under some $ , she has other customer asking help and they are spending more $$ and she insisted to buy online👎👎

This review is on behalf of Elsa Ramos purchase. We bought a a bed , night stand , dresser on labors day and we still have not had a single update or follow up on the delivery. We had to call their office twice and first we were told the delivery would be on the last week of sept or first week of October. I called the first week of October for an update and now the said November. I’ve never witnessed any experience like this before and I can’t imagine if I urgently needed to have a bed to sleep. I am disappointed and hope someone can demonstrate some basic customer service and care skills. Has I known I was going to wait this long I would of gone with a different furniture store.
Needed stoools for a kichen counter we had ìnstalled as part of a renovation. We didnt expect to find anything that would work. Turned out we left with 6 chairs and a table. They fit beautifully and will look great thanks to our sales person!
I ordered my furniture back in August and that transaction was smooth, easy, and my representative was great. The delivery portion on the other hand is not so good so far. We have one piece on backorder and come to find out that Ashley wants to wait until that piece arrives in October to deliver all of our furniture. I then call to have all available pieces delivered only to find out I paid for the furniture to be delivered to my door and not assembled.... now I have to return to Ashley to pay the additional amount for delivery and assembly. If I knew I had to assemble the furniture, I would have saved myself the time waiting for the backorder piece and bought everything on Wayfair. Considering I still have time to, I may return everything and order through Wayfair.

I will keep updating and adding to my review until Ashley Furniture picks up all items from my home. Date- 07-12-24: I have had the absolute worst experience with manager Shawn in the Fairfax Virginia store. My furniture delivered defective. They wouldn’t take them back. They made me pay $150 so I paid them the same day. Till today no one has called me to pick them up. The mattresses were taken out of boxes when they arrived. Both of them are sinking and there’s bulging on the sides. They won’t except them back saying they’re out of plastic. There was no plastic. They came in a rolled up box. Oh and the mattresses are 70 inches versus the standard twin mattress size of 75 inches. I have called the Fairfax Virginia store and the manager numerous times about the issues. He blocked me on his cell phone number. The store associates will make excuses and say he’s not available. They will not give me the district manager’s name and number. I get the Philippines every time I try their corporate line. The people in the Philippines will only escalate my call but no one calls me back. This is causing so much pain to my health at this point. I am going to write to Better Business Bureau about Ashley Furniture. I will make sure to write on every social media platform until all the furniture and the two mattresses are picked up from my home and my credit card is full refunded. Date 07-12 to 07-17: After MANY attempts to get someone out to pickup the defective furniture. Even though I paid them the $150 fee within hours after furniture was dropped off. Supposedly the furniture is scheduled to be picked up tomorrow (07-17) between 12-4. The other issue is the two mattresses. They are defective. They are also 70 inches versus the 75 inches for a standard twin size. They are sinking and bulging on the sides. I want them picked up immediately. Since, 07-12, I was told they will not pick up the mattresses until a technician comes out to evaluate. I paid warranty for the mattresses. Yesterday and today, Shawn the manager of the Fairfax store is supposedly “unavailable” Corporate is telling me today they will not send a technician out to evaluate the mattresses. At this point, I have contacted my lawyer. I’m having chest palpitations at this point dealing with this HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING company. If you want to make things right. You may call me.
Wow, they so quickly reply thank you for a 5 star but their two faces apparent that they don’t give a penny to your bad experience with them specially when it involves returning their merchandise. This location store manager will do anything or lie to avoid you or meet with you to solve the problem.And the Ashley store general manager will ghost you . Wow , this place don’t even deserve 1 star and if I was the CEO of this company I would immediately fire them both . And get involve in helping to solve an issue. So so sad this place is a zero star.

I am extremely disappointed with the Ashley Furniture Fairfax location. I ordered my furniture two months ago and followed up regularly, always being assured that my delivery would arrive on time. However, the day before the scheduled delivery, I called again and was informed that there had been a mistake and my order would not arrive as promised. The manager blamed the previous management for the error. After waiting another three days, my delivery arrived but with missing items. When I called the office, they told me I would have to wait another four days for the rest of my furniture. In total, it took over two months and three separate deliveries to receive everything. No one from the store ever called to apologize for their mistakes. Additionally, I had agreed to a six-month installment plan, but I later found out that no installment plan had been set up. If I had known this, I would have used my American Express instead of opening a new account. I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this store unless you have a lot of time and patience to follow up multiple times.
Crystal did an amazing job assisting us with finding the right furniture pieces for our new place. Discussed the prices and options with us thoroughly and overall had amazing customer service. Very very very pleased with our experience with her!

During my first visit to Ashley Furniture in Fairfax, I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal. She assisted me in selecting my living room set with ease, providing detailed explanations about the different materials and options available. Crystal's kindness and patience made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
My sister and I came to your Fairfax store around Feb.17, 2024. Picked out furniture and was told it would be ready on the first week in March. Around the third week in March the furniture people brought the furniture to my house. They could not fit it thru the front door and stated if they took off the patio door they would charge $150.00. I said no. They took it back to the warehouse and said we needed to pick smaller furniture. We went back to the store that Saturday and they said their computers were down and they needed the warehouse to put in the computer that they restocked the furniture. It has been two weeks and the computers have not been up and when we went back they said the second choice that we picked was not Available and the warehouse still has not updated their system to show the items was returned. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. Now they are saying we could pick out another set of furniture. If I knew how much time and money I have wasted in coming to your company I would not have made Ashley my choice.
Purchased several furniture items from this location several years ago, had a great experience with my sales associate & check-out process. I made it back in today to buy new items that I needed, was greated by Deka my Sales Associate, she was great to work with, knowledgeable, friendly & professional. My husband and I had a great experience here due to Mema's customer service and assistance! She is one of the best salespeople we have encountered anywhere. She greeted us immediately and stayed close by as we shopped to answer any questions without being too "in our faces." We found a sectional we loved and got a good President's Day deal on it. We visited 4 other furniture stores afterwards just to shop around and no one compared to Mema and her great service or to the deal this store offered. We LOVE our new sectional and can't wait until it's delivered!
I am not one to write reviews but I HAD TO because of the TERRIBLE experience I had at this Ashley. This is by far the WORST Ashley furniture that I have been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The store manager there was beyond unprofessional and rude to my partner and I who were looking to purchase furniture at Ashley. Instead of understanding the core principles of adequate customer service, the store manager instead chose to be accusatory and disrespectful to us when discussing furniture pricing. We instead chose to purchase our items at a different Ashley with a much better experience. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. I'd pay the premium to stay clear of this Ashley any day of the week.
All the staff was very helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and the result was that I was able to purchase the recliner that online chat wasn't able to help me with.

Wow the sofa that I ordered was delivered so safely ,people were so cooperative helping and they set everything on my living room as per my designs.And let me take a minute to thank Miss deka Hussein the manager on the Ashley furniture. Omg she is just awesome human ,too helping she made my stress over furniture goes zero. I’m very disappointed in furniture stores these days. The model is simple, customer goes into a store, picks out their item of choice, pays for it, and the item that is selected and paid for gets delivered. Customer service is the focus here and a monetary transaction helps the company. Easy, right? Not in this case, customer goes into this particular store, picks out their item, pays for it, and the wrong item gets delivered. After a whole day of no follow-up, the company finally admits it’s their fault and makes the customer wait another three weeks to get the item that was originally selected and paid in full. However, then tells the customer, they don’t have to pay anything because it’s the company’s fault. Seems reasonable, right? No. Of course the customer should not have to pay anything, they already paid for what they wanted and didn’t receive it. The company (Ashley) should have offered more consideration for the customer who is now inconvenienced for the next three weeks without a couch. It’s hard enough for a young person to begin their adult life and be responsible enough to work hard for the things that they want. To now, not even able to come home from work, after a long day, and sit on the couch that won’t be there for another three weeks. Do better, Ashley Furniture. - Signed a disappointed Parent.

Came here on a random Tuesday to help a friend fully furnish their entire apartment. The service was impeccable - Hasan took great care of us - and we were able to get everything we needed for a very reasonable price.

I bought a couch , full bedroom set and other stuff from this place. One month later one of the seat cushions came apart and they were ok replacing it . 5 months later 2 pillows came apart and submitted a claim for it to be replaced or fixed , no one answers and called the store over 10 times since it has been over a month and they can’t do anything to help . Only given me a phone number that still have thanksgiving message on the recording till mid December.
The staff was friendly but not pushy. They had the item we were looking for in stock, and they were kind enough to match their online pricing for us. The transaction went quickly and smoothly.

We were yesterday at Ashley store and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time there because we weren’t sure which bedroom to choose, but the representative Deka was so helpful and helped us decide which bedrooms to purchase based on what we needed. Also she spoke with her manager to provide a discount since we bought a lot of stuff. Very satisfied, waiting for the furnitures to be delivered.

Never shopping with Ashley furniture again. I was told an item I seen in store early last month was available in a local warehouse and could be delivered by the weekend. After purchasing the item, I was then told shipping would be 4-6 weeks. Annoyed, I proceeded with order, and now it’s past 6 weeks and STILL no dresser. I’m being told it’ll be delivered to the warehouse, before they can even schedule a date to deliver the item to me. It’s been such an inconvenience. I’m regret shopping with them in the first place.

There was no pressure and she let me do what I wanted and was so helpful with her advice. She always told me when I come back to ask for the oldest lady on the floor. She is awesome !

The worst experience ever! I found these flaws the same day after delivery and bring it up with email. They said the service department will come to check. The technician came a week later saying they can only repair, rather than replace. The store said once I signed the yellow paper at delivery they don’t responsible for it. I am now not eligible for replacement or either return since it past their “72 hour” return policy, even though I brought up this issue to them on the same day of delivery and spent a week waiting for their technician! Anybody knows anywhere else has such level after-sales customer service? Do not ever go into this store, that’s where the nightmare starts!

Stay as far away from this store as you can. They have horrible quality furniture. The pictures are from just ONE of the insides of the couch cushions. All of them are like this and my set isn’t even 4 years old. And, the extended warranty they pushed — doesn’t cover this or. Horrible, horrible furniture. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for quality furniture — even if you have small kids like me — which is why I went the “cheaper” route. In the long run, it’s not worth it.

I came in the store looking for a new sectional for my home. I was greeted once I walked in and proceeded to avoid eye contact with sales staff and test out the sofas. Shortly after, one of the sales associates (Michael) also greeted me and made sure I knew the layout of the store. He encouraged me to take notes, take pictures of what I like, and get comfortable trying out the sofas. Michael was personable and invested in ensuring I chose something I was sure to love. He was not pushy about getting a sale. After some conversations over a few days, I made the choice that felt right for me and Michael supported me in making that purchase. Highly recommend visiting this store for the top notch quality service that was provided.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I read their reviews before purchasing from them. Please AVOID this store location. The have very poor customer service and they are scammers. The tell you that the furniture will come in just 2 weeks when you first buy. But they take about 4 months. There products are damaged and broken as well and they wouldn’t do anything about it. That was how it first came and when I contacted them they told me to contact my protection plan instead. Be aware of this location. Worst store EVER!!

Hasan and the ladies at Ashley Fairfax were so great to work with! Hasan was patient and helpful as I took a few days to decide which pieces would be perfect for my home. He helped to measure the dimensions of multiple pieces and mapped out how they would fit in my space, he provided solid advice in general and just made sure I was completely taken care of. We went back the next day to actually purchase the items we saw on Sunday night. The process was smooth and the price was really good. We priced a new bed with frame at other establishments and Ashley offered a better deal for more furniture with warranties and delivery that out did the rest of the stores. Really happy.
The gentleman that assisted us was very patient. We had all 4 kids with us jumping and being kids. He was calm and didn't follow us around in that commission driven awkward way. He answered e d all our questions and sat with us to to go over our itemized list with full breakdown.
Discounts galore! And the shipping was like 180 dollars cheaper in-store than online. Must go back!

This was the easiest furniture shopping ever. Came in one day and found a loveseat and dining set. Returned the next day with measurements of my home to make sure the items would fit and made the purchase. No hassle from the staff, they were very helpful along the way, and excited for the delivery.

In Dec We spent 4 hours picking and finalizing furniture including sofa, coffee table, dining, accent chairs. Sales rep promised that sofa will be delivered in one week and rest of the furniture will come on Jan 13. When we called on 5th Jan we were told that nothing was scheduled to be delivered. It was rescheduled and we were told that everything will be delivered together. On 20th jan the delivery came with only the sofa and coffee table. Upon following up we were told that the delivery will be in April, that too if we get lucky. Or we can take the money back. By the way to take the money back we have to go in person again. What a waste of time and money. Please do yourself favor and don’t buy from Ashley. There supply chain and internal system is messed up.

Great store and very patient sales person named Michael helped us at the Fairfax store. We bought our sofa sectional here and he also showed very good bedroom sets. The store has a lot of good options available to choose from for a reasonable price. Michael was also good to tell us delivery expected dates given shipment times so that we would not have false expectations.

Got my couch before Christmas very unexpectedly!
I am not one to complain, I've worked multiple customer service jobs and I get it, shxtt happens. I'm writing this review to warm others about the unprofessionalism of this store. I made a purchase with Deka on October and was told to expect 4 week delay- I understood this and waited. I've been calling every week since for updates only to get the same response: we not sure when it will come. I asked if there is anyone I can speak to regarding this matter and their response was simply "nope." I'm very frustrated because there are so many other furniture stores, specially in the area, and I chose this one. For future buyers, save your self time and frustration and go elsewhere.

Absolutely predatory sales tactics and customer service is non existent. Shop anywhere else! After receiving incomplete furniture I had to call back no less than 6 times each time being told I would receive a call back. I received no call backs. Finally had got a new delivery and it was the exact same piece of incomplete furniture. More of the same, no call backs. The kicker this time is they left the incomplete bed frame in my room meaning there is no room for my existing bed. It’s been a joy sleeping on the couch for over a month waiting on them to get it right. Was told I would receive a refund and after I drove 35 minutes they said “oh we didn’t say that”. Do you really think I would burn over an hour of my day in Virginia traffic without being told that on the phone? Sheeesh. Just more being lied to and given the run around by customer service.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I made the mistake of purchasing our sofas from here a few years ago and not only was one of them never repaired, but they somehow lost the documentation for the in store credit that I received covering the damaged sofa. Regardless, when trying to order a replacement part I was met with the most incompetent customer service representative I've ever encountered. This woman called me 7 different times over the course of 1 day and even after settling everything in person, because she clearly couldn't do anything over the phone, she STILL managed to mess up the shipping address on the contract which took 2 other people to NOT resolve. Do NOT shop at this location lest you have to deal with their customer service reps. They'll put you on hold, hang up on you, and then act like they have no idea how to do their jobs. It's absolutely ridiculous how any of these people were hired.
BUYER BEWARE! Bought a bedroom set and it took 6 months to deliver. Delivery company brought me multiple damaged items causing me to miss multiple days of work. The delivery company also damaged my walls in my home and never fixed the damaged they caused. Customer service is terrible and no one ever knows what’s going on. This was the WORST buying experience I’ve ever gone through! I will NEVER buy from this company again and I have an account with them! This company will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear just to get a sale and then deliver you poor quality furniture at a high price, my advice save your $ and go somewhere where they value their customers.

