We walked into the store, and we were approached by Kelly. She warmly greeted us with her bubbly and energetic auroa. Kelly asked how she could help us with our time in the store, and mentioned she was available for any questions. Kelly then asked what we were looking for, and told her a new dining room table. She asked our likes, color schemes, style of our home, she wanted to know everything so she could make the best recommendation. Kelly is by far the best sales person at that store, I had a horrible experience with someone here previously and Kelly made me an Ashley Customer again. Ask for Kelly when you walk in! Won’t be disappointed! The best part, she made us feel like friends or family!

She didn’t become flustered when running into challenges with the computers. This was her first mattress sale and had very little backing from management, yet pulled it off beautifully. What a great experience! After having the opportunity to walk around for a bit (after being greeted at the door of course), I was approached by Kelly. I just bought a new home that needs to be fully furnished. She not only was an absolute pleasure to work with as a person, but has such amazing interior design instincts! She spent hours helping me match the color scheme of my new home to various furniture pieces. Kelly and her General Manager really proved how much they cared for your experience and satisfaction, vice the dollar value of the sale. Came in to buy a new couch. When we got in, we were heated by Mohammad, who let us know he was here to help us if we needed it. He wasn't overbearing, and let us browse until we had questions. We felt no pressure, and it was a very pleasant experience.

Muhammad was an excellent help. Very knowledgeable about all items and made everything quick and easy!

I do not recommend this store at all. Poor quality. They do not send what they show in the store with the same quality. I spent almost $3800. The chest of drawers they sent is of very poor quality, it seems second-hand, repainted, scratched, and it is broken. When we pulled out the drawers, there was a liquid in a plastic bag at the back, I don't know if it's paint or some other substance. The food table they sent is also broken. As shown in the picture, I noticed it immediately and informed the delivery team. They said their team would come to fix it, but I never heard from them again. I called this store, but they did not take care of anything. When they realize it's me calling, they hang up the phone on my face. When you go to the store, they praise their items a lot, but then send broken items and do not answer customer calls. When I called the delivery section, they did not take care of anything either. They have very bad customer service and lie to customers. I do not recommend buying from this store at all.

I came here to buy dor for sectional sofa and a mattress. With tons of options available, we were quite confused, but our salesperson Erica was extremely helpful! We spent 2 hours there and she showed us every possible option we would be interested in with great enthusiasm. Finally we bought a great sectional for just 600 dollars. I think this is the best place in Fredericksburg to find bang for the buck deals.

Good place to get furniture

I went to Ashley furniture, full of a bit of anxiety regarding making the right choices for my single bed/bath apartment. I was met by the associate named, Shavon. Shavon looked at a couple of photos I showed her of my empty space, and took her time assisting me picking out pieces that complemented eachother. (Dining set, living set, tables). Afterward, she went over the price break down and made sure I knew and confirmed the price breakdown before she submitted the paperwork for my finance agreement. Shavon made a process that i was expecting to be a challenge, an experience that I enjoyed instead and I appreciate her! She didn't rush me, didn't push a sales agenda, but instead was empathetic and compassionate! Five stars for Shavon, at Ashley furniture in Fredericksburg!!!

Asmara took me all over the store showing me dining tables, recliners,sofas, & love seats. My husband has a bad back, so he sat in a lot of them. We decided of a set for our basement, but we're not able to finalize our sale. I went back into the store, & Shavon helped me find end tables, a side chair table, coffee table, and 3 lamps. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, & knows their stock. I also liked the large screen online catalog. I will be back soon to finish my selection to furnish my basement.

Purchased a couch on February 16th 2024 for 2560.78 ,Catherine King was my sales associate i was told by her it would show up about the 29th of march. It is now the 13th of march and i have heard nothing from anyone no calls texts or emails to any of the contact information they were given. I decided to call customer service to see if i could get a update and they told me it had shifted to the second week of April, so i decided to call the store and ask and they told me it looks like its going to be here the end of April, i was not informed of any of these changes at all, it also seems the stores and customer service aren’t even on the same page. Being in the military this is unacceptable i have to transfer duty stations soon lets hope my furniture comes before then. BBB complaint has been filed Edit: after filing my complaints and this review they called and said maybe itll be delivered this weekend and if not it will be here by the 22nd, will further update review upon delivery Edit two: the couch actually showed up on time, but i should not have had to go to the measures i did to get a straight answer, highly encourage people to go to literally any other furnitustore

Our salesperson (CK2) at this location was very certain we would be receiving our item within 4-6 weeks but we have reached the 6 week mark and won't be receiving our item for another 6 weeks! And OF COURSE they do not offer a refund, how silly! It's very unfortunate that the morals weren't higher in this saleswoman and this company. What a bummer.

