Terrible delivery experience – be careful before buying here. I spent almost $5,000 on furniture from Ashley Furniture and the delivery process was a complete disaster. The delivery driver failed to show up twice, and I had already taken two separate days of PTO from work to be home and wait. On one of those days, the driver kept saying they were still coming, which made me wait until 1:30 AM before it became clear they were never showing up. Because of these missed deliveries, I had to pay elevator service fees to my building three separate times, which cost me additional money out of my own pocket. After all of this, I contacted the store multiple times asking for clarification and some kind of resolution. No one called me back and no one even attempted to make things right. For a company that had no problem taking $5,000, the level of customer service afterward was unacceptable. It honestly feels like once they make the sale, they do everything possible to avoid helping you. Buy your furniture somewhere else if you want an stress-free experience.

We are so happy with our new dinner table, 6 chairs and chest of drawers that were delivered from Ashley Homestore today to our home! Rowa is an experienced pleasant knowledgeable salesperson who gave us good advice on our purchases when we visited this large furniture store located in Falls Church, VA. She demonstrated how easy it was to pull the leaf up and out from our new dinner table to extend it without having to tussle with the beautiful insert. It is totally attched to the table itself. As you can seat 4 to 6 people at our table Rowa suggested purchasing some totally durable attractive smaller chairs that were located in the store upstairs. They are so comfortable and practical. We did have to wait several weeks for our delivery but it was worth it. Rowa thanks again for all your help. We highly recommend Ashley Homestore.

This store is a SCAM!!! Never buy anything from here. Please read before even go there. SCAM No 1. Discount: They hike the price and offer discount on it!! SCAM No 2. Showroom: The quality of product I saw in the showroom are good. But they delivered me poor quality product. SCAM No 3. Quality: I bought one sofa, dining tables with 6 chairs and one bed frame. After few days we started sinking when we sit on the sofa or any dining chairs. And they are not comfortable at all. SCAM No 4. Insurance: 'THE BIGGEST SCAM'. When I bought furniture, they convinced me to buy a $500 insurance/warranty. The condition was ' If I do not use the insurance to fix anything, I will get that $500 as credit to buy anything from their store. After 5 years I went to claim that credit. First, they tried to refuse it. When I showed them the document, they said they would send the claim to head office. And they would call me after they get approval from head office. It's been more than 6 months since I made the claim. I've never heard back from them. And I am sure they will never contact me. I never will buy anything from Ashley. I also advice all my known people to not to buy anything from any Ashley store.

I had a horrible time navigating through the management at Ashley. I purchased a sofa sleeper in the spring also purchased a protection plan at that time. When I did so I was told that I could use that money and use it to purchase a different item. I further explained that I wanted to buy living room furniture in the fall as well as another sleeper sofa I purchased the living room set in a different store and was told since it's not from the same store I couldn't use the protection plan money. I did not hesitate because I knew I was going to be purchasing another sleeper sofa from the same store I had purchased in the spring. They refused to honor that commitment and told me I had to wait 5 years before I could use that money. I have called so many phone numbers and I asked the salesperson that I purchased the couches from to give me a corporate number and when I dial that number those phones are manned by employees in the Philippines!!!!! Terrible customer service getting someone to talk to Someone from Ashley's asked me to reach out explaining the situation and further detail. That they would like an opportunity to try and address it. Instead what I received was a phone call back with all of the excuses that I've already heard, very very poor customer service they acknowledge they have a problem with their office staff and miscommunication and still don't want to stand behind