This is the worst store I ever been to. We did get a nice piece of furniture however we had to jump through hops to get a refund for one item. I had to travel to this store on three separate occasions. Any other store will do a refund over the phone. Not this one. Each time it is a different excuse. I do not recommend patronizing this location. Visit another one.

I have bought a lot of my furniture from Ashley, mostly because of affordability and convenience since there are many stores. Yes there is a wait time but that’s with every store nowadays. But this time they had to deliver a couch that was delayed twice and then they damaged it while delivering it. When I called to inform them about it, they sent a technician to do ‘touch ups’. He said the entire back needs to be replaced. So I requested Ashley to send me a new one instead of replacing that part, since it was purchased brand new at full price. Not only did they refuse to do so by sending me an email, not even bothering to call me back, they didn’t seem least bit bothered that they damaged a new item on delivery! I am never going to shop at Ashley again. It’s not right to treat loyal customers in this dismissive manner. Horrible business practice and ethics!
Worse customer service everywhere, worse return policy ever. I have backache and I bought a matters last month from this store. At the time of the purchase, they told me that they have 30 days return policy for the mattress and they haven’t say a single words about the fees, and now I have to pay a fee to return the mattress. Folks don’t buy anything from this store.

This is the first time I have shopped in Ashley Furniture Store. I have heard about it as my son bought furniture there a few years ago in Salt Lake City. I met Hasan, who showed me around the store, upstairs and down. I actually bought one of the first sofas that I sat in. Loved the color and the comfort. I also purchased a kitchen table with stools. I really looked out that day at Ashley Furniture. Hasan was very pleasant and helped me throughout my whole visit. I do like the way the furniture is layed out in the store. Everything piece was spaciously arranged and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you Hasan

This place is chaos. They forgot to register my couch for the Protection plan so when I went to file a claim, There was no protection plan… they forgot to give me a receipt in store, luckily I had them email me an invoice but there’s no order number on the invoice I have so I am jumping through hoops to prove I paid for the protection plan! I tried to call the store and no one answered the phone each time I called. Furniture isn’t great quality either. Next time I need furniture I will not be returning to Ashley furniture in Fairfax.

We ordered a sectional and a dining table in November of 2021 and was told our products would arrive by March of 2022. Everytime we would call, we would be told a new time frame and finally our sectional was scheduled and arrived after paying separate shipping. I kept getting the run around on the delivery date for the dining table and kept getting told a few more weeks. We'll fast forward to June 2022 and I am still being told it could arrive at the end of June or sometime in July. I asked specifically if it will arrive in June or July and was told that they are unsure. At this point I requested a refund and will never purchase another item from this company. By far the worst furniture shopping experience I have ever had.

Ms Aicha greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for. She led us to the recliners and was the perfect amount of attentive and aloof. Let us shop without being pushy but there to answer questions when we had them. Ashley furnace is the worst place to Buying furniture. They told you 6 to 8 week to get it but it took over a half a year and the customer service is terrible. The customer service told you the manager will call you but The manager will never call you. If you call back to speak to to the manager and they were told the manager is not there. If you try to cancel it then they would charge a feel I will never buy anything there again. And I had to cancel my order then they told me they gonna charge me to cancel. I will never buy anything from There and I recommend other people never shop there.

We were enthusiastic about purchasing a couch with Mr. Hasan’s assistance. We had our doubts with the price online and the price that was posted in person, and we wanted to match the deal. When we went to discuss this with Hasan about the information we had, the lady with him, Alena came out with an attitude and even said we were not serious about the couch, she asked to see the price online on my phone and then proceeded to throw the phone onto the table with no care once she was done. I do not find that very professional or respectful. The way she handled the confusion was very impolite, and not helpful to us. That took any excitement or interest on buying.

Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase furniture from this location, or any Ashley store for that matter. My family ordered furniture in October 2021, with an estimated delivery of mid December 2021. Two weeks before that time frame, the store contacted us to let us know that our entire bed set was discontinued (minus the nightstands that had already arrived), and that our dining set/sofa set would be delayed to late January 2022. Since that initial delay, they have been calling us regularly, roughly every 4 weeks to delay the shipment another 6-8 weeks, always "due to COVID shipping delays". It is now March of 2022 and we still do not have our furniture. We ended up purchasing our bed frame from another location and as a courtesy to our Fairfax salesman, who specifically requested this, did not cancel the nightstands/reorder them at the second location. Til this day, the Fairfax location is essentially holding our nightstands hostage until the rest of the order (the dining set/sofa arrive)- which, at this point seems to be never. I have called both the store and the corporate distribution center, and their only "solutions" are for us to pay an additional $80 for a split delivery of the nightstands only, or pay $45 to pick them up from the store unassembled. They are holding our nightstands as they are discontinued/unavailable from other locations and are quite literally trying to milk us for even more money than the $5k+ we already have paid (they are still estimating our delivery to be March 23, which is also "subject to further delay"). We have the bedframe and dresser, but no nightstands. We were initially so excited to furnish our home and the prices we negotiated upon purchase in Oct. 2020 were fair. However, this experience has been and still is a complete and total nightmare, and, to top it off corporate is no help either. Please save yourself the stress and frustration of dealing with Ashley.
Pushy sales person and the furniture seemed cheaply made
After buying my bedroom set on November 28, 2021, that is, dressed with a bed mirror and bedside tables and telling me 6 to 8 weeks, my bedroom set finally arrived on January 22, but there was a problem with my dresser according to the driver had a small scratch. Well, we went to see him before he was taken out of the truck, and guess what? the little scratch was a noticeable tear that was hard to miss. I told the driver that we wanted to return it and he told me that there is no problem but that he does not know when the new one will be delivered. and the best thing was that he said that the store went well but that they broke them when they checked it! shamelessly this driver told me this and still expected tip. Luckily I made him sign on his sheet that the chest of drawers was not left but was returned. That same day we called the store and they said that the report had not arrived. The next day, Monday, we called again and they told us that they had not received anything. On Friday we called again and the girl at the reception said that they had received the complete order delivered including the dresser, but that there is a note on the delivery sheet where there is a writing that says that the dresser was not delivered. We went to the store a week later, and talked to the saleswoman and the manager, where supposedly the manager was going to send an email because they didn't know why this was happening and that the manager would get a quicker response. . after another week they called us and said they had to order a new one and we would have to wait another 8 weeks. I can't believe this store works like this, unfortunately we paid for everything in full. My boyfriend and I moved in on the 1st of January, it's almost the end of February and we are still waiting and can't get our room ready due to worse than lousy customer service. no wonder they lose half their customers. is incredible. And the last straw is that in another place but from the same brand I bought my mattress, sofa and table. It doesn't sound fun, but I think I'll last a year without furniture. what disgusting service. If there were less than 0 of course I would give it

Horrible experience. These people are scammers and the only thing that matters to them is to rip you off. I got my furniture after 20 plus weeks even though they said it will take 8 to 12 weeks. No communication at all. Once I received it, one of the chair didn’t fit so I asked the delivery guy to take it back and he didn’t. Told me to call the store which I did but she said that I should have given to the delivery person but she told me that she will me tomorrow. She calls me at 2:30PM while I am out with the family and tells me that w have an hour to deliver the furniture otherwise the return won’t work. I called the corporate office on Saturday who told me that they will call me in 24 hours but they were off on Sunday. So never got a call but when I called on Monday, the lady apologized for not calling me and told me that I cannot return the item and I have to keep it. So they never called me and try ever scam art to make me keep the item. Horrible horrible and I have been buying from them for years but found out their real face in just a simple return
So 4 1/2 years ago i bought a couch from here. I bought the extended warranty that the sales person said would cover everything as long as there were "no paws, and no claws". My couch started falling apart about two years ago and I submitted a claim, which was denied. I recently found a broken bolt on the frame of the couch and submitted a claim, it too was denied. The warranty is not reliable. Not nearly as reliable as the sales people at Ashley claimed.
I am moving to the area from out of state and needed assistance ordering a bedroom set over the phone. Everyone that I worked with was amazing and super helpful! Whereas another local Ashley would not help me over the phone, the lovely people at Ashley in Fairfax made sure I was able to order what I needed and even made sure I received the best price! Would recommend, and I look forward to shopping here again.
We’ve been looking for some pieces at home to replace our old furnitures and came across Ashley HomeStore. The store have a lot of pieces but some design are limited in color. The delivery date they say that it’ll take longer than usual.

In April 2021, I purchased a mattress and 2 accent chairs. I was told the mattress would arrive in 10 days, and the chairs would be 8-12 weeks. What they did not tell me was that they wouldn’t be delivering the mattress separately and I’d have to wait until the chairs were in for the delivery. (Which like, why even bother telling me the mattress would be in so fast if I couldn’t get it?) Thankfully, the actual delivery date was 8 weeks and that process was smooth. However, my customer service experience during that purchase was less than stellar. I felt like I was getting talked down to by the male sales rep and the male manager, and being discriminated against since I am a woman. If it hadn’t been for my father being there to talk, I wouldn’t have gotten the discounts I got. (I felt like the staff was ignoring me a bit in favor of my father.) Cut to this week, when I got a flyer in the mail advertising early Black Friday perks for VIP customers (whatever that means). I had been wanting a new couch, so I figured I’d take a look since the flyer said 60% off all furniture + free delivery (with a purchase minimum that wasn’t specified). I went to the store alone this time, with the intention of working with a female sales rep this time. The female rep and a male rep were the only ones working (according to them). When I tried to ask about the free delivery that was advertised on the flyer, the female rep got heated with me and insisted I was wrong and they’d never offer that and no furniture company would. (I understand there often needed to be a purchase minimum, but my frustration was with the flyer not saying what the minimum was.) After hearing what the price of the couch I was looking at would be + tax + delivery, I said I wanted to walk around the store and think about it because it was more than I had planned for. As the rep was walking away, I heard her say something to the male rep working about how I was being ridiculous (basically). I spoke up and tried to explain my frustration again, and the male rep started arguing with me. Even if I had absolutely loved the couch I was looking at, I wouldn’t have bought it after this experience. No one working at the time deserved the commission from my order. I took my business to a competitor store, got exactly the help I needed with a much better employee experience and paid the same price as I would have at Ashley for a new couch I actually LOVE, not just like. (With a much, much quicker delivery time.) I’ll never shop at Ashley (at least this location) again.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!! My couch was sold to me by Deka, definitely will not be using this location in the future. The customer representative needs customer service training. I was not allowed to talk to the store manager until I explained why I was calling to that particular representative. Warranty is definitely a scam from this particular location. Go to the sterling location much better service. This is a terrible place of business save your money and go elsewhere. They clearly do not care about basic customer service. If I could return this couch I would.
Purchased a dresser and 2 nightstands in June 2021 with a delivery ETA of 8-12 weeks. The salesman and staff went out of their way to insist that the delivery could occur earlier, thereby deceptively increasing my confidence that the product would arrive in the desired time frame. It is now November 2021 (5 months) and I have not received the products, and there is no clear date when delivery will occur. Since August, I have called the store every few weeks, and I repeatedly get the same answer that the ETA is now 2 weeks. I am now looking at December with no end in sight. The store has refused to provide me a cancellation and refund. The store managers rarely call back upon request and force their staff to deal with the complaints, when they are clearly not equipped to do so. I am currently in the process of escalating to Corporate. Overall, I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere. The staff here is intentionally deceptive, lacks decent leadership, and is not customer centric. They are interested in selling product, while delivering the product is not a priority for them.
Do not buy from this store. We ordered furniture in June and were told we should get delivery late September. Well it’s almost November and we have to constantly call the store for a status update as they will not call me to give me an update even though they tell me every week they will call me…yet to happen. Part of our order is at a warehouse and part of not manufactured yet. The store will not deliver the portion sitting at their warehouse because they claim they need to have it delivered to another warehouse. This is their excuse for 2 months now. When I called to try to cancel the order they tell me they cannot tell me whether I can get a refund. So they have had my money since June and I have no furniture to show for it.

Long delivery and poor assembly
I like Ashley furniture but this location is the worst, very bad customer services and the manager elena very rude, my order got delayed 4 weeks past the due date of delivery but everytime we called them they keep pushing the date and argue with us to wait more without even apologizing and try to find a solution. What a piece of $#!t company. We ordered a patio set in June anticipating a very long wait. We were finally notified in September that our delivery was coming, which was confirmed the day of delivery by the driver himself. But somehow our order was canceled after my 45- minute delivery notice. The furniture went missing. Ashley couldn’t track it down and chose to refund rather than deliver. Now we have to start over. Will never buy from Ashley again!

Not happy with furniture. All pieces came damaged with scratches. Customer service awful. Called several times and no response. Seems they sell used furniture.
It's hard to believe that Ashely is allowed to have large sales without being able to fulfill the orders. I'm on 14 weeks without receiving my furniture. Everything I call they say it will arrive that week. So from week 8- week 14 my couch was supposed to arrive, but not one delivery has come. This is an unethical sales tactic to allow for the store to stay afloat while playing the "blame the pandemic shortage". I tried to make a complaint to corporate, but their phone service is set up to direct you to the store. This is super frustrating.
Worst possible return experience ever! Bought a lounge chaise from this store and had to return cause it was not right for our space. They did not disclose the restocking fee or that it’s store credit only. And even if you find some items that they do not have in the store it will take 40000 visits to get any thing done.
I am only providing 3 stars not due to Ashley furniture however, it is due to the furniture delivery which is under Regency. The delivery service failed to deliver my furniture two separate times and the customer service representatives were extremely rude to me. I took a full day of PTO due to the 6 hour windows I was presented on both occasions of non-delivery. Ashley furniture ultimately refunded me the price of my items and delivery fees.
We purchased dinning set last Aug 2020. They delivered the table and 4chairs after 7months and we are still waiting forever for the remaining 2arm chairs to be available. Every time I call them no one answering then phone.
Carlos was amazing, very helpful and caring about details! We definitely going back to work with him again very soon.

If there was a zero star rating then that would be my choice for this store.. Horrible customer service and a blatant disregard for the 60% off all furniture sign in front of the door. The empty parking lot says it all!

