I’m honestly just really disappointed. I purchased furniture from Ashley along with the extended warranty, believing it would give me peace of mind if something went wrong. Instead, it’s been nothing but frustration. I’ve now submitted multiple claims (four total!) for the same issue with my couch, and nothing has been resolved. Each time I’m hopeful it’ll finally be fixed, and each time I’m let down. At one point, I was even told to go to Home Depot and fix it myself, despite never being told that a screw was supposedly missing. I’m not a technician, and that’s not why I paid for a warranty. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability has been exhausting. The issue is still there, and I’ve submitted yet another claim, but at this point I’m not holding my breath. If I could go back in time, I would not purchase the extended warranty again. This whole experience has been really disheartening.

Worst experience, would never recommend to anyone! We ordered a sofa from this store and expressed concerns that it may not fit through the door but we were reassured that it would fit. Two weeks later when it was delivered it wouldn’t fit inside. It would’ve been ok if it ended there but in the process of trying to get our money back everyone we talked to was not helpful or they were rude. When I was on the phone with a customer service representative, Monique, I had a question that wasn’t getting answered and she said she’s going to give me time to think about it and put me on hold while I was still talking. We went into the store and they had us fill out a form and told us it would be 2weeks maximum to hear back but it’s been more than a month and we still haven’t gotten our money. When we call the store they tell us there’s nothing they can do. I really don’t understand how this is even legal because we’re not asking them to give us their money, we just want our money back that we paid for a furniture that was never delivered. We bought multiple furnitures from other places like Bob’s which is like half a mile away and everywhere else we had great experiences.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Ashley Furniture, Manassas. The salesperson, Aisha, clearly told us we would receive a refund if the extra sofa seat and coffee table didn’t fit our space. After the purchase, the store completely changed their stance and said we could only get store credit, which directly contradicted what was promised. Communication was extremely poor. We had to call the store multiple times, and they rarely returned our calls. To make things worse, when the delivery person arrived, he was in such a rush that the sectional wasn’t even assembled properly. This entire experience was misleading, frustrating, and unprofessional. I’ve never had such poor customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I bought a recliner chair online for my husband for Christmas. His first brand new chair. I was so excited to buy it for him. And unfortunately It’s too small! The chair is a lot smaller in person. My husband is tall. It’s comfortable but just too small for him. I called customer service to return this chair and buy the other chair that is bigger from them. They said all sales are final and wouldn’t let us return the chair since it wasn’t “broken” or “damaged”. Which is crazy to me! I was not aware of this and wouldn’t have bought this if I had known that I couldn’t return a chair if it was too small for my husband. They didn’t even try to help me out at all. They said I would just have to buy another chair if it was too small! I was so shocked! The lady laughed at me when I told her then I won’t be purchasing anything else from ya’ll. Excuse me but that was our hard earned saved up money you just laughed at! Very disrespectful. Now I have a chair that is too small. Very disappointed. I’ve talked to customer service twice. They don’t care and are not a 100% customer satisfactory. So just beware. I will take my business elsewhere and don’t recommend them.

Suhail helped me find furniture for my whole house. He explained everything in detail and made me feel really comfortable with my purchase.

Zafar did such an amazing job showing us the sectionals we were interested in. We ended up walking away with a sofa we very much loved and got a Black Friday deal on it!

Pretty furniture but sales lady Isha was very dishonest and did not have ethical standards. I was going to purchase a dinning room set and probably a living room and she kept on raising the prices that were not listed adding significant charges. I specifically told her I did not want protection coverage and she tried to be very slick and tricky and add charges. She also kept insisting I finance the furniture when I told her I was not interested and repeatedly asked for socal security number. I checked in mine and sure enjoyed the charges she was trying to add was for the protection plan. Needless to say I went and purchased in Room to Go where it is more trustworthy

Our person that helped us was, Ahmad. He was so patient, stepped back to let us look, answered alllllll of our questions. No pressure at all, you can tell he just wanted to be helpful. Great experience from him. I just wish they took the old furniture away. So 4 stars on the company, but 5 stars for Ahmad.