Editing my review, which was previously 5 stars. While the in-store sales associate was excellent, the delivery, setup, and overall customer service experience with Ashley Furniture has been the worst I have encountered. We paid for delivery and assembly for a dresser and a recliner. The delivery team left within five minutes. When I inspected the dresser immediately after, I found that the handle was crooked and that three of the six drawers were incorrectly assembled—the drawer bottoms were flipped and did not align with the others. When I contacted Ashley Furniture, I was directed to a third-party company for service. When the technician arrived, he informed us that the dresser could not be repaired and that the entire dresser would need to be replaced. We declined this option. We do not want a brand-new dresser sent to a landfill, we are in the middle of painting the nursery, and our baby is arriving soon. Additionally, Ashley did not have the dresser in stock, meaning we would have had to wait for a replacement to be ordered. We requested at least a refund of the assembly fee. Ashley Furniture declined to issue a full refund and stated that we would need to return to the store in person, as they could not resolve this over the phone. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. It is difficult to understand how furniture is delivered without any quality control—especially when obvious issues like a crooked handle and misassembled drawers are present. To make matters worse, because we declined a full replacement, we were informed that our warranty on the dresser is now void. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and has significantly changed my opinion of the company. Will never buy from them again!

We had a really hard time deciding what we wanted vs what we could afford. Over the 2 days that we deliberated, we took pictures, measurements, went home, tested, and went to other stores. In the end, we found the best quality, comfort, style, and price at Ashley’s. Mark was the best, he was patient, listened and guided us without being intrusive or pushy. Very important to me, he kept his word with everything he promised. He really inspires trust. I definitely recommend going here.

I had a great experience buying a floor model Queen mattress & box spring. From the Manager of the Store and he gave me a great price. And now my husband and I are both very happy. And we sleep all through the night now. No more tossing and turning and staying up all night watching TV. And my back pain and neck pain has been reduced.lm so happy that we chose the firm hybrid mattress. It really does make a big difference in our sleep.

I was interested in a bed. While browsing, a staffperson named Abe Kadmiri offered to assist. He was able to hone in on the best model, a mattress was agreed upon and the deal was soon done. It all went smoothly and I was more than satisfied with my experience at Ashley Furniture Store. This was a two step deal by which I made my selection and paid the agreed upon charge in step one. In step two, the bed model purchased will be delivered in late August of this year to a specified address. If any assembly of the purchased model is required, then the deliverers will do the assembly upon its delivery to my apartment. It is my hope that part two goes as well as part one. If so, then I cannot help but give my highest rating to Abe and the team at Ashley Furniture Store of Falls Church, VA.

Mark was excellent.

Poor quality item and delivered damaged. More than one of the drawer runners were dislodged and screws ripped out of the wood. This item is pure junk. To add insult, the store wants me to pay $150 to return it and then I’ll get a store credit for the value of the item. I regret buying from Ashley and recommend other steer clear of them.

He found the perfect sofa that matched exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy with his friendly and approachable manner. I called several times with questions about the sofa, and Mark was always kind and patient. A few days after the purchase, I decided to change the direction of the chaise. I called the store, and they handled it quickly and kindly. The delivery was smooth, and the setup was done fast and professionally. I'm really happy with both the product and the service!

This is ridiculous. I bought a mattress and the encasement for the mattress. They don't allow me to return the encasement, which cost me $169. If this is a final sale, then you have to tell me when I bought it.

Avoid Ashley like the plague. I came in earlier this month and picked out a sectional - the sales people were fine then, albeit making unrealistic promises. Once I received the item, it gave me a severe allergic reaction. I went back to the store and was assured several times I would get a refund to my credit card. Corporate said it as well - but mind you their only solution was to tell me I should pay them to deep clean their product. After the items were picked up, I called corporate back to confirm receipt and was told suddenly that I could only get store credit and was told to go the store. At the store, the same office manager who had assured me I would be refunded to my card, told me it wasn’t possible. I am now down nearly 3k and without furniture and will be pursuing a charge back for the purchase. I would absolutely never recommend any item from Ashley, especially given their insidious behavior, blatant lies, and horrible products. Shame on you. EDIT: Regardless of what your “records” say, your office manager and your customer service line assured me several times that I would get a credit card refund. I specifically asked every time and was reassured each time. I don’t appreciate you lying about my experience to save face as a company.