I tried to buy a couch on February 19. I was told 3 months. Today is May 30. I had to drive to the store because they don't answer the phone or email. So today the say the earliest eta is now June 15 or 25. No "sorry about that" no nothing. Only, we have no control over anything, and I'm short staffed so I can't answer the phone. If you want furniture it's probably best to go elswhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I ordered a couch in January with a 8-12 week GUARANTEE, it's the end of April and still no couch. Not one person from this store has contacted me to update me or let me know there has been a delay. Every time I call, I'm told call back and check in a couple of days and still nothing. I finally escalated this issue to the store manager, Malcom. Malcom told me he would call me on Friday with a status update. After receiving no call or status update on Friday, I called and I was told he was with a customer but he would call me back as soon as he was done, then no call. Same story on Saturday. On Sunday I went in to the store to find Malcom working the front door greeting guests. He agreed that he dropped the ball and his lack of professionalism & communication wasn't acceptable. He also told me the order should be in the next day, and regardless he'd give me a call on Monday. Monday comes and goes. No call. Tuesday, I call the store again, and Malcom is with another customer so I'm waiting for a call back. I asked for the number to the district manager, since the store manager can't be bothered to update his customers. I was told this is a Franchise location and the only number they have is the customer support with Ashley Furniture Corporate team. I called the customer support number, and all the could provide me with was an updated date to when they think the couch should be here. Now it's up to May 8th.....and I'm not holding my breath. The company has delays, I understand there is a pandemic. But I am getting the constant run around and can not get anyone in management to give me a call back. I paid $2500 for a couch that at this point, I wonder if I will ever see. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
Unbelievable. I ordered a bedroom set from this store. The first time delivery, the footboard was broken & the. Delivery guy suggested he would “fix it with a screw.” Returned it, and had to get the bed in a different color otherwise wait 8-12 weeks again. The second time delivery; they brought the wrong bed and now have to wait again. I would rather pay and extra couple of thousands than have to deal with this company ever again. Seriously, save yourself the agony of dealing with this store. No one nicer than a salesperson when they sell you, but what’s hidden is quite literally the worst f* company to exist/

So I've been sold $712.49 sofa for $800.00 by Juan Carlos. Two people that processed the payment at the checkout did not mention anything too. The paper I signed states they don't allow cash refunds, store credit only. Their phone number doesn't transfer to a person to talk to. I don't appreciate being lied and robbed like that.

I was told it would get to me by November the latest. They told me back in January that they will have my couch delivered but when it got here, only half of the couch came. It has now been another month since then and I still don’t have the full couch. We had a great experience working with Samir. We have a difficult layout in our living room and struggled to find the right sectional, and he found pictures to help us navigate our options and bring our idea to life. Due to covid we do have a longer than usual wait for the delivery, but that’s to be expected and they said they will keep us posted as they need to with any earlier delivery options.

I placed an order in september and 4 months later i still don't have the couch or a date when it will be delivered. This place is a scam and they just take your money, collect interest on it and hope you would cancel your order. You better off going somewhere else. At least you won't be lied to.

Fast forward several weeks and I’m still waiting on my furniture. I call to check in each week and being told different expected delivery dates EVERY time. When the expected delivery date passes you don’t receive a phone call which is the least they can do! Also was told deliveries are only made on the weekend during a follow up call when it’s not true. Was promised a piece would be in on a certain date and the window was pushed out to 12/7 to 12/27. I’d rather them just say we don’t know when it’s coming vs getting my hopes up!! This would give me the opportunity to cancel and take my business elsewhere. If I had known it would take more than 6 weeks I would not have ordered it. The 2-6 week timeframe is a LIE and should not be told to customers when supply is low and demand is high. Never again!
I hadn’t heard back about my invoice in months but two weeks ago Kriss in customer service has been very diligent in keeping me updated. ETA is still long.
I was thinking about canceling my order after not hearing from them in weeks, but when I called to cancel Kriss was very helpful and promised to stay in touch. She has been updating me weekly since I called.
Saw an item online that I was interested in but it was out of stock, called the store and Kriss was very helpful in finding the item plus other similar items.
Came to the store to check on an update on my order, it seemed to have been pushed back weeks! but Kriss at the customer service desk promised she would keep us updated so we could make an informed decision on whether we wanted to wait or cancel. She has been very helpful and has been updating us every week.

Purchased sofa, headboard, dresser, nightstand, and mirror on 8/26/2020. Was told 2/6 weeks for delivery. After ten weeks called and they said it “should” be arriving to their store in two more week. That would have been 12 weeks. Was given a full refund on 11/12/2020 and now am starting from square one again. People were friendly but I wouldn’t shop there if you need anything within three months.

I came ready to buy a dining set. I know which set and I know how much (online price). The salesperson could not give me one straight answer. One minute he gave me a lower price delivery included, then a minute later, delivery not included. A little later, another price and so on claiming that online purchase does not give the option of no delivery ($150 cost), which is not true. He continued to brag about how gave me a better deal and that is what matters. I was very uncomfortable with his sakes tactics. I left unhappy and uneasy. I bought it online for $350 Las than what he offered delivered.
Nice, attentive employees but that's about it. Unfortunately this place just seems really run down. None of the styles on either floor appealed to us. A lot of furniture items looked cheap or from the 80s and yet were thousands of dollars. Also it just wasn't clean. For a random Wednesday night there was trash on the floor and several set pieces that were tossed about.

I ordered a dresser online and since then it has been literally impossible to get any information whatsoever on my order. Nobody answers the customer service line, emails or online chats on their website. The website itself is broken so that you cannot view current order information or status. At this point all I want to do is cancel my order but I can't even do that, because I cannot get in contact with anyone to process the cancellation. They took my money, never delivered the product I ordered, and completely disappeared. I want my money back.
Beware of Ashley and its so-called protection plans - Like many others, if I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a bed for my daughter along with the protection plan. My purchase experience was pleasant, although it seems now that I was mislead about the protection plan. Fast forward, the platform in my daughter’s bed collapsed (thankfully she wasn’t injured) so I called to file a claim. When I called the protection plan company, a representative (name unknown) told me that the defective issues weren’t covered by the plan and offered me the number of a repair company for me to pay out of pocket. I was told that the protection plan would only cover accidents such as stains, rips, etc., but would not cover the platform collapsing which I find ridiculous. Why would I need a protection plan for stains and rips for a wooden bed frame?? I called back to the store (Maria) and corporate (Jackie Smith) and was told that there is nothing that they could do other than give me a store credit for the protection plan amount that I paid after the 5 years runs out. The credit is useless to me because it does nothing to address that I am now in possession of a broken bed that Ashley and its protection plan company are refusing to fix. I don’t plan to give Ashley Furniture another dime of my money after all of this. What started out as a relatively good experience has been ruined. I don’t normally post reviews, but I hope this stops someone else from having the same awful experience that I am having right now.

Never shop at Ashley Furniture HomeStore. We just moved to VA and purchased bedroom, living room and dining room sets there. Everything looked nice on the showroom floor however, the installation at our apartment was terrible. The furniture was not assembled very well at all, cabinet drawers don’t close correctly and they were missing key components of our dining table as well. Actually, it took them another week to finally get our dining room put together. We bought a $3000 mattress and it arrived with a hole in it. We were told to report the issue (which we did) and we never received a response...this is AFTER we purchased insurance with them. Still no answer from them and it’s been weeks. We wanted to upgrade our bedroom furniture (at our own expense) from Queen to King and they refused. What an awful experience, we purchases so many things and they stopped caring about us almost immediately after delivery. We still have more furniture that we need to purchase such as shelves, desks, entertainment center, etc but we will never go back there. The deceptive sales tactics are totally unnecessary. “Once in a year super-sale” but the very next week you find your furniture at steeper discount. Really juvenile marketing strategy that virtually ensures ZERO returning customers. Ashley Furniture HomeStore is a ridiculous, they don’t even take the Better Business Bureau seriously. It seems as though the only way to communicate with them is through your State’s Attorney General. I CANNOT believe these types of businesses still exist.
Ashley has been amazing through our whole process of trying to figure out which direction we wanted to go with our new home. Aisha kept working for us and had tons of patience with our indecisiveness and constantly made us repeated great deals and kept finding us the best possible fit for us. Will definitely be returning.
I was going to wait until the process was complete, but I have no idea how much longer that is going to take. My experience here wasn’t terrible, but it hasn’t been great either. The sales associates are polite, but they definitely do not have the level of customer service that other furniture stores have. They wipe their hands with you once you make a purchase. They will 100% sell you something that is out of stock, so make sure you know that, so when the delivery time turns into 4-6 weeks, you aren’t calling corporate. That is another thing I’d like to mention. Ashley does franchise, so the price you see online is the corporate price, and it will be different from the store. They were able to price match for me, so just ask. Come prepared with the online prices and sit down with one of the sales managers. They did refund me for one piece I decided I didn’t need after really looking at the space I was working with. That was pretty simple and painless. The buying process was easy and quick but the delivery has been a pain. I purchased my living room furniture from Haverty’s and their delivery and set up was painless and flawless. My sales person even called me a day or two after delivery to check on everything. Everything was well protected and their delivery team arrived within the times given. I don’t think Ashley has their own delivery service, so I think they hire outside companies, but I don’t know. The Ashley delivery team for my bedroom furniture was late by 15 minuets, after giving me a 4 hour window. The dresser and end table appeared to be unprotected in the back of the truck, which led me to have to send the end table back due to damages. I imagine the bed itself would have been damaged if it wasn’t in a box. Th delivery guy told me I’d get a call about getting a replacement. I didn’t. I had to call them. I called on a Friday, my delivery was on Monday. They told me they couldn’t do anything until the piece was scanned back into the warehouse, but that, that should be later in the day, and that they would call me back. I never received a call back. I had to call on Sunday. They told me once again that it hasn’t been scanned in. Moral of the story, my bedroom furniture (what I have of it) is beautiful and I love the overall look, but working with this store (I don’t want to blame the company) has been way more work than necessary, and once I complete this bedroom set, because I have to buy the chest of drawers still, I don’t think I will return. The hassle is just not worth it. I wish their system was better, because they have a lot of beautiful pieces. I hope this is helpful to anyone looking to buy from here.

Completley unhelpful if you're a single man shopping for furniture. I got bored and decided to see how long it would take to be contacted by a staff member. Forty-five minutes later a staff member told me I couldn't order the furniture I wanted because all they had was a the floor models, and I'd have to rent my own truck and drive to Richmond to pick them up.

Went into Fairfax Ashley’s on Presidents Day just to Browse. My salesperson Samir greeted me while I was sitting on a sofa and my wife was looking around. I mentioned what we were here for and Samir politely said when we were ready to speak, he will be near. I was not ready to purchase a Sofa set at this time, but my wife located a unique set and the price was very reasonable. We ended up speaking further with Samir and Purchase the set. Our CSR person Georgia was also splendid and made our financial contract go very smoothly. Thank You, Samir & Georgia
My wife and I spent a good amount of money to buy a sofa for our basement from this location about a year and a half ago. After a few months of very light usage, we noticed a problem with the couch, but ignored it. In recent weeks we have noticed that the springs are not working correctly, and the couch now sags and rolls in weird places. I just called the store to ask if they could help me. He said they could not since I had not purchased extended protection. Obviously, we are incredibly disappointed in this sofa, and regret our decision to spend any money on Ashley furniture. We will never purchase Ashley furniture again.
If it were not for the fact that my daughter needed a bed at that moment I would have walked out. Since then I have cut my Ashley card and left it there and will never shop with them again. All they care about is making the highest commission they can. The salesman actually said they would not honor their military discount because it was already so low but if I bought the regular priced set they would. Disgraceful

First off I never leave reviews so for me to leave a bad review says a lot. Unfortunately my husband and I learned our lesson the hard way but I wanted to try to help others not make the same mistake we did. I would not recommend buying couches from here. We bought our couch brand new and I was very busy when we first moved in so we probably already had the couch for a month until I got the chance to sit down and relax on it. I came to find that the couch was actually hurting my back and had no give to it at all. I reasoned that maybe if we gave it a few months to break it in it might get more comfortable. The couch has remained just as uncomfortable so my husband and I went to see if there was anything Ashley could do to help us. We were willing to take the loss of paying the restocking fees and shipping if we could just exchange for a different style couch that would be more comfortable. We were originally told over the phone that this wouldn’t be a problem and we just needed to come to the store to arrange the exchange. However, when we got to the store the store manager basically laughed in our faces, was extremely rude and told us that after 24 hours of having the couch in our possession nothing could be done. Talk about basic customer service skills and standing behind your product. They obviously know that they are selling junk and don’t want there to be any way for you to get your money back. Also for the sake of the employees of this location I will say that everyone else who helped us with the sales process was extremely nice and professional except for the store manager. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I hope this helps someone and I now know to always read store reviews before making a purchase.
The pricing is insanely inflated. I understand trying to turn a profit but we saw an item on their website for $200, in the store the tag listed it over $900. Little much. I don't think anyone took any time to even try to price correctly. Anything over a 100% markup is unreal.

From the time we bought the couch it has been a miserable experience. We noticed 3 cuts in our new couch later than the 72 hour policy they have on reporting damages and there is now nothing they can do for us, or so they say. it didn’t seem like they cared anyway. The contractors Ashley Furniture uses to deliver used box cutters on the plastic and cut the couch. My advice would be not to shop Ashley Furniture, or if you do make that mistake buy the warranty because the two people they find off the streets to deliver it will most likely do it again. Will not shop Ashley Furniture again.
If I could give no stars I would. We purchased a new couch, not the floor model, new from the warehouse. The instore experience was good but when they delivered the couch we either got a used coach or the floor model. The cushions and pillows have stains, crayon marks and pen marks all over them. We called the store as the delivery truck was driving away from our house. They indicated they really could do nothing expect log a ticket and have someone contact us in 5-7 business days. They suggested if that was not satisfactory to call Corporate. We called corporate and got the same run around. We can take your information and have someone contact you in 5-7 business days. No one willing to do anything. We paid for a new couch and got a used piece of furniture. I asked multiple times to the lady I spoke with at Corp to speak to a manager. She refused. i told her I would rent a truck and return the sofa she indicated the store would not accept it and they would not refund our money. Stay as far away from this store and this company as possible. We will never buy Ashley furniture again. I could have went to the thrift store if I wanted a used couch. See the pictures I posted. This is what it looked like on delivery. Huge stains crayon marks, pen marks!
If I could give negative stars, I would. From the beginning of the process, I have not only been VERY inconvenienced but almost to the point where I would like to speak to someone at corporate. We ordered a door buster table and our sales rep said it came in a the color we wanted so we proceeded. Our sales rep told us one price and took our card, then came back with the receipt that was for more than what he had sold us for. He didn’t even check to see if it was okay before he swiped the card!! So then I spoke with the manager and got the difference taken off. fast forward to delivery- it was not the correct color so we sent it back and I called to speak to the manager. They sold us on an item that didn’t even exist. He said that they would refund us the money but 2 weeks later, no refund. I called yesterday to see what was going on and they asked for my credit card number and told me they were going to call me back. No follow up so I called them and they told me that the manager issued the refund yesterday. Every single time I asked for a call from the manager because he is always with a customer, I have to call the very next day to ask to speak to him again. I get you’re busy, I work in sales/customer service too but when every person on your team is rude and incompetent, it makes me never want to shop there and write this review ten times over.
Purchased a majority of our home decor from this store, and have been very happy with the quality and the results.
Mr. Hassan was very kind and very knowledgeable about showing us the lift chair that we were interested in. He encouraged my husband to try the chair out. We were very pleased and ordered one. It came on Monday and my husband already is doing better since he does not have to exert himself so much getting up. After having researched lift chairs for sometime we feel like we were treated well by Mr. Hassan and assistants and will definitely consider buying something else from Ashley sometime. The two guys who delivered the chair were very efficient and took all their mess with them. We called the company and poinformed them we were very impressed with the delivery guys and why. All in all we give 5 stars for every part of our experiences with Ashley. Thank you.
Worst customer service. The salesperson really need to learn not to judge the people from appearance. I bought the mattress from online and went in there to get the foundation since shipping charge was high. I asked how much was the price there. First he told me it was 180 and I said it is different online which was 110 (I didnt know the prices would differ that much) Then he changed it to 150 and start explaining we have a beautiful building we have to pay the rent and other stuffs.. he explained the same thing to me 5 times before showing the foundation. At the end he didnt even showed me exactly what I was looking for. Never going back to this place again.

