Customer service is not done well here. As soon as you walk in someone is there to greet you, but then follows you around "showing" you things. They hang around like a salesman from the 80s. If I need something I will ask!

This store is great! This was the second time i’ve been there looking for a couch and both times the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive upon arrival. Kabeer was super helpful! I had very specific needs for my couch (modular sectional, certain dimensions, and a pretty tight budget) and he was able to quickly show me the options that fit my description. We found a couch that I was interested in and Kabeer worked with the manager Miriam to get a full package deal that worked within my budget!(furniture, shipping and delivery and a warranty). This location is great, once they see you are interested, they offer help, but you can also just quietly browse without the sales reps breathing down your neck. I Definitely recommend this ashley furniture location and Kabeer!

I had the worst buying experience there. Went there to buy a leather sofa, the seller asked me the door entrance size, I went home and brought the size. He said it will go through than purchased waited for almost three weeks and the sofa didn’t went through my door. The delivery guys told me that sign a paper if it tears or damaged by entering with force you will be responsible for!. I said return it. When went to the store tried to find something else that could go through the door but didn’t find the right one. Asked for refund the store manager told me that it’s a store credit!!!? You must buy something there is no refund!!! This was not even told at the beginning of purchase!!. Then I struggled and after two weeks they said ok the corporate approved to refund but not for the delivery!!! I said it was not delivered go ahead and deliver it to my home and I won’t aske for the refund as it was not my fault you asked for door entry measurements and I provided than you said it will go through!! So I purchased but it didn’t went so why should I pay for your mistake!!. Then I lost the credit card in there store while four times went there for refund. Finally they said only to that card we will refund not other cards. They asked for approval and I send them my credit card statement and ID then they said call the corporate. I did called the corporate and they said we cannot help ask the store and the store again said call the corporate. I stopped and claimed through my bank to settle this and bunch of live scammers are there to steal your money with a different way I can’t say anything but was a measurable experience. Just leaving my review to be aware and not scam anyone else too!!!

I don't recommend this place at all. 2 weeks ago we went to buy a sofa and they told us that it would arrive in 5 days and it did, but it arrived at our house without the correct legs, a claim was made 10 days ago and we are still waiting for the 4 legs and it was even worse. I paid a $120 installation and delivery service that apparently was for nothing. I feel sorry for Mark, who gave us great service and is a good salesman.

Nick did an awesome job helping me choose a comfortable and affordable sleeper sectional for my place. He’s very informative and really helped me weigh out my options and pick the best one. He really takes your opinions into consideration. He isn’t just trying to push for a sale, he wants to make sure you get the best. He also let us take our time trying out all the couches and make a decision. Would recommend working with him!

The sofa chaise we wanted was only available online, but our sales person, Mark, was able to order it for us with a quicker delivery timeframe than online. * UPDATE* Unfortunately we had to cancel our order. The sofa wouldn’t fit in the elevator in the older apartment building. The delivery people then informed us that to carry it up the six flights, we would be charged an additional $300. What we were not told in the store was that the “No hassle delivery” only allowed for three flights of stairs - every additional flight would cost $100. Trying to get someone to call back to assist with the cancellation was impossible. On four separate occasions we were told that the manager or regional manager would call back- later today, tomorrow, on Tuesday when they get in, etc… Not once did we speak to anyone in authority. Very frustrating and terrible Customer Service! Eventually, we received a partial refund; minus the cost of “No hassle delivery” and a substantial restocking fee. Buyer Beware!

Hello, I want to say that I feel cheated. I bought some furniture two months ago and they arrived bad and they promised to change them and until now it doesn't happen... I feel like they scammed me because I almost finished paying for the furniture and nothing, they came to see the damage and they never repaired and they didn't change my furniture either I'm very disappointed I call and they don't solve me I went to the store and neither and I have proof of all my attempts I need them to give me a solution soon

I purchased a sofa bed, the sale and delivery went smoothly .We have only had it for two days, I opened bed and added the linen. Once that was done it wouldn't fold back inside the sofa. Called the store and asked for assistance. All they can do is send someone out for an inspection in 7-10 days. My sofa bed is sticking up in the air.. sorry . I need help.. ok 7-10 days. I will never buy anything from you again. I bought this sofa for my ill husband who may not have 7-10 days. Thanks for adding to my nightmare . Poor customer service.If I could give them no stars I would!!!

Workers are very helpful. Problem is quality of products. We bought a couch for 1500 and before halfway of the payments its already garbage. We have to rearrange cushions every 10 minutes to get comfortable, fabric got mated already. It turns to a bed and its so uncomfortable impossible to sleep on. We are just waiting payments to be done to get rid of it.