On August 31 i spent $10.500 on furnitures with Ashley in Manassas va the stuff was very professional Specially mr. Suahil very helpful and professional on September 13 i have delivered the furnitures then in the bed frame it has big scratch also in the drawer dresser has a scratch as well The delivery guy took the pictures of the damage and he told me he’s gonna send it over to the customer service He asked me to sign on his iPad, then I saw it when he sent it over to customer service I was waiting for customer service to call me about this issue no one called me then I decided to call customer service myself to check on my claim When I called the customer service A customers service lady, her name was Lisa I asked her about my claim She denied it saying that she never received any pictures or anything about my claim Then I ask her what can we do in this case She told me you have to take a picture and send me via email The next day, I did take the pictures then I send it over to her by email I was waiting for her to call me to confirm the email she did not then I have to call her again after three days When I called her again She keep denying saying I didn’t receive any pictures then she hang up the phone on me I’m sure she did receive the email but she didn’t want to help me then I did call The Ashley store in Manassas when I purchased my furniture I spoke to Mr.Suhail and he was very kind and very helpful. He Told me that everything is gonna be OK. I’m here to help and I really appreciate it his help. Mr. Suhail did send the pictures to customer service After three days I called customer service again then Lisa answer the phone And I ask her did you receive the pictures? She was like finally yes I did And I thought the issue it’s fixed Then she was like I need more pictures to send it to me with the label in the frame Then I realize that she’s just making things up and she doesn’t want to help And she was very rude Very unprofessional

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Don’t shop here. We specifically looked here for furniture that we needed to receive by a certain date. The employee that was trying to sell us the furniture assured us that everything would be delivered in time. Now the day before delivery we’re being told only half of our furniture will be delivered and the other half is a week away. They’re delivering half of a couch… after specifically stating they had it in stock. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and if you call the store asking to talk to a manager, they just put you on hold and won’t answer.

No one responds properly when you call the store. We placed the order at the store 4 weeks ago and called them many times and no one answers the call. I may cancel the order and place the order somewhere else

Rebecca was my salesperson at the Ashley Homestore in Manassas, VA on 7/27. She greeted me with a warm, friendly smile, which made me welcome her to assist in searching for a king size headboard and footboard. I brought a dresser drawer into the store to make sure I found the best match for my existing bedroom furniture. Rebecca was patient as she showed me furnishings throughout the store and obtained a measuring tape at my request without hesitation. She seems gifted in her ability to connect with customers and she certainly demonstrates the patience needed in the sales business. She looked fairly young but she was very professional and polite. Rebecca is an asset to Ashley Homestore and I hope she does well in the organization.

I bought a couch with Solamon. I walked in expecting just to look but he took his time and helped me find exactly what I need customizing the specific couch and made the process very easy. He also went his way and showed me every single option and broke down the prices and how it would work for me specifically. I highly recommend getting your furniture from here and definitely work with solamon, he will make the process great!

Sales was great, follow up and delivery was challenging. Mixed messages and after leaving 2 messages tried calling numerous times, busy helping others recording. Finally went to the store and no staff just two people sitting around with no customer's. In talking to one stated they would resolve the problem.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Ashley Furniture was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. The store manager, Shiry Elfeel, was consistently unprofessional and unhelpful from our initial visit through to delivery and even afterward when we received the wrong item. While mistakes can happen, her rude attitude and lack of apology or alternatives were disappointing; she acted as though we had received our furniture for free. I ultimately had to escalate the situation to corporate to get any real assistance. It’s unfortunate because both the furniture and our sales representative were excellent, but the management at this location demonstrates a serious lack of basic customer service and competence for working with families—especially since furniture is such a fsmily purchase. I won’t be returning and recommend others stay away unless there’s a change in management. I also feel obliged to state that sales person named Aisha was excellent and professional.

The policies are not customer based, no refunds if you don't like the furniture. Also the furniture quality is horrible. They tried to deliver me a bed that was broken twice. Then they told me they would get a manager to make sure the next delivery was good, that should be the case all the time.

The manager of the store does not understand how warrantees are redeemed or sold. She used my previous warranty credit to sell me a new couch with a new warranty, but apparently you can't use that credit to purchase your next warranty. She is not trained properly and she does not train her employees properly. She called me two weeks later demanding a credit card for a new $300 warranty and told me the existing warranty. She sold me that I have a receipt for is no good. I asked to speak to her district manager and she told me they don't have district managers so I had to call a different store to talk to her boss. Customer Service is not a priority at this location.

UPDATE Worst place to buy anything. Still dealing with the mess their former GM, Shawn, promised but didn't deliver. And now being charged for something that does not make sense. They charged me for discount given for a couch that never got delivered. Buyer beware. I just changed my review from 5 stars to 1, if i can do negave 5, I will. I should have waited before putting my review in. I'm so frustrated with this store. They promised things just to close the sale and did not deliver on their promise. Sadly, Shawn, the General Manager, did all the promising to close the sale and left Dominic holding the bag. Shawn promised that he and Dominic will move my old bed to the basement before the new bed is delivered, but the day before the delivery, they both were a no-show. I had to make other arrangements just to move the old bed so the new bed can be delivered. I'm trying to cancel the couch that was part of this sale, purely due to false promise and poor customer service and now being told they have a no refund policy. They don't even have the couch in stock. I'm so dissatisfied. Sadly, I'm a repeat customer. I bought my couch from them 10 years ago, and now this. I will definitely not be giving them my business again.