I came here looking for a recliner and found one I really liked. The sales person told me it would take about 6-8 weeks for delivery. I told them I needed it before thanksgiving which was about a month away. So they told me to go ahead and purchase the chair and to call back in a few days and if they couldn’t get it to me in time they would give me my money back. Well, I’m pleased to say that in about two weeks time they had the chair delivered to me way in advance and I couldn’t be happier! The sales person was super friendly. Natalie I think was her name. Very happy with my experience here!

WORSE EXPERIENCE! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ASHLEY FURNITURE IS A SCAM!!! We were exploring furniture for our new house, unfortunately I walked into this store; Gina, Lawrence, and Skep (District Manager) tricked me into buying all my furniture here. Everything delivered were of very bad quality an/or defective. I have requested so many times to get the furniture fixed. They keep telling me they will work on it but they never do. After calling customer service on many occasions; one lady was honest and told me that the only person issue a repair ticket is Ahmed (Customer Service Manager) and Ahmed doesn't never did. I went to the store again, Mohammad Reshad another manager accepted that my furniture should have been fixed and promised to send a technician. Never heard form him either. I even contacted Ashley corporate office and they stated that this particular store falls under Regency Furniture and owned by Abdul Ayad . Corporate stated they cannot of a help unless the store does. Everyone at this store is well trained trick into shopping and once you have issues, they will give you so much hard time to make give up. Don't waste your time and money here. Don't believe me? go ahead knock yourself out.
This is a mixed score because service and attention-wise I'd give them 5 stars in helping us find what we were interested in. Where I had a real problem was with pricing. I used to think that buying a car was squirrely but furniture these days is much worse. While in store our friendly helper showed us something on the computer that they didn't have in store. Then said, instead of $600 I can sell it for $300. WOW! Right? Wrong. There was only one picture so I checked their public website so see if there were other views and I find that their own website lists it for $180 down from $300. Bottom line, do homework, get in-store prices, politely leave, do homework again and then make your purchase. I will say that when I came back for the 14-day price guarantee they made the change without a fuss. So high marks for cleaning up afterwards. We were very happy to find exactly what we needed here! We could not have done it without Nicole. She was absolutely fantastic, we had our 11 month old with us and she was so great with him. She also knew her stuff, she was able to tell us all about the different beds and was helpful in putting things together. We ended up buying a sectional, two end tables, an ottoman, a bed frame and a king size pro adapt mattress all for a great price. So if you live or are moving to the area head to Ashley and be sure to ask for Nicole.
Medhat youssef was Excellent and very diligent during the furniture purchase process. He answered all questions and provided us a great deal. Medhat was very professional and extremly helpful.
Definitely I do not recommend this store (especially this one). When someone buys something they act very nice to convince you, but the customer service is really terrible, they never answer you and will never care. I’ve been reporting about my damaged furniture for 9 months, it was really expensive and they never respond to me, the manager doesn’t care about calls and claims, until now the only response I get is that they are not responsible for any damage. Every time I call they say they will send somebody else to fix it and they never fix it also payed guarantee for 5 years and they say it doesn’t cover.
My review is based on my experience during the major Labor Day Sale at Ashley HomeStore. The store was busy, but certain employees made sure to greet me and the person I was with so that we knew the details of the sale and so that we would have a point of contact while we shopped. Deca, specifically, was very helpful but not pushy at all. I was looking for a couch/sofa to replace my loveseat and found several viable options. Deca made sure that I was finding things that I liked and, when I decided on one but needed the night to think it over, she told me that that was great and gave me her business card for when I returned the next day. She did not make me feel like I had to decide right then and there about the couch. Rather, she agreed that purchases like these--even during big sales--must be thought over. So, I went home, remeasured my living room, and eventually decided that I would go back the next day and order the couch. Upon my return, though, on the Monday of Labor Day, the store was even busier and, unfortunately, Deca had left early to handle a personal matter. So, I was taken over by a much pushier employee who was being pulled in 10 different directions and, therefore, had little time for me. In the end, I ordered the couch and it is slated to arrive in 2-6 weeks (yikes - but I get it). One thing I will mention is that I told the "pushier" employee that I wanted delivery because I live in a building without an elevator and she told me that was smart and it would all work out. Lo and behold, as soon as I swipe my debit card, the person I was with points out a sign that says they won't deliver to apartments above the 3rd floor when there isn't an elevator. Well, lucky for me, I am EXACTLY on the 3rd floor--but the employee didn't know that. I told her I didn't have an elevator and she didn't mention AT ALL their floor-related policy. Obviously, it's fine for me, but I would have been very angry if I wouldn't have been able to have delivery when I had just, in fact, paid for it. Overall, I am excited to receive my couch--for the price that I paid. 50% off for the Labor Day Sale made it worth it; I would not have paid the regular $1500 price tag + delivery. Now, let's hope my couch arrives without problems.
Purchased furniture here in the beginning of August, specifically a couch and an accent chair. I was told that it should only be a couple weeks max for them to get delivered. It is now one month later and I have been told "the earliest chance I have of getting the furniture is mid September but that date could get pushed back further." I payed for these items up front and no one from the store reached out to me once regarding any delays. I had to call repeatedly to get any sort of information after being told they would call me back with details and didn't. I will, and advise others to, never do business with this company in the future.
I have the Beachwood, OH, store to compare. At Beachwood the service was amazing, friendly and directed to my need. Left to look around freely. But here, I didn't feel I am free to explore.
1 star because 0 stars is not an option on Google. The store sells the furniture and treats you like a king. Once they get you to sign the purchase agreement and collect the money, the store doesn't care anymore. The warehouse is terrible in communicating the time frame for delivery. Then after placing the order OVER 1 MONTH in advance, we still didn't get $1,000 worth of items as was promised. Store says call the warehouse, warehouse says call the store. No one takes responsibility - and now I am stuck with pieces out of my bedroom set and living room set and cannot assemble my bed for at least another 2 weeks. Done doing business with them.

Save your money and don't buy furniture from this (or any) Ashley HomeStore. When my new bedroom furniture was delivered (which was considered their highest quality line, designed to last decades), the mirror was screwed in too tightly to the drawers. When I was moving a little over a year later, unscrewing the mirror caused the wood the crack completely around the screw. Ashley is refusing to pay for the damages since their manufacturer's warranty only lasts a year, despite this clearly being a fault of their design and delivery, both of which cost a good deal of money.

Salespersons are awesome. Great service. But really bad delivery timing. At the time of purchase they told me it will going to take maximum 3 week . Now after 3 week , they are saying 6 weeks. Its awful. No email or message for delay. I request authorities if they can advance the process of delivery. I should have gone to other place. I bought almost all the furniture but now I am stuck with nothing and paying it off alread . I feel so bad and deceived. I request if someone from the main office can help.
First time there and it was a great experience, the employees were super helpful and kind they showed my friend and I around and gave us a good deal. Especial Sina who assisted me in choosing the best material which matched my preferences.

I purchase a bunch of furniture at this store. One of the items is discontinued which I noticed after we got the delivery. And I had to call them for a refund twice and finally they did give me a refund but it was not the full amount and even they didn't count the sales tax. Their customer support is very poor and not convenient. Also I bought this for a 60 month without interest but their credit card company didn't know about this and I had to call the store and the bank twice each. I'm not going to call them for a correct amount refund because I don't want to waste my time. It was not a good experience with them at all. I would not recommend to anybody.

**I sent the following via e-mail after Ashley's asked that I review my experience. I'm posting this on 7/29/19, more than two weeks after the incident and one week after sending this e-mail. I will update if I am contacted.** We are still working with Ashley's furniture Fairfax to resolve an issue. At the moment I am not inclined to leave a positive review or recommend Ashley to friends or family. This is an unfortunate result of us having very high expectations of Ashley Fairfax, that were set by our first interactions, but haven't been met by the last. I would prefer to talk to someone before leaving the following on Google and Facebook, as you requested. My husband and I were ready to leave a glowing review of our experience at Ashley Furniture Fairfax. Our sales woman, Deka, was patient and helpful. The manager, Skip, was friendly and worked hard to get us a comparable price to a quote we were given by an Ashley store in Florida. The warehouse managers were helpful in scheduling our delivery (even if their system isn't ideal) and the men delivering the furniture were quick and considerate of our space. However, when they arrived to deliver our furniture we realized a wrong piece was ordered for us. We received a quick response from every level and all Ashley's personnel expressed how confusing the naming system was and how it was an easy mistake. Everyone [including the awesome Malcom] was so sorry for the mistake and we were told all we had to do was come in and "they would take care of us." However, this is where our positive experience ends. Instead of feeling taken care of, we left feeling taken advantage of. Unlike the rest of the staff, the manager on duty was not friendly. We were not greeted with a smile. When we explained what happened and that we negotiated a price for our furniture thinking we were getting specific pieces - he stated "I'd like to see that original quote" referring to the one received from the Florida store. When we explained we no longer had this, and when we did it was similar to what we were given by our sales woman (a bunch of numbers on a piece of printer paper), he insinuated that we were lying . When we explained that we had worked with another manager who helped us, would he be willing to call that manager - he said "no." He stated it was our fault for not knowing the proper name for the item and not double checking the invoice before finalizing. Even when we took some of the blame, acknowledging we could have done more to ensure the correct piece was ordered, no ownership of fault on the other side was taken. No apologies for the wrong piece being ordered. No thanking us for coming back in and understanding that this is taking more time out of our schedule to straighten out and schedule yet another delivery. No regrets that they couldn't give us the proper piece of furniture at no extra charge. No "taking care of" us. At the end of our interaction with the manager, we asked for the contact information to the original manager we worked with and were told "no." We were told the chain of command was to first contact the store. He ensured us that the message would be relayed and, if the other manager thought it appropriate, we'd be contacted. [This was 7/12/19] It's now been over a week and we haven't been contacted.
Staff at Fairfax Ashley uFurniture are amazing. Loved being their. Mr Lawrence, Rashad, Malcom and Mrs Aisha were stunning. they helped us all. it was a very good experience. I appreciate their time and hard work. They worked hard to make us satisfied and happy. I would definitely recommend this place. excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Thank you guys all for making our day. definitely will go back to shop n this location. Thank you amazing team.

Service in the store was good and we received a good deal, but the people Ashley contract for delivery are awful. They wouldn't move the furniture unless I signed a form saying it was in good condition before I even took it out of the box, and tried to charge me more money when I had already paid the delivery fee. Great service in the store, but delivery service is abysmal.

I URGE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AT ALL ESPECIALLY THE FAIRFAX LOCATION.This store is only getting 1 star because something is required to post a review, this is by far the WORST furniture purchase experience I have ever had. Price gouging and false advertising at best, online the price is SEVERAL hundred dollars cheaper and they do not price match to the online store, I contacted corporate and was informed they could do absolutely nothing for the price because every store is independently owned. Paperwork says you can cancel within a certain time frame but your furniture doesn't even get scheduled for delivery until almost two weeks after you've left the store and then they tell you 2-6 weeks before delivery, which you later find out that is because its not coming from Ashley. I was finally scheduled for delivery only to be able to get 2 of the 3 pieces of furniture that I had purchased because my couch had gotten torn during shipment, so my couch delivery would have to be rescheduled which wasn't until almost another 2 weeks later. The day of delivery I was asked to sign a waiver because the delivery guy was not comfortable taking my couch thru the doorway with a wall there, I refused to sign, the delivery guy did not want to bring my items up the stairs nor inside my condo without me signing the waiver, so pretty much if my stuff had gotten damaged due to their negligence, I could not hold them accountable. Even after speaking with their customer service and having them agree to bringing my couch upstairs and I would take it into my place myself, the delivery guy left and didn't bother saying another word. I have STILL been waiting on a call back from customer service, so today I decided to call them instead and was told my couch was taken back to the warehouse and in order to cancel, I would have to physically go to the store, which I cannot do at the moment because I am out of town on a business trip. I will keep pursuing this because the people are using so extremely unfair business practices and need to be exposed. I URGE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AT ALL.

Do not come here. The manager, named Janni, here was really rude. I asked if they would match online which they would (by the way online is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than in store) but they would charge the online delivery fee of $150 as opposed to their usual $69. On the bill, they literally added on the difference. Anyway, I tried to leave and said that I would come back - Janni rudely exclaimed that the offer was only good then. I know that it is my fault to succumbing to this but I made the purchase then. Came back next day for cancellation (you have 72 hours for cancellation/full refund) but the power was out. I luckily ran into a different manager named Lawrence, whom Janni reports to, who said that he would honor the cancellation/refund. I asked him to write me a note and he gave me his cell. Came back very next morning (now 48 hours) and Janni, the rude manager, claimed I couldn’t cancel my order because delivery was already scheduled. No one had called me at all. In fact, the day I purchased they said that they would likely call in 3 days to schedule delivery. Thank goodness I had talked to Lawrence day before because then he made the rude manager refund my $. In all, shop online and then go in the store to see if you like it. Go to the one in Bailey's Crossroads/Falls Church since it has much more variety and way friendlier customer service.

It was my great pleasure shopping at this great Ashley furniture store. I am very impressed with the knowledge the store associate explained to me during my shopping period. MR. Samir Kohistani, a young energetic and dedicated man with lots of valuable insights when it comes to furniture purchase.
Check price online before buying. They play with numbers like they giving a good deal. Shipping took almost 6 weeks to get to my house. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
The team at this Ashley Furniture location was extremely helpful with helping my roommate and I find the right couches for our new place. Hasan was very friendly and knowledgeable of the items shown in the store. He worked with us for 2 hours (even stayed 30 minutes past closing time) to find us the right deal. Once we found the perfect couches, the manager and other customer service representative (Rashad and Jayda) took excellent care of us with setting up the payment and delivery information. Overall, our first experience purchasing furniture was very pleasant thanks to the team at this location. Our excellent experience doesn't stop there. Two days after our purchase my roommate looked at the couches online and saw that the couch she had gotten had dropped significantly in price. During a phone call to the store, our options for price matching and refunds were thoroughly explained to us by a woman named Maria and we set up a time for my roommate and I to come by the store and modify our purchases. Several days later we went back to this location and worked with Rashad, Maria, and Malcolm on taking care of our requested modifications to the couches we had purchased. They were very time-efficient and transparent with what they were updating on our purchase and my roommate and I left the store with no lingering questions about our transactions at the store. Our experience working with the team at this store set the bar incredibly high for any future places we chose to purchase furniture (or anything else for that matter) from. We will definitely be returning to this location to look at/purchase other items for our home in the near future!
Absolutely great, My wife and I purchased our furniture for our new home at this location. The sale person Sina was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We had a hard time deciding between couple furniture and Sina answered all of our questions we had regarding the furniture that we trying to decide. I can definitely say that we had a great experience and we love our new furniture.
Ordered a beautiful bed frame from here. Told Tuesday delivery with no timeframe. My husband and I work and we have 3 kids. We never received a call, come to find out our numbers and emails were wrong. My husband spoke to the store manager who told him we would have to pay shipping and he was telling her he didn’t think it was fair. She spoke over him and cut him off and told him to come to the store and pay shipping then proceeded to hang up on him. I then called and spoke to her asking her why we were never given a time and how I’m not okay paying for shipping if they didn’t even leave the warehouse (which she told me they didn’t). I told her we would just like a refund and we would take our business elsewhere and she told us they would take 30% of our refund. I have called corporate and I am currently waiting to speak to him. Save your money, and time and do not purchase from the Fairfax Location. So unprofessional

After absolutely horrible customer service at the store, I had my furniture delivered and it was atrocious. On the bottom of my dining room table over a dozen staples were sticking out that easily could of either fallen out to be eaten by my new puppy, or something I could of injured myself on considering these staples were sticking an inch out of my table. The workers delivering the furniture barley said a dozen words to me and rushed through assembly leaving trash behind. The furniture itself is half decent for the price, but I cannot recommend this store due to the awful customer service and borderline hazardous delivery.
My first visit to the store we asked for assistance for the price of a certain configuration for a sectional, and after waiting 10-15 minutes no one had helped us. Later, we came back and after taking their sweet time, I was able to purchase a couch and dining set. However when discussing delivery time frames an employee told us, in front of MULTIPLE other employees, that they only scheduled delivery after 4:30 pm which my fiance and I thought was great due to working typical 9-5 jobs. A week later when we were contacted to schedule the delivery we were told that the delivery would happen between the hours of 11-3. Not after 4:30. After contacting the store about this we were told they had "no idea" why an employee would tell us that deliveries happen after 4:30 and that it was common knowledge that was not the protocol. So why did an employee tell us this, and none of the other employees he said that in front of correct him? Most people would understand how hard it is to take a day off of work at the last minute. Customer service here is absolutely awful.

