For now I have to give one star. $3500 on a sectional that was purchased in September. By December, one recliner was broken and warranty repair was requested. I sent pictures and a video. Somehow over the phone for something that wasn’t looked at, parts were ordered. Since my warranty request I’ve been called by customer care 43, yes 43 times. Requesting for me the exact same thing, when the parts come in to call them so they can schedule someone to come out. After about the 15th call, I asked if they could please do a track on the parts so that would stop calling me every other day, requesting the same information. I was told late March. In the meantime, the piece next to the end recliner broke. Now I have two pieces that are broken. Still no callback on the second warranty repair request, and I’m still being told late March for the first one. So, all in all I continue to get calls, requesting me to contact them when the parts arrive. I went to the store last week spoke with a very nice sales person and customer service person who spoke with a regional manager named Steve, who then talked to a customer care person named Jennifer and that I would get a call back later that day to schedule delivery of the two broken pieces with new pieces they have in stock understanding the ridiculous situation I’m in. However, as of today I’ve had no callback from Jennifer. And now the fourth time I’ve called the store to speak with the store manager, I’m told he is not there. I have absolute bad luck because each time I call and my in person visit last week he’s not there. I’ve asked today to be called back by Steve, who supposedly has taken care of all this. Now, with all this being said, I can tell you that the customer service people are extremely polite and the in store people last week was too. They costumer Care folks continue to tell me they will try to expedite my issue, that was before my visit to the store last week. When I asked, what does that actually mean, “expedite” the issue, i get crickets…..I can never be told that they’re really doing anything other than to appease me by saying that they will try to do something. Now the frustration has boiled over because I’ve owned the furniture for two months before it broke, and I’ve been waiting since early December to get it fixed. Last week I was promised replacements, however, no one will call me back. And to be 100% honest I have been very polite and understanding. Where is their dedication to the customer? Today? In my opinion, it is nonexistent.

Just bought a sectional sofa from Ashley furniture in Central Park! Muhammad was such a pleasure to work with and easy going! He wasn’t pushy and suggested things we may like and was very patient with my 2 year old running around. I definitely recommend asking for Muhammad if you go to this location!!
Great customer service. Hamad was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Everyone involved in the purchase was very helpful, pleasant, not pushy and very positive attitudes.
Great experience. Eddie F. was fantastic; very informative and helpful throughout out time at Ashley.
Eddy F helped us find a set of bar stools for our kitchen that worked out perfectly. Thank you!
Wonderful customer service! Thank you Paul Moore for making this an easy process.
Eddie F. Worked hard at helping us to find the best configuration and met our every request.
I had a decent experience in store; however, once I got my furniture and found it was damaged, both Ashley and Montage (protection plan company) refused to help me. Ashley sold furniture that was defective and stated all I had to do was call Montage to have them assist me. Not only did Montage not have me in their system because Ashley never provided my information, but they refused to help since it was based on the quality of the furniture before it came in my possession. I would not recommend Ashley’s as they only care about your money and selling products. Plus they offer protection plans that don’t hold any value. I spent thousands on furniture and here I am 3 months later with a damaged dresser drawer that isn’t worth anything.