We visited Ashley Furniture Store in Central Park today looking for livingroom furtiture. Halim met us at the door and immediately put us at ease asking what we were looking for and directed to areas that he thought would meet our needs. He then let us explore the store without following us around. He would check in periodically. Once we narrowed down our options, Halim went out of his way to ensure we had the best information to make a final decision. No pressure sale, which we very much appreciated. Paperwork and financing went quickly. This was a great shopping experience and would highly recommend Halim and Ashley in Central Park, Va if you're in the market for new furniture.

We have been in the market for new couches for a while. We finally had a family agreement on the Lavenhorne set from Ashley. Although we decided on the set, we weren't quite ready to pull the purchase trigger. With the President's Day sale this weekend, we stopped in Saturday to see how the prices compared to online. Personally, I dread in-person shopping and will buy online whenever possible. Our decision to buy in person today was 100% because of Shavon. Instead of the typical sales pitch, her first words were "I'm not sure if you were greeted at the door, but I just wanted to say hello and welcome." Treat people how you want to be treated and she did just that! The sales process was quick and easy and we will definitely go back to her when it's time to update and upgrade the next piece! Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because even though they ordered the wrong piece the sectional is rather comfortable. The manager could care less for the inconvenience they have caused us. There used to be a time when fighting for customers to return for future purchases was a thing. I'm certainly understanding to mistakes happen but at least make it right and you will have a customer for life. Well not only did they order the wrong part for my sectional. It's now going on 2 months since I ordered my entertainment unit and still have not recieved that. Generally if a customer makes a purchase and that purchase is delayed a month the decent thing would be to make a call to the customer to notify them of the expected date change. Not here... they just wait till the customer comes into the store to find out about the delay. Then offer you the opportunity to come pick it up when it comes in when that was not the deal on the day of purchase. Well Ashley, you got me this time but you won't next. And if I can help it I will let everyone know so you don't get them either. My next furniture purchase will be ANY place but here! I reccomend you do the same! Once they get your money they don't care.

This is worst store from Ashley. Ashley should do something to fix their customer service that by far is so broken, unprofessional, unethical and the worst, specially from their Manager Ahmad. I bought a bench over the phone and was told that there was one available in the warehouse that I can go and pick it up next day. I went to pick it up at Fredericksburg ware house and the receptionist told me that they didn’t have it. She was kind to tell me where was one available and she confirm with the store. I called to Central Park store and they called again to confirm that there was one and at central park told me that it was brand new. So I drove almost 2 hrs to the other location to pick it up and when I get there it was a display model. I got disappointed because I was told by Central Park store it was new. I called back to central park to get a solution and the RUDE manager told me that he can’t do anything at the moment and ask for a solution and he told me in a rude tone that I don’t have to tell him how to do his job and he won’t give me a solution, I asked for his name, which he told me his name and ask for his last name and he told me that he won’t give me last name. I asked again for a solution and his response was that he won’t give me one and hang up on me. All of this happened while I was at the other location in Richmond. The manager at Richmond location take care of our problem and came in with a solution even tho it wasn't on his place to do that. It only took him 5 mins to fix the problem. Manager Ahmad is in a wrong position because he doesn’t know what customer service is, he is rude person and unapologetic. He doesn’t care and is an arrogant person, unprofessional and unethical. Is a shame that Ashley as corporate support that type of behavior been an amazing company. Never again will buy from that store, I prefer to drive 2 hrs just to go to the Richmond store where they value us as customer and they know how to deliver an amazing customer service. If I was having the option, I will not give to Central Park no even a star. They are the WORST!!! So be aware before going over there.

I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter and when I got the delivery, the wrong footboard was delivered. The delivery team left the pieces of the bed and left. I will not be purchasing from here again due to the lack of problem resolution. Very disappointing experience.