The store does has some good deals for sofas of great variety but I guess the store managers are least interested in selling the stuff they have. The prices are really competitive as compared to other's in the market but then again, poor customer service and bad attitude towards customers daunts them to buy anything from them. We had been here a couple of times to finalize the furniture but I found the general manager of the store quite rude. He jumped in between the conversation with the representative and said "I would finalize the price since I am the manager and they cannot quote any price". The representative had fixed a bit lower price for the item we had finalized to purchase. He was rude even while talking to his representatives.

I didn't have a good experience with this store. We were in the process of buying love seat 4 weeks ago, one male employee (I forgot his name) was assisting us, but in the middle of the process, he abandoned us and went to different customer because he thought they would buy more expensive piece of furniture, hence a bigger commission. So unprofessional and unacceptable. At the end, a different employee assisted us with our purchase. I wanted to give 1 star but since the female employee was helpful to us, so to be fair, 3 stars is fair.
Don't waste your time. They give you a 4 hour window for delivery and then don't show up. I called the store and was told to either wait longer and we can't do anything else for you. Worthless customer service.
Manager lie about pricing and gives us the most expensive option...also tells about online shopping : online shopping $15 fee don't include assembly / customer service never pick up the phone / they wouldn't take care online shopping issue at store... make us angry and don't want to buy anything here

I was going back and forth between a sectional at Ashley’s and one at value city. I ended up purchasing the sectional at Ashley because of the over the top customer service! Thank you and I will be back!!
Furniture stores should learn to ease up on the pressure and hawk- like employees. The manager here was bashing the online Ashley site claiming he can give us a better deal. They didn't even have the sofa we wanted to see in stock and said you can't see it anywhere and if we ordered online it's not returnable. Seemed like BS to us... the furniture style is also a bit outdated.

I had ordered two pieces of furniture the first week of January and they promised it would take 4 to 6 weeks. One piece of furniture came in at the 2 week mark but I have yet to receive the other piece of furniture. I have called numerous times and they say we will try and get it to you sooner and would call me back. They have two different time predictions in the system and I would never hear back from them until I called again. They finally offered me a $100 gift card which I have yet to receive that or the table I ordered. If i knew it would take this long I would have 100% gotten a table some where else. The faculty working there was nice but horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed and here it is almost March and I still don't have a table. Be aware when buying furniture from there.
Only leaving one star just to leave a review. I bought furniture on 2/10/2019. Number 8 on the sales receipt says the following. Price Matching : If within 14 days of your purchase Ashely Furniture Homestore offers the same item you purchased for less, you are entitled to a refund or store credit. 12 days later I saw the bed that I paid $249 for online for $195. I went to the store to get the price matching honored. I was told at the store that they have to factor in delivery cost from the online order. I got upset because the statement on the sales receipt clearly says ITEM not item plus delivery. I was told the store manager would call me the next day. Of course he didn't call I had to call him. He said the same thing that the sales manager said about factoring in the delivery. I tried to explain to him that the sales receipt says item not item plus delivery. He wasn't hearing it and even asked me rudely if I wanted to cancel the furniture order. The furniture that I had for over a week. I told him no thanks and that I keep my furniture. Ashley Furniture Homestore if you put something on the sales receipt it should not be hard to have that honored. You might as well take it off because clearly you dont do item price matching. I'm applauded that price matching is mentioned on the sales receipt but won't be honored. I will never shop at any Ashley and I would encourage everyone who is reading this not to shop there either.

Ashley Furniture's Rep (Fairfax) told me to contact GBS and they will send someone to repairs. I CALLED THEM A COUPLES TIMES BUT WOULD STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL - That's how you know what a JUNK insurance it is. Finally after a week of trying, MEGAN (GBS Customer Care Rep) picked up and after explaining the issue, she asked me to send the Ashley's Receipt via email. It's been 2 years and few months since I sent that email and never got a response. Still waiting, may be someone will attend to it and respond back. AND THEN COMES THE FURNITURE QUALITY PART After that Incident I knew there is no point expecting a repair or a return. 1. Couch: Owensbe 2-Piece Sectional with Chaise ITEM# - APK-75104-L2 (Picture) Price (without Tax): $910 as of 8/5/2016 In less than a year this counch became a BEAN BAG. Lost all it's firmness and literally threw it when I moved out of my apartment. ***NOW BOUGHT FROM MACY's - SAME PRICE WAYYY BETTER QUALITY*** 2. Queen Mattress(Firm - I believe that's what I got unless it was shipped wrong): Can't Find on their Website Price (without Tax): $660 as of 8/5/2016 WORST MATTRESS EVER. You will wake up with a shoulder injury or back pain. For the first few months it was fine, but then I would wake up tired and would be running late for work every single day. N then within a year it lost its firmness. Recently I went to Ashley Furniture in Fairfax again just to make sure GBS is still their Insurance provider so I file an formal complaint.
Work experience ever! I paid Ashley Furniture to delivery my furniture they in return they hired a contractor to come out to deliver the furniture and they damage my walls and are refusing to repair the damages. It has been a month that I have been fighting with them and they keep referring me to the contractor who will not return my phone calls. The warehouse suggested that I take legal actions however they will not provide me with the contractors information to pursue legal actions. I only have a phone number for the contractor which now he just transfers me to voicemail. The warehouse ( Mid Atlantic Warehouse) states they are not liable since the contractors did the damages, however I feel that they hired the contractor without my knowledge and so they should be liable. I assumed when the drivers arrived to my home they actually worked for Ashley's Furniture. It's very unfortunate cause i really love my furniture and there are additional pieces to my bedroom set that i wanted to purchase but I will not give them another dime of my money or refer them to any of my friends. Ashley's customer service is not helpful, keeps telling me I need to speak with the warehouse. Then the warehouse is so unprofessional and liars. I have spoken with Tiffany Schultz who is supposed to be the Delivery Dispatch Manager, she is by far the most unprofessional and phony manager that I have ever spoke with. She has twisted the whole situation around that she actually stated that she has a recording of my fiance voice telling driver not to worry about the damages cause he would take care of them. That is a total a lie! Matter of fact the driver beg us not to report the damages cause he would get in trouble and would have to pay for the damages out of his own pocket. Mid Atlantic Warehouse is a bunch of Con Artists!

Beware of their pricing! Check online before you go because they will charge you more than their own website. When I contacted them, they said they wouldn’t match their own website pricing! Not a very good way to ensure repeat business. Also not a good way to ensure the experience isn’t shared with others. Don’t bother emailing customer service (as the person who replies to the reviews states) or calling them either (nobody will answer as I can attest to after waiting for over 30 mins to speak to someone before just hanging up). If you’re lucky enough to get a reply or have someone answer the phone, they will only leave you more frustrated and with a still unresolved issue. Lesson learned the unfortunate way.
I have purchased living room items from this store(fairfax store) during the black Friday 17th November 2018 and untill today 1st. Jan 2019 i have recieved Nothing!! This is the worst expierence ever for me buying anything from any store or online. It doesn't not really help when you are nice in store and you deliver nothing to your clients.
To be honest, I financed some furniture from this store, and for the most part they kept trying to sell me more expensive furniture than I wanted or could afford. Which I understand is their job, however they were NOT being helpful or understanding when I told them "no, this is what I can afford and this is what I want. " The sales manager also was not very accommodating with me until my mother said "ok.ready to go? " After 45 minutes of essentially arguing with these people and trying to get it in theyre heads that we were not going to pay for anything outside our budget, they finally decided to be so much more accommodating and flexible with us after we got up to leave. The sales manager did not speak English well and it was very difficult to understand half of what he was saying. He changed his attitude very quickly the moment he realized he was going to lose customers. In the end they helped us get good reliable furniture for a good price, but they seriously need to work on theyre approach.

My experience was nothing short of great! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Aicha who gave me ample time and attention to explain what I was looking for. She even pulled up some other similar options on the interactive display screen for me to view. When I made my decision, I was introduced to Lawrence and Jayda who were also extremely helpful, bubbly, and kind. Lawrence, the manager, is very personable and did everything he could to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. The whole process was extremely easy and everything was explained in detail from payment to pick-up. I highly recommend this location and can't wait to go back to purchase a new sofa set!
In short, this is overpriced temporary furniture. It’s good for short term apartment living, but definitely not quality for long term house - especially not a house with kids. Their chairs don’t last longer than a few months. I bought a bed (mattress and bed frame) and dining room chairs. They look awesome, but the craftsmanship is very POOR. The bed frame had nails that poked out that cut my feet. I had to hammer them down, however this caused me to question the internal structure of the bed frame. The chair legs become loose quite often and we have to tighten them frequently. Mind you, we are still paying on these items. I would have thought they would last longer than a year. In terms of customer service, the initial meeting was great! They are great salesmen/women. You will have a blast. However, if there is a problem, you are screwed. They made a mistake on our mattress and wanted to charge me for that mistake! I would not recommend this store for longevity of furniture.

Nicole was really nice and walked us through the whole store and helped us pick out a good Bed frame with a good price as well. The only concern I have is they gave me a 2-6 week window for the delivery. I am not sure if that helps customers or not with deliveries now a days getting faster and faster. We are still waiting to get a confirmation email or a delivery date for this purchase. We were overall happy with the service we received.

I have ordered my furniture in last day of August. Today is October 2nd. We are in 6th week. But therr is no even a call or news that they are planning to deliver. The sales tag they have everywere says 2-6 weeks. They lie, another friend of mine still waiting for his furniture 8 weeks now. Sales manager as an answer to my frasturation through the piece of the paper, happens that wreaten on the back of order list. That it can take up to 8 weeks. He was dum to understand that I am angree on lie that they feed. Anyway, if you order something you will not receive it in less than 8 weeks just let you know.
Complete waste of time. The associates I spoke with were unhelpful. I was walking in the store and already knew what I wanted to buy but they were trying to talk me out of it. As well they guaranteed they would price match what was on their website but when I returned to the store the next day. They told me know they won’t even though they had the online price listed in front of them and basically just told me take it or leave it after two days prior promising they’d price match. In all don’t shop at this store; they are unprofessional and unhelpful and the management is equally incompetent. Don’t bother they will just waste your time and try to overcharge you.

This is the worst store ever. Please don’t go here. They lie about everything, just everything. I bought furnitures amounting 6k here earlier and they lied about delivery after a week. But they did first delivery (3 times in total!) after 3 weeks. And they did not deliver 1 sofa piece making the combination of other look creepy for 4 weeks. The table was scratched and ha to return it. For the dressing table, they delivered the table but did not deliver the mirror until 3 weeks. Everything was messed up. I don’t know why I went there previous Saturday !! I purchased small dining table for $420 with 4 chairs. All went good except at delivery, the delivery men bought table with only 1 chair!!! He mentioned we need to pay $75 for each chair!!! In the receipt invoice it clearly mentions 4 chairs. As I say please don’t to this Fairfax store. I was foolish to go there second time!
I don't like pushy sales people, I know that's hard to avoid at furniture stores, but this lady was really obnoxious.

Ordered furniture a over a month ago, got half of it, still hearing after 5 calls to customer service that we will still be sleeping on a floor, because they could not ship the whole bed mattress and box spring together. Highly unsatisfied with the whole Ashley experience, customer service keeps giving rum around, they want your money but not seeing how they deserve any ones business after so long of a wait
Customer service severely lacking. I purchased an oversized chair and a sofa from this location. While the chair was intact, the sofa was delivered to me severely damaged. They shipped it back to corporate and had it “fixed.” When the sofa was delivered for a second time, we discovered that it was still broken, in the same way as before. Finally, they replaced it with a new sofa- THREE months after my initial purchase date! Perhaps just as bad as the experience was the communication with this store’s owner, Mehdi. I called the store about reparations for the broken sofa (once it was delivered broken, twice!). After being assured that he would call me back with an answer to “how am I getting an unbroken sofa and compensation,” he failed to call me back with any answer. I called back to the store on a Sunday evening and he told me “I am not the one who deals with the refunds/compensation, _______ is.” This was a blatant lie. I spoke to the man he had directed me to and was told that in fact Medhi himself was in charge of refunds. He was indeed the person who coordinated returning the money for our delivery fee; however, his lie cost me more time and aggravation on top of an already frustrating experience. I was often told “someone will contact you” by both corporate and the store. Very rarely did the communication actually occur unless I initiated the call. The only person who followed through consistently on his word was Lawrence, one of the managers. I am still waiting for a call back from corporate. The time frame of 1-2 business days has passed by more than a week. This store’s manager told a needless lie to a customer and corporate doesn’t seem to care. Do you really want to support a company like that?
Memo to self "NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN!" Bought dining rooming table August 12 and bought a 5year protection plan. They delivered the table August 15. Table has a few scars and now not level to the floor. Been calling them since August 24 to come and level the table. Was told today by Ms Carol Nunez, corporate customer service representative that they were not sending anyone to level the table and that I had 72 hours to to report any issues. I asked what did the 5 year protection plan cover that I paid $100.00 for. There was no answer. When I told her that I would never shop at Ashley Furniture again, she said ok and hung up. I will be contacting my credit card company to see what recourse that I have? Today was not my day! Nor was it Ashley Furniture!

We had an ok experience through buying our bedroom set. We were told that our set would be in within 4-6 weeks and that we would have updates throughout the process. Unfortunately we were misguided when we were told the only pieces we were waiting for were just the bed pieces. It then changed after numerous calls 4 weeks in and then everything in the set was still pending arrival. It seems like there are issues with communication in their systems and/or personel. We still have no received our furniture and we are supposed to hear back now 2 months after our order. I would take your business elsewhere to a reliable trustworthy location if you want to stick with Ashley Furniture.
Place was disappointing. Every price had a slash through it but there wasn't a new price. Also had to search out someone to help us. Seemed to have a decent selection. The store had a weird layout with it being over two floors.

