I just had the BEST furniture buying experience EVER with Nick and Keith at the Falls Church store! They were most helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable and informative about pricing and details regarding items in the store and online, and they made excellent recommendations. You can’t go wrong shopping with Nick and Keith!

Not a good service I wouldn’t recommend this place.

SHOP ELSEWHERE. This place only cares about making a quota, as soon as you walk in they are like sharks armed with fake smiles and one intention . The sale . As soon as you pay your thousands of dollars they treat you like they never met you . I spent over $1200 on a mattress & a week later my back is killing me from the choice , I simply needed a firmer mattress . I call to try to see what my options are . I was met with “mattresses are final sale & was told I can “buy another one “. I even purchased a $300 protection plan but can’t exchange it? I should have ordered online with one of the newer millennial companies that let you try it out for 30 days . Almost everyone has a return policy for a mattress ! You can’t tell exactly how it will perform until a few sleeps ! It’s 2023 , wake up and look around . There are wayyyyy better options for furniture with better customer service and exchange policies . The price you pay does not match the quality or service you receive .

Update: since customer service reached out they were able to get my furniture to me a week sooner, bringing this to about two and a half months. The customer service and third delivery crew were the best by far and actually took my delivery seriously Getting a delivery from the Falls Church Ashley Furniture has turned into a three month nightmare with two canceled deliveries and a third scheduled weeks later through no fault of my own. They also will not refund my order at the full amount despite the issues being on their end. Save yourself the headaches and uncertainty- absolutely DO NOT get delivery service from here!