Be very careful before buy in this store..never sign anything if your conditions are not clear..I bought some furniture and then after I pick what I like they tried to makw me sign a 3 to 6 week to deliver the things. I said that i need those in 2 weeks and they were agree but make me call them 3 days after. When i called they said 3 to 6 weeks otherwise i will be charged restocking fees..for something i did not get!!... affortunately i make the seller put a note in the contract otherwise i will loose my money...still dealing with those guys.. hopefuly i got my refund ai learn my lesson
I had a great in-store experience as well as the delivery of the dining set. Akasphreet, Lawrence and Marwan were friendly, not pushy and gave us a great deal on the dining set. The delivery guys came and were organized, clean, friendly and it took them a total of 20 mins from start to finish. Overall experience was great.
I needed furniture quickly and Nicole worked with me to make sure I got the furniture I wanted and got a good price for it. She helped me look for pieces that were available at the warehouse for pickup and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the furniture and it looks great in my home!
Hasan was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgable. The manager Mehdi was great also. They did do a little bargaining which I loved!!
Ordered a sectional sofa, it was delivered on time but one piece didn’t have the legs on it. The delivery guys said someone would call in the next day or two and arrange the delivery of the legs. No call ever came, I’ve now called the store 4 separate times to inquire about the legs and just seem to constantly get the run around, “oh they’ll call you or I’ll email them now. “. No one ever calls or follows up, I’ve yet to get the legs for one part of my sectional it’s going on at least a month since delivery.

Big problem with the delivery dates and delays
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady on the customer service desk was rude. I bought a couch and it took us calling after 5 weeks to inform us it was ready. ( they would have kept mute if we didn’t call). Delivery became a problem. They said they’ll call a day before delivery only to leave a VM asking us to call back to get details on the delivery. Called for hours on end and no one picked the call. Delivery guy just shows up at the apartment ( without prior information or call) on a Tuesday morning when people are supposed to be at the office and returned my couch because there was no one to receive it. Customer service is appalling and pathetic. I’m writing a report to consumer complaint as I type this. I’m beyond frustrated.
Very happy with the sales help they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They called the next day to say that our furniture will be arriving on Wednesday between 9 and 1. I must say I love this chair looking forward to working with Hassan and Marway again on our next furniture purchase. Thank you for all your help.
We went to get a bed for our toddler and everything worked out pretty well. However, one of the mattress broke on the "free" delivery and the bad wasn't only broke but installed unproperly. We are even more upset with the manager and franchise because even though we made a report since the delivery no one has been responsible enough to give us a solution or the proper steps to follow to get a good ítem or return it. I dont know about you but I am not coming back here or any other of these storea. Very dissapointed!!!
Update:They delivered my sofa on February 17, and accommodated my request for a Saturday delivery. This went much more smoothly, and the delivery guys were much more careful and communicative and helped us check for any damage. I appreciate Ashley trying to make this right so I’m upgrading to 4 stars. Review: Started off bad... Ordered a full sleeper sofa on January 15, order was supposed to arrive on February 6. I got a confirmation call on February 2 and had the time frame between 10 AM and 2 PM confirmed on February 5 so all good there. Couch was delivered on Feb 6 at 1:50 PM, with delivery men calling around 1:40 to confirm that they would be there in 10 mins. Delivery men spoke barely any English which is not usually a problem for me, but you will see why it was today. They unpacked the couch incredibly quickly (literally within 6 minutes) with barely any regard for my flooring or walls/door frames. They left just as quickly, without giving me any time to inspect the couch. I looked at the couch, saw pretty bad damage (wood pieces sticking out of the back). Called the delivery men back up to take a look. They were quite gracious but neither of them knew what to do, and I could barely communicate with them on whether I should call the store or whether they should just take it back. They just took it back without asking me anything and I had no clue what was going on, I was in the middle of calling the warehouse when they picked it up and walked out. One of the delivery men patched me through to the warehouse, who said the report was logged and that I should get a call back from customer service within 24 hours. I called customer service just in case and they said they have another one in stock, so once the return is processed in 24-48 hours they will give me a call back to confirm a delivery date. I will update this post with further details when I (hopefully) get my new couch, but honestly this left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. Wish I had shopped somewhere else.
DO NOT buy from this store or any Ashley's Furniture store. Within a year of purchase the back of the couch broke and the handle of another couch snapped off. I have been waiting over 3 MONTHS for a repair after I had to pay $150 claim fee. They scheduled a tech initially over a month in advance, he comes and has to order a part so I had to make another appointment another month ahead just to have them cancel on me. Calling the store is worthless they tell you they will call you back and never do. I have emailed their corporate customer service and no response at all. They are 'at your service' until you give them money and get your furniture and then you are on your own. Worst company service I have ever dealt with.
Someone greeted us at the door with a smile and asking if we needed assistance. We said we were just browsing and she said she be ‘nearby but not too close’. She was our shadow the whole time and jumping in when we were having dissections/questions to each other about what we wanted, etc. It was pretty annoying but she’s a salesman for a reason because we didn’t anticipate buying that day and she made the sale before we walked out. We got a good deal. Free delivery and they said very clearly our couch wouldn’t be shipped for 2-6 weeks. 3 weeks from the day we ordered it we got a call that it would be delivered on Wednesday, and Tuesday night I received a following up call saying our couch would be delievered between 7-11am the next day and they had it up 3 flights of stairs and set up at 10am. Overall—I’m very happy with our experience and I would shop there again!

This company is shady and dishonest. We ordered a sectional and it was delivered to us broken. The delivery man left the broken piece in our home and told us that he already submitted the order to Ashley to get it replaced for us. After we waited a few weeks and hadn't heard from ashley like we were told, we called and found out that we had to wait a month for a technician to come out. This tech will check on the piece of furniture to possibly repair it in our home. The entire back frame of the couch is broken, so I'm not sure how it will be "repaired" in our home. Fast forward to 6 phone calls now to the Ashley store, and I still can't just get my couch piece reordered and in my home. I've talked to 5 different customer service reps, and the manager and everyone promised to call me back to see if they could bypass the technician. Every single person "promised" to call me back and no one did. One rep even gave out huge loud audible annoyed sigh when I was done on the phone with her, but she did it before she hung up. Wow. On top of all that, two weeks after we ordered our couch, we got an advertisement in the mail showing our same sectional $600 less than what we paid. We called to see if they would do a price match, and again they told us that everything was out of their hands and it was "out of their hands" and they could not honor the discount price. Shady! I will never order anything from Ashley Furniture in Fairfax again. Apart from our sales guy Lawrence, who was great, I'll tell everyone I know to avoid the store. It's not worth the headache.
This was an absolutely horrible experience. They first pressure you into buying something you know it's over priced, telling you its the best deal in the world when your not interested in it. After getting pressured to buy its another nightmare to get it delivered. I had to go back and forth to finally set a delivery date 3 weeks in advanced because they only deliver on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and they wouldn't even give you a time window, you just have to waste your day waiting for that couch. I contaced them to get the order cancelled, one said i will get store credit, another person said i had to go in the store to give them a wet signature to cancel the order. I went to the store to cancel and get my money back (my delivery window is literally 2 weeks out by the way) and the manager told me that if I cancelled I will have to pay a 30% fee on it. I was livid! A 2200 couch that I don't want anymore, and I will have to pay the guy around 660 bucks for absolutely nothing in return!! That's ridiculous, all I wanted was my money back especially considering that the couch wasnt even delivered yet. And now i have to go out of my way to wait for this couch im stuck with because they weren't accommodating at all, horrible customer service, I'm suprised they are still in business, especially after seeing the horrible reviews of others online. I should have checked first. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! You have been warned.
Great service, competitive prices for decent furniture. Not super pushy on sales, but willing to answer questions. Overall, a good experience and will shop there again. Joumana was my sales lady. She was very helpful.
If i could give this store Zero stars i would, but I must say, the only good thing in that store is JUMANAH, She was very nice and helpful. Other wise, Don't think ever to buy from this store, here's why, I have placed my order on March 3rd, 1) I scheduled the delivery for April 7th ,when I was at the store, then when I didn't receive my delivery, I called back to find out that there was no delivery scheduled and I have to wait two more weeks 2) When the delivery reaches, the workers have the worst attitude, they scratched most of the furniture, they didn't assemble them the right way. when you tell them that's wrong they give you that attitude 3) worst than that they refused to bring my Sofa from the truck because it is 6:00 PM and they have to leave. and you have to schedule another delivery for the Sofa which literally in their truck. 4) When I went to the store and told them about what happened and showed them the pictures, the manager said send me these pictures and a maintenance guy will come to your house within 24 hours to look at them and they will be fixed in less than a week. I sent the pictures on April 17th and still no one bothered to come fix them.
This is the worst store i have ever been to. We booked our bedroom set and dining set from this store thinking that we are getting better deal. Salesperson and store Manager were nice when we there(but actually very unprofessional otherwise). But after coming back we found online prices to be much cheaper and want to cancel our order. We went to store to cancel order(which was mentioned by customer care ). They asked about the website and said they will call back to see if they can match price, and we still can cancel our order on phone. Waited whole day next day but never got call, after calling 7-8 times and listening to all sorts of useless explanation, they were not ready to cancel order. Salesperson and store manager don't even have courtesy to call back. Not buying again from this store for sure.
Good exhibition
We've never bought from here because we've never found anything just right for us. The deals seem unbeatable but the quality seems to be lacking. Often the sales people are pushy and seem desperate. I wish we'd find something there - maybe for a starter home?
This furniture store is full of crooked sales people. Trust no one there! I am angry for a couple of reasons. I was sold a premium protection plan that is completely worthless. They will not cover anything. DO NOT BUY. I bought the furniture there mostly because I thought that having a protection plan would be worthwhile since I have a cat. With that said, they are over priced without any benefits, and their furniture can be found elsewhere for cheaper. Wayfair's price for my couch was much lower and offered free delivery! Shandy, a senior salesman, seemed like he was being helpful, but in reality he is a thief. The worst part about this was that Ashley's had my couch at the store for 10 days and never called to let me know. Since they didn't call, it was an 10 extra days until I finally got my couch home, got it in the door, and it was damaged. I looked into filing a repair claim on my protection plan the same day, but the premium protection plan will not cover the damage. The 10 extra days it took me to get the couch cost me the ability to return the protection plan. At that point it was 30 days since I had bought the couch. Their policy only allows you to make a return 21 days after the original purchase date. I will never shop here again.
UPDATED! 4/23/2018 I should of known that after my first visit to this store that it was too good to be true. I did go into the store close to closing time and bought a significant amount of furniture. After I was able to finally get it delivered today. Which was with out headache and the delivery changing time and time. They marketed the product as one thing and sold me something different. I bought a king size bedroom set where I spoke to not only the Customer service associates to the store manager and they all told me that the bedroom set that I was buying didn't need a box spring, due to the bed being a complete storage bed. When the bed showed up it has a small footboard storage in it. Now that the Fairfax location was completely wrong on how they sold everything to me. I still can't sleep on this and its going to take them 2-6 more weeks to send the correct box spring. The professionalism on the front side here was awesome however once they receive your money they are horrible to deal with. That goes from sales associates all the way to the Store Manager. They are the most disrespectful and intolerable people that I have ever came across in the customer service field. I would stay away and go elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration form dealing with this store. Also from the transaction they had to adjust on the mattress that I was getting as the one I bought was never able to be in stock. Then when I had to go in and Sign the Paperwork there were going to charge me a 10% fee bc I placed my initials on the paperwork. However I also initialed and signed for a protection plan that was accepted then when they re did the paperwork they did it as rejected however they said bc they didn't charge me for it that it didn't matter. This place is horrible and no one should waste their money here. Went in around 6Pm which was 1 hour until the store closes. The CSR stayed late and ensured he worked with us as we were back and forth on what were buying! James thes CSR did a great job at taking care of us. Go see Deka the Sales associate that was attentive and really helped us find what we were looking for. I will be a repeat customer. Soon.

We had a fun experience shopping at Ashley in Fairfax, the furniture they have is just what we were looking for. Lawrence Pan was the associate who assisted us throughout the whole process. It went smooth, he wasn’t pushy at all which we appreciated. The whole team was amazing! We’ll definitely come back for more furniture!

I've never enjoyed spending that kind of money in my life! It helped I had already viewed some items online and visited another location (which I'll get into a little later). Deka was a doll greeting me at the front door and understanding my needs and the customer service team (Katie and Helen) made sure my Ashley Store card situation got fixed AND actually got my credit limit DOUBLED! We all shared a ton of laughs like I've known them my whole life and a little flattery certainly didn't hurt anything. They entire team made me feel like they actually gave a damn and that goes a long way especially when you've been shopping for furniture for an extended period of time, you are completed annoyed with the process, and you visit a different location that makes you feel the complete opposite. I actually drove an extra 15 minutes to this location because I walked the ENTIRE floor of another location for an hour without a single consultant approaching me and I'm pretty sure one of them rubbed shoulders with me at one point during that visit. Needless to say kudos to the management (Marwan) and the team at Fairfax for going the extra mile and really making the process of buying furniture a lot more pleasant.

Been over two months since purchase, finally have a delivery date. Need the couch for my sons b-day party tomorrow, before delivery date. Last week I spoke to the manager, James, to request an earlier delivery (even said I would pick the couch up). James was very accommodating and swore it would work that I would have the couch before tomorrow. Said he would call me back. Since then, I have called numerous times (at least 4 a day for the past week), the phone rings and rings and rings. The three times I actually got someone on the line (using a differnt line than was on the account), I was promised a call back soon because James was in a meeting or on the other line or doing a bank deposit. My wife even spoke to someone who, with a defensive attitude, stated "I dont have any paperwork on this." James simply refuses to return calls, even just to say no. Worst customer experiance of my life. And on a side note, I worked international logistics for four years, delivery could have been arranged easily (you know, in order to honor the 2-6 week delivery promise). Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere - great customer service complete with false promisses until you sign the contract, then you simply dont exist to them.
The salesman was friendly and very helpful. We went there on the basis of a newspaper advertisement of: "Buy one get one free and get a free Amazon Echo," but found that there was a lot of fine print to it. We mentioned that we had found online what we thought we liked and wanted to see it. They didn't have it on the floor. However, this changed the whole offer to purchasing based on the web site price which was half or more of what the store price was. Hence all the advertised deals went away. We did purchase the Sofa Sleeper and Loveseat we found on line at a relatively good deal, but not at the buy one get one free and no Echo. We did get two free pillows. It was delivered on time by a very friendly crew and we are happy with our purchase.
Had a great experience! Dealt with gentleman named Shandy who was very friendly and made the furniture buying experience enjoyable. Wasn't overly pushy and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Nice location and have a lot of options on the showroom in addition to many more online and in their warehouse.
Horrible customer service. The staff has repeatedly lied to us and we still don’t have a delivery date. The new ETA is after the 2-6 weeks they promised. Buyer beware this place is horrible!

I had a great experience at this Ashley store! I visited in December because I was looking for a new couch. I generally don't love going into furniture stores because as soon as you walk in it seems like you're being stalked, but not in this store! They definitely checked in, but if I didn't need anything they didn't linger. I ended up really liking the floor model of a couch, and although I didn't buy it that day, I came back the next day after looking around and realizing this was the best deal. When I got there, it turned out someone had put a small rip in the back (only noticeable if you were really looking closely like I was) since I had seen it the day before. They were soooo accommodating, and ended up taking a significant portion off the price AND adding the matching ottomon for basically nothing. In addition, they were really helpful in making sure I was able to get the furniture home, since they don't deliver the floor model furniture. I will now go to this Ashley store first whenever I need furniture. The saleswoman that helped me was Joumana, and the CSR was James...best experience EVER buying furniture. I highly recommend!
This is my 2nd purchase in two months. Love the service & the price
Purchased a bedroom set - received 3.5 months after purchase. I was told initially I would receive it in 3 weeks. Then after multiple calls and several backtracks - received finally. However, both the sales person (Shandy) and the CSR (James) were very helpful and courteous. No issues with customer service, just they need to sort out their delivery estimates!
Ashley has some good furniture in general. They may be a little more expensive than say Bob's, but the product quality is good. However I stay away from Ashleys because of their marketing strategy and sales people. Sales people are very pushy and make customers uncomfortable and also the 60% off discounts on everything (I have been seeing this in every store since I started shopping for last couple of months) is a little alarming. A few items on some sort of sale and offered with deep discounts is understandable. But the entire store? Is everything in the store priced at double than what Ashley needs to make profit?
Enjoyable transaction. Shandy was a real gentleman and pleasure to deal with.
Salespeople know their stuff! Delightfully engaging, Shandy was active and made sure we saw and tried everything we were looking for and some things we had not thought about!
Reasonable price, efficient customer service
Ask for NICOLE! Oh my, she is such a fantastic person. We worked with her one weekend and told her that if we decided to buy we would be back the next weekend. We went back but had a dilemma - the couch I liked my husband didn't like the chair. Nicole found us a chair that matched the couch great and then found us a rug to tie it all together AND stayed within our budget.

It was okay, not very nice selection
My wife and I went to shop for a sofa. Our salesman was Shandy, he was friendly, well informed and made our shopping experience easy.
We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the whole team made us feel welcome, and our salesperson Lawrence did a great job helping me find everything I was looking for while making sure I had a great variety of options to choose from. Doug, James, and Mehdi were all so professional and kind to us throughout our shopping experience.
I had a an absolute amazing experience with team members Wassim and Maria. They were so very, very helpful and certainly made my experience at Ashley Furniture and rememberable time. Because of them, I will always go back and will highly recommend the store to others. A BIG thank you to Wassim and Maria. You were OUTSTANDING!
Our sales lady was great, but the rest of the customer experience was a nightmare. One shouldn't have to wait almost 3 months to get furniture delivered, not to mention one delivery was not even attempted after taking the day off to receive delivery. Not even a courtesy call. After several calls to their corporate office and promises for a return call, which never was received, it reinstated this is the culture that the company operates under. This company has no inkling what customer service is, and their attitudes show they don't care. Their excuses are pushed off on their manufacturers or third party delivery company, but they fail to realize that these are business partners of theirs and ultimately it is incumbent on Ashley Furniture to take ownership. I will never purchase anything from this company again, and I urge anyone reading this review to do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
Crowded poor lighting, not enough variety
BUYERS BEWARE... This store will move mountains to make the sales but once you have an issue with your purchase (which you will), you are no longer an important or a valuable customer. You will get the run around until the return time frame is up and nobody ( office team) in store will ever follow up or call you back with a definite resolution. Anything they tell you by phone contradicts what they say in person and by email and they will retract any resolutions that is offered. Nobody in the store has the power to make final and logical decisions and if they do, it's a lie. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, just not here.
Prices are too steep
January 24, 2018 I’d been looking for a sofa for my living room for a few months. Online, I found one that I really liked. It was manufactured by Ashley, but Marlo’s price of $1,400 was waaaay out of my budget. I then went to Ashley’s website, and luckily found it there for $899.99 regular price, on sale for $539.99. I went to their HomeStore in Fairfax, VA, where I was greeted and welcomed by Nicole, the sales person. She was very professional and knowledgeable, but sweet and friendly at the same time. She went out of her way to answer all the questions I had, and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I am anxiously waiting for the delivery which will be between 2 to 6 weeks.
I love their show room...they have a lots of good choices and fine furniture, the sales men went en extra mile providing information and giving us an advise and how to buy a furniture, what to look for... definitely I would recommend to anyone to visit this place
Very disappointed in this experience. My husband and I bought a new sectional couch, headboard, bed frame & temperpedic mattress on November 24th. We were beyond excited as buying new furniture is an accomplishment when it comes to spending your hard earned money and have something to show for it. We were told we would receive a call to schedule a delivery and the product would be arriving in 2 to 6 weeks. Week 7 came and no call so I called Ashley Home Store in Fairfax and the sales rep told me they were waiting on the couch and it would be in by January 10th. Week 8 came and no call to set up delivery so once again, I called the store and they told me they would get back to my that day but yet again, no call. Here we are in week 9, still NO COMMUNICATION from anyone regarding when we will be getting our delivery. Not only has the excitement for our new furniture gone away, but if and when it ever arrives, we will be reminded of the hassle it took to get it.
We had an awful furniture experience with Ashley. Bought a living room set and was told 2-6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks went by with absolutely no communication (call/email/anything) I called the store. Was given an estimated delivery date which came and went with no communication (again). I continued to call the store and was told by anyone who answered the phone that the computer system had no information and that they would reach out to the warehouse or corporate for an update and call me back. No one ever called me back. After 9 weeks of zero communication ("we have no ETA but your furniture is likely in a shipping container") we canceled our order. Wasted months and various holiday sales at other stores. This store clearly has a problem with communication both internally (where is the furniture? How can no one know?) and externally (totally disrespectful to ignore the customer while promising to get them information and call them back). If only 1 or 2 reviewers were saying this I would be skeptical but with the number of 1 star reviews of customers have exactly the same issue this is clearly a problem. Seriously, don't waste your time or your money. I know that there are always mixed reviews of any business, and it is difficult to know who to believe. I wouldn't have taken the time to sign up for Yelp and write this review if these people weren't so truly awful. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid these terrible people.
If I could give 0 stars i would. Worst furniture buying experience of my life. Bought the living room furniture set mid November. 6 weeks later and still no call to schedule delivery or with any update at all so i called the store. "Should be any day now. We'll call you soon". A week later and still no call. I called again. This time I have an estimated delivery date. This date now goes by and still no call. We play this game for weeks and finally I called because I am so frustrated with the lack of communication and information that I can't believe it. Same phrase every employee apparently learns to put off the customer "we'll contact the warehouse and give you a call back later today". Never once did I actually get a call back. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The only option they give is to keep waiting (they have no ETA and can give no information on where the set is) or get a refund. Unbelievable. They have no respect for people and treat customers horribly by lying on the phone with no intent to ever follow up. They just hope you get a call from delivery and everything goes smoothly. They have received their commission and couldn’t care less about your experience after you pay them. I cancelled and wasted months waiting for furniture that wasn't coming. Final insult was that i could not cancel over the phone and wasted another afternoon going back to the store to cancel. I know they can process payments over the phone. It is just lie after lie. They call me back to say that they processed the wrong amount of refund and need my credit card number OVER THE PHONE to start a new refund. Seriously. This happened. Take the bad reviews seriously and avoid this business at all costs.
The sales personnel were very helpful without hovering. We did enjoy the experience. It took us awhile to make our decision, but was very patient. Also happy with the apparent quality of the pieces that we found.
Deka was very helpful in helping me find the right chair. I felt the price was good and it was delivered quickly. I am very happy with the purchase.
I'm not a fan of furniture shopping, so I was surprise to have a good experience after leaving Ashley's the other day. If you come to this location, ask for Sara - She is 95% the reason I'm giving 5 stars. She very sweet and does not come off pushy or fake She worked with us on the final price multiple times to make sure it would fit our budget. She was a true pro and a pleasure to deal with. Besides Sara, the rest of the staff was great - My purchase was being finalized after they close, and at no time did anyone complain or gave me the impression that they were upset that I was keeping them late. They worked fast and got my financing finalized fairly quickly.
A good place for furniture. Their prices are very competitive. We got it for 50% off most of the furniture in-store along with a freebie as well. Their delivery fee is lower than another Ashley store we shopped at.
If I had to do it all over again, I would not have bother to with taking time nor drive to this store. The staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable with the gift of gab. They tell you all the things you want to hear and get you to spend a lot of money, but once you leave the store there is no follow up regarding a delivery date. We were told several dates of the delivery of our furniture and none of the dates were correct! We ordered our furniture 3 months ago and still have not received all of it as of today. The kicker for me, we are expected to pay for furniture we haven't even received!! There is a total lack of communication. For the past 2 months I called the store each week and I'm promised another date which ultimately ends up being a bogus date. To top matters off, whenever I call to check the delivery status of the order, the warehouse manager answers and quickly rushes me off the phone; how rude and unprofessional! We received bits and pieces of our furniture, imagine receiving a dining table with 3 chairs and the 4th chair missing. There should have been a generous amount of compensation offered to us for the inconvenience of waiting 18+ weeks for furniture. None has been extended or offered to us. Both the corporate office and store has not bothered to do their utmost to assist us with being inconvenience. We received 1 or 2 apologies, that means nothing to me. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture, you're better off dealing with other competitors such as Bob's Furniture or Haverty's. Lesson learned.

The staff here is fabulous!! We walked in and they asked if they could help us find anything and we told them we were just looking around, so they just explained their sale to us and let us just walk around. My husband and I never once felt pressured into buying anything and we really loved that they didn’t hover over us. Joumana, is amazing she will take the time and answer any questions you have and if you want a certain style she will go out of her way to show you things that you will love!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for new furniture!!
Long story short - we should have read the reviews before coming here and bought something they had in stock. Staff is great - super friendly, I’ll give them that. But once you pay and walk out that door, you will get no communication whatsoever regarding a delivery date. We didn’t mind the waiting - it’s the lack of communication. We had to call and check starting at 6 weeks in.. then week 7 and so on. Each time we were given a different answer by a very friendly staff member. Finally - Week 10 we got our furniture delivered. (Scratched - which we were promised a gift card for... yet to receive it) During those 10 weeks we were also promised a reimbursement that we never received. After coming into the store twice and being told it would be ‘done the next day’ it never happened. Then after calling two more times and being told ‘it would be done the next day’ we finally gave up. We’re out about $350.00 All said and done. Furniture seems good and we really like it but the overall experience will keep us from coming back. Staff is really good at saying what you want to hear to appease you in the moment With absolutely no follow through. Lesson learned. Won’t ever go here again.

I purchased sofa's and dinning table today from Ashley's at the Fairfax location. Mr. Mehdi who is the sales manager helped us alot my family and I by choosing the best option for us as to buy for our house. He is a very nice and a gentlemen person specially very friendly and with a great cutormer service. Most importatly his great staff Mrs. Aisha was very friendly and she greet us as soon as we walking to the store and showed us exactly what we were looking for in regards to price and look. Love my new bed! The folks at Ashley Furniture in Fairfax are terrific! Aisha was friendly and vary patient. She helped my find the right bed for me. The manager, Mehdi was also terrific. Went to Ashley’s furniture to take advantage of the Labor Day sale and I was greeted by Wasim. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Later I returned to purchase some additional furniture and once again Wasim was more than accommodating. I also had the pleasure of working with Ray who was very helpful and courteous. I purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture in Fairfax in July and noticed this week that the zipper on a cushion was defective and would not closed. I contacted the store and Mr. Skip Chmielewski promptly handled the issue, sending me a replacement cushion cover and remedying the problem. I appreciate the good customer service and recommend this store accordingly. Thank you.
Update 10/22: I rarely write reviews, but next time, I'll wait until I actually receive the product. My experience shopping was fine, but thereafter, it was extremely disappointing. I don't know if the team lies or just doesn't have a handle on their procurement / supply chain management, but the delivery experience was awful. I explicitly told them I didn't want to wait weeks for furniture because I relocated and had no furniture at all. They told me the 2-6 week disclosure was just protocol and it wouldn't take that long to receive my furniture. I finally received my bedroom set yesterday. Every time I called to check status, I was told a different date, as far as November 20th. If they can't confirm a delivery date when you purchase, walk away, unless you are willing to wait for an unknown period of time. I will not be shopping here again, nor would I recommend to anyone. Original Review: 9/24 - Very helpful associates and fair pricing. Shandy and Doug were very welcoming. They also discounted the protection plan and provided free delivery and setup. Great experience overall. Would shop there again.

I found Earl Watson & GM Skip were most helpful and informative in my search for a tempurpedic bed.
Our salesperson was Tena...she was extraordinary! She answered all of my questions and followed-up on all the paperwork to ensure my purchase went smoothly. Lawrence helped close the sale and was very informative on protection plans and delivery. On day of delivery, I received two phone calls to inform one of my items was damaged and had to be reordered. I appreciated the notification and it really did not have an adverse impact. They said it would be delivered in 2 to 6 weeks which is a fairly broad range. I also purchased 2 lamps for carryout. The harp broke during checkout so, Tena ensured that the order was placed for a replacement lamp. That is supposed to be available in approximately 2 weeks for store pickup. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We were looking for a couch for our new apartment and Nicole was very helpful right from the start. She wasn't too pushy or overly neglectful like some other stores we visited that day. The only thing we were thrown off by was we actually came back to AHS after finding something at Bob's and Nicole was on her lunch. We made it clear we didn't mind waiting, but it was obvious they made her rush back to us. Other than that, great service, great experience and will be going back.
I have been coming to this Ashley Furniture store in particular and I know from dealing with them, I have been in good hands. James (CSR) is really kind and understanding, he has always made sure my financing terms are reasonable. Tena, was my recent sales associate who is very kind and price matched a bed frame that I wanted. The manager, I am not sure how long he has been there but he is always a pleasure. This has been the only ashley store I'll go to. Love them!
I'm actually surprised at the amount of positive reviews with this branch. I can't agree with this standing. Specifically with delivery, you are told at the end of sale that despite the receipt noting 2 to 6 weeks for shipping that the turnaround time is less. Further, the delivery tracker that they provide you will read "fairfax," but it is no where near the location and the warehouse will not have your item for weeks. I was mislead by the sales support staff and the branch manager seemed frustrated when I called out their unfair practices. If you're looking to furnish your home, seek a new store that maintains quality service and upholds professionalism to their customers. Advice to management, be upfront with your customers. This will create a trusted partnership. As a first time customer, I will not ever purchase anything from here again.
Earl and Ruw made my day. I prayed before I enter the store because I did not want salesmen pressure but rather nice, genuine, professional help. I wanted two specific items at the internet price and they did just that without a hassle. God is always faithful and at the end of my purchases both Earl and Ruw said to me they too are Christians. This is my first purchase at Ashley but will not be my last. I am happy with my choices and happy to have purchase them from Earl and Ruw at Ashley Furniture in Fairfax. This is the greatest Furniture store I've ever visited. Every employee were helpful and knowledgeable. After a few minutes the manager walked over and was just as polite and helpful as the employee's. A great experience, I'll never buy furniture anywhere else again.

My grandmother and I went into Ashley furniture one day to go buy a table but we had no idea what type we wanted. After a wonderful experience with the sales representative we then went to customer service which was the real ordeal. We met James, who was a wonderful customer service representative who sat there and explained all the fine print to us. He was very thorough and super kind I would definitely recommend going to see Ashley furniture just to see him for a wonderful experience!

We received excellent customer service from Joumana - she readily answered our questions and gave helpful solutions on exactly what we were looking for. We were pretty specific in our requirements, but she didn't give up on us! Skip, James, and Ruw were also friendly and attentive during the checkout process and answered all our questions about delivery. I came into Ashley Homestore Fairfax looking for a nice set for my bedroom. The sales people greeted me and helped me out right away, they were very receptive to answering all my questions. I found a really nice dark mohogany set that went perfectly with my red wallpaper. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase right away but the AcceptanceNow program really helped me in finding a good loan. Overall I am really pleased with the customer service that I received at this location!

This review is for the buying experience. We purchased a couch and sofa set yesterday (Sunday) and received a call today that it'll be delivered on Friday, so I can't yet comment on delivery/setup/product. I'm happy with the quick timing to receive our new furniture. Tena was the rep who greeted us and let us explore the showrooms at our leisure. We had our 2yo with us, and Tena went to get her a balloon. I liked that she didn't pressure us into liking every piece on the floor. She was very helpful in identifying what she thought was best for our growing family, i.e. couch with fabric covers that easily zip on and off for easy cleaning. She even got us a discount with the 5 year warranty seeing that we have a toddler and expected one on the way. Lawrence helped us with purchasing, and everything was clear about policies and what we were getting. The store itself is an average sized Ashley. I'm glad that there was something that we were able to like and purchase.

Great experience! They have lots of furniture in display on the floor. Sales person Tena has explained the details of each item and has shown great patience in answering our doubts. They have a great finance team (James) and a great Store Manager (Ruwantha). Excellent discounts, free shipping and handling and no sales tax(short term offer). I purchased several pieces of furniture here. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the case goods which were better than I had expected for Ashley. I had a good experience with the service at the Fairfax store. Tena was particularly helpful with design ideas and suggestions after showing her pictures of the rooms I needed to furnish. Rue the sales manager also put together a good package for me.
We initially were shopping for furniture at Marlo, but were unhappy with the service so we went into Ashley's and worked with James, Skip and Joumana. They were wonderful to work with, and made the process very easy. They even found us deals that made it possible for us to get more furniture than we thought we could afford. Great customer service, and we will be returning for a bedroom set soon!

Nicole was awesome! She introduced herself when we walked in and then let us wander around by ourselves until we needed her. She was able to answer all our questions easily. She walked away and let us make our decision without being pushy which was great. The office manager James was super helpful when it came time to buy our furniture. He and the manager on duty were super friendly and helpful. We went back a couple weeks later and bough the matching side tables to the living room table we first bought. We came to the store to look for specific items and we were welcomed by our sales associate Hasan. He was amazing and showed us around the store. The lady at the counter rudely called my boyfriend unreasonable more than 3 times because he wanted proof that they will cancel our $4500 order while asking us to trusted them but never give us real name. The salesman is nice though we went there to cancel just some pieces about $2000 on his day off and that lady ruined it all for him by being so rude so we end up canceled everything.

I bought a sectional here a few months ago and everything exceeded my expectations. Sales was attentive but not aggressive, delivery was outstanding, and the sectional is AMAZING. Highly recommend for your next furniture purchase.
Do not I repeat do not purchase furniture from this store online! Half of your furniture will be delivered by ups with a damaged box and this company will expect you to assemble furniture that clearly states it needs two or more people to assemble. The rest of your furniture will arrive God knows when because Ashley takes their slow sweet time to do their delivery and assembly. If you call with concerns no one will care they will make you wish you never spoke to them in the first place. God forbid you want a refund and to return the furniture they will expect you to somehow ship the huge boxes back to them and pay for that out of your own pocket. What scam artist they are.

Went to the store because of the buy one, get one free ads on the radio. Turns out this is a scam because all their prices have been increased to about double, cancelling out the benefit of the sale. Disappointed with this sneakiness.
We just bought a reclining chair and six dining room chairs and everything was just perfect. Our salesperson, Nicole, was amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely shop at this store again.
I spent a couple hours here yesterday and found everything I needed to furnish my apartment. They were very patient and even moved some things around so I could see how it looked together. I didn't want to wait for something that wasn't in stock, so she did her homework and only showed me items that were available. I don't feel like I overpaid because they charged me the lowest price between sales on the website, and in store specials. I had a narrow window for delivery due to travel with my job. I'll update this to include the delivery service once everything arrives. So.... delivery of the in-stock items occurred on the scheduled day. They called the day before and then again that morning when they were on their way. Did a great job all around. Now I am waiting on 3 tables that were out of stock that I decided I wanted anyway. I've called back once to check and they were gracious and polite on the phone. They let me know that one arrived and the other 2 should show up next week. She said they will call to schedule delivery when they arrive. It continues to be a pleasure interacting with this store.
Good furniture selection and easy to access. Be aware that they use the sales method of a salesperson grabbing you as soon as you walk in the door and following you around the store (albeit at a distance) while you browse. Some like this because it means there's always someone ready to help you and answer questions. Others don't because it feels like you're at a car dealership and you're being stalked by a salesperson.

Paid $780 for unfair fine print and (allegedly) corporate policy. Absolutely avoid purchasing furniture from them. My wife and I went to the store and made a purchase of around $3900 for our new place on Saturday night. The said they can deliver the furniture on the next Wednesday and someone will call us to schedule the delivery time the day before deliver. At check out, usually business as initial here there and sign and date here. I thought this was just like any other purchase order so I read it briefly and didn't read INTO it. We got home and realized that none of the furniture would fit. We were glad that on the sale term it says you can have a full refund if cancellation is made within 72 hour after the purchase. So we called the store the next day (on a good faith) to ask for a refund, the rep told me to physically go to the store. Fine, we went. At the store, the sale manager told us to read the fine print on the back of the invoice, of which there is a clause saying the 72 hour period does not apply if the the customer has "scheduled for delivery" and the cancellation would be treated as a RETURN and subjected to 30% restocking fee. We were both shocked because we did not think that giving us a delivery date is really scheduling a delivery. What furniture store would not give people an estimate day to deliver. So basically, with that clause, you would need to pay the 30% restocking fee if you cancel the order, even if you has just signed the paper. So that 72 hour period is a false sense of security that you can get a full refund. No one at the store told me about this or else I certainly would given a second thought. So we were trying to reason with the sale manager that the product is still in the warehouse and we didn't open it. There is nothing to "restock". He said that (probably a lie cause it is very unreasonable) items are loaded on to the delivery truck days ahead of the actual delivery. So he is basically saying I need to pay $1200 for the warehouse to move the item from the truck back to the warehouse. That must be take ALOT of muscle, charging $1200 to move stuff internally. As the conversation get heated, he offered us that he would call the corporate for approval for waiving the restocking fee. He ask us to call back the next day (Monday) and the corporate usually approve the waive. That way we wouldn't disturb his holiday sales. I can't believe I fell for that. That night I already have a bad feel about it so I went on to the Ashley Website to check on corporate term and condition. That is when I realized that "each store is independently owned and operated; therefore, they set individual policies regarding returns and exchanges." If that is the case, the whole "let me ask the headquarter" thing is total BS. The store has the discretion to waive the fee the themselves. The corporate policy does not even that "scheduled for delivery" thing. The next day I called the sales manager again and he said the "corporate" responded that a 20% restocking must be applied, non-negotiable. At THAT point, I know that there is nothing we can do with store cause the manager would just come up with another "corporate policy". So we insisted on cancelling the order and let them charge the fee. I just realized using fine print and ambiguous contract is a better way of making money than actually selling furniture. See? $790, didn't even need to give me the merchandise. At the end, thank you for reading through this long review. And please! AVOID ASHLEY, especially this location. Individual store makes deceptive terms and the corporate doesn't seems to care.
We had a good experience shopping for a sofa in that store. The sales lady was very patient and took the time to communicate with my wife to make sure that what she was showing her was according to my wife's tastes. My wife only speaks Spanish, so it was fun to watch. If you go to this store ask for Joawanna, she loves to take care of the customer. I was so pleased with how she treated us that I promised I would let people know!

Went to buy a sectional. Lady helping us out was very nice. We went back and forth with the manager regarding the price. Towards the end we were happy with what we got and how much we paid.

So, it was about 3 months that I was looking to find furniture for my new apartment. After going to different furniture stores I went to Ashley furniture Store, 9900 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030. My Experience there was more than my expectation. The team over there including the manager; Skipp, the associate Nicole and the Accepting now representative, kate were wonderful. They not only helped me to find the things that I wanted but also tried to match the price for me and spent hours with me to do my shopping. As customer I can not decide to fast and sometimes I need to return something. They all handle it with a very big smile and consideration. They even accepted to do a favor for me like changing the rugs under the sample floor, just because I wanted to know whether it would be match with my sofas or not!!! I felt understood and well-respected there.It was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend to shop there if you need a new furniture. Pretty good experience. Went back 3 times while making a decision.. Joumana was great. Kept just the right distance while I was shopping. When I told them the 2-6 week delivery for my living room was a deal breaker, they were miraculously able to get it in 3 days. My second living room set from Ashley. So far so good.

Liars, Thieves and Fine Print. Ashely Furniture. These words will forever be burned into your brain each time you think about Ashley furniture after dealing with this store. To all future fools (like me) who have the misfortune of making a purchase from Ashley Furniture, allow me to save you some time/money. 1. Ashley has NO CLUE when your furniture will arrive. No matter WHAT the salesman says, if you don't get a firm delivery date in writing, then you (and your money) are in limbo. They SAY it can take 2-6 weeks, but fine print allows them to define ALL orders as "special orders," not subject to the 2-6 weeks. This allows them to keep you on hold indefinitely. If you buy from them, get a delivery date IN WRITING before leaving the store. 2. If you cancel your order (because they won't give you what you paid for,) you will lose 10%. This is not a "restocking fee," because heck, they never GAVE you anything. But this is just a "because I can" fee, meant to take advantage of those fools (like me) who failed to read the fine print. 10% of $4100 was a lot of money for me to pay to be rid of Ashely for good. 3. You will be lied to ... a LOT. I'm not even sure Chip, Arsalon, Jessica and Mina are the real names of the people I talked to. Each person will pass you off to another person, who will swear your furniture is ready for delivery. Yet, for some reason (each reason different and more farfetched than the last,) it will not be. Chip lied when he told me that my furniture was in stock before I purchased. It was not. Arsalon lied when he told me our stuff would be available in a few days after purchase, and someone would contact me to arrange delivery time. It was not, and they did not. No one from Ashley EVER reached out to me to give me a status of my furniture purchase, nor arrange delivery. (All of my communication with Ashely after the initial sale was the result of ME begging for information about when my goods would be delivered.) Mina lied when she told me that "the system" shows that my furniture would arrive on X date, and someone would call to arrange delivery. It did not, and Ashley did not. She lied to get me off the phone. 14 more days pass. Jessica lied to my wife when my wife called to inquire about status. Jessica told us our furniture was to arrive at ANOTHER date (different, but later than the fake date Mina told us.) It did not, and no one called us to arrange delivery. Two more weeks pass. Still no call. When I called back to complain (angrily,) Arsalon lied to me when he told me that he's confident my "items are ready for delivery. I just can't see it in the system right now because we're having computer issues. Talk with Jessica in the morning, if she doesn't call you first to arrange delivery." I did call Jessica, because she didn't call me. When I called her she said my items aren't due to arrive until a THIRD fake, EVEN LATER date than the previous two fake dates given to me by Mina and her previously. 6 weeks go by. I ask to cancel the order. "It can take 2-6 weeks," says Jessica. "It's BEEN 6 weeks!" I reply. "Oh, well, we get 6 weeks to get the furniture, plus 2 weeks to deliver it." I swear they were just making up rules on the fly - Anything to shut me up. "But, if you don't even have it in the warehouse within the 6 weeks, how can you deliver it within two weeks?" I asked her. Her reply was more lies about being unable to ascertain exact stock on-hand at the moment, but "If you can just wait until X date, your stuff should be here." I'm done. Cancel my order. "You must come into the store for that." Fine. I drove. Once there, Jessica tells me: "If you cancel, we have to charge you 10%." FOR WHAT?!?!? I asked ... you haven't delivered anything to me! "Read the fine print," says Jessica. Hearing that let me know all I needed to know. Don't fall victim. Avoid. ___ Update: Lisa from Customer Care reached out; refunded the 10% fee. While I wasn't pleased with initial experience, I'm certainly pleased with resolution of my concern (resulting in me getting my money back!)
AVOID This Store: Purchased a mattress, box spring and bed frame and had a good experience. Was told that it takes about thirty days to get used to a mattress. After 2 weeks the mattress is killing my back. I call to return it and they tell me that 72 hours is the max for returning mattresses according to VA law. Why not tell me that from the onset instead of telling me how long it takes to get used to a mattress. I asked to speak with the manager but he refused to take my call. I would have been willing to pay an adjustment just to get a new mattress but it never even got that far.
They charged my twice for same furniture
I don't understand why when you go there to see what you can find they treat you like a king! And they expect you to absolutely buy something and when you visit and can't find what you are looking for their behavior changes to the worst.....!

Go somewhere else - don't think that the "home office" of Ashley Furniture will help you either if you have a problem at one of their stores. They won't. Furniture is of a nice selection but prices seem to be over inflated in order to demonstrate a savings and value once you "haggle" with the sales person. Delivery usually takes upwards of 4 weeks.
I called to see if I could get a new receipt printed for a warranty issue. The representative I spoke to asked if she could call me back in 15 minutes. She did not ask for my information, so I prompted her to and she never called me back. Ashley furniture is lacking in every aspect. Stay away and be very wary.
If they say their delivery window is 2-6 weeks, note that it took countless phone calls, a BBB complaint, a call from their General Manager, and 17 weeks and counting for them to get it right for me. Do not sign any delivery paperwork until you check your home for damage. If their dispatch says you have 72 hours to report it, don't believe them. Read the fine print.

NO STARS. Words can't describe how frustrated we are. 10 year customers. Purchased arm chair in October. Put together incorrectly. Took 6 weeks for them to send us a screw and chair leg that we had to fix ourselves. When we finally used it, the (knotted) wood on the base of the chair snapped! Store is refusing our warranty claim. They put my husband on "hold" and then hung up on him.
The fairfax location is very untimely and unprofessional. We advise against purchasing any furniture at this location. They pushed back the date of arrival for our living room set 4 times and we have yet to receive it, despite having to pay for shipping. They would not refund our shipping costs or allow additional compensation. At least their customer service representative was friendly.
Poor delivery process. Took almost 2 weeks to be able to receive the items. They called the day before with a scheduled 4 hour window, when they called it was an ultimatum time-frame and they declared that they cannot even reschedule if the timeframe does not work. Also they only deliver to my area on Thursdays, despite what the sales people may say. My comments are less about this store in particular but about the processes employed or bought into by the store. A little overpriced but I was willing to pay for the convenience.