Don’t trust. Charges added without consent or knowledge or any information. Salesperson adds protection plans to your purchase without consent or any mention of it. They purposely make you sign for the purchase on a tablet so you can’t see the entire charge. The words “protection plan” was never brought up or discussed at all. I only found out from the email of the receipt when I got home after calculating it myself. The cost wasn’t even mentioned. It was completely skipped over on the receipt. She tried to hide it 100% because it was not discussed by name or by cost. Searched it on google and it said protection plan. Called this store and no one answers when I was there in store and there are so many employees just sitting around. Left a message on the phone and of course no call back. Scam! Unprofessional. Can’t trust if my order is accurate. Who knows what else. Not going to mention the name of the salesperson because this is a company wide issue in their ways of scamming people. Why is the delivery $229.99 when the website only charges $199.99 for the exact same order??

I won't recommend this place to anyone been there couple days ago made mistake on my order, lied about delivery date, and got all my information wrong while i confirmed with them multiple times im so disappointed about this. so unprofessional!

We purchased 2 three-seater sofas, 2 twin beds, and 1 full-size bed from this store almost two weeks ago. However, we have not received any calls regarding delivery. Every time we call, we’re told there’s a system issue, and no specific delivery date is provided. We are still waiting for our delivery, and we are very disappointed with the lack of communication and service.

June 11th - REVIEW UPDATE. While the sales team does a great job, the delivery end of this company is HORRIBLE. I was told we would have our stuff in ONE WEEK, turned into several weeks, with statements of different pieces are on back order, even though in the last call they verified it was there. OR they said oh when we went to put it on the truck it was damaged so we couldn't deliver. Then they scheduled a day, and didn't even show up!. Today, not anything new. They did show up, but only delivered 2 of our 5 pieces of Furniture. Even the delivery order shows it to be on the truck, but the guys said it must be on back order. Calling customer service, they just pushed the date out even further to June 17th. for our other pieces that were supposedly all in and ready for delivery. This is what causes me to go to the small shops that have the stuff in the back or even AMAZON and stay away from these big box stores that make empty promises on the show room floor and can't back it up with delivery. LEFT Very disappointed... I'll be stopping by the store tonight to see if I can just get a refund for what they can't seem deliver. This is why Amazon is getting so much business. Shame on you Ashley Furniture. May 4th Sales Person Muhammad was very helpful and patient with us while found the right couch to fit our game room for our boys. He also helped us find the right tables and carpet to go with the couch.

Every time I try to reach customer service, they either don’t pick up, put me on hold for hours, or give me empty promises with zero follow-up. This company is a joke. I’m now stuck with an order I’ve paid. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT give Ashley Furniture a dime of your money. They’ve wasted weeks of my life, and I will never shop here again."

Dishonest and Deceptive - Stay Far Away! If I could give Ashley’s Furniture in Manassas zero stars, I would. This place is the definition of dishonest business practices. I was promised a 2-year no-interest financing deal, and I trusted their sales team to honor that agreement. But after making a few swaps on my order, they created a new bill and conveniently left out the financing deal we had initially agreed upon. No one bothered to explain this change, and I only found out when I was slapped with insane interest fees after the first year. What makes it worse is their absolute lack of accountability. I went back to the store multiple times hoping someone would help me or at least acknowledge their mistake. But instead, I was met with nothing but excuses and indifference. The sales team? Useless. The managers? Even worse — they acted like it wasn’t their problem. It’s clear they’ll say whatever it takes to get a sale and then disappear when things go wrong. And don’t fall for their insurance scam either. They’ll push it hard, promising that it covers “everything” — but surprise, surprise — when it’s time to use it, they’ll find every excuse not to pay up. It’s a complete money grab, just like the rest of their shady operations. I can’t stress enough how much I regret trusting this company. Shayla was amazing. She let us browse without interrupting us. Most furniture stores are like vultures when you come in. And then when we had questions she answered them throughly even seeking out the manager when she didn’t know the answer. We came with a child and she also interacted with him so we could make some decisions in a bit less chaos. She worked hard to find pieces that matched the bed we wanted. We will say, we liked working with Shayla a lot more than our interactions with the manager. He was a bit pushy and also seemed very dismissive to her and us. At one point we were trying to carry a side table over to see if it matched the bed we chose and the manger came over after hearing us talking and showed her how to take the panel off instead of carrying whole thing and then stated— “see. This is why you ask.” In addition, Shayla was looking for a dolly to carry the table in addition to trying to track down dimensions. I looked over and saw the two ladies at customer service desk just socializing. I walked over and asked them where dolly was and they instructed Shayla to go grab it. So I said “why don’t yall go grab it and that way Shayla can go look up dimensions for me”. And they said that’s “not their department”. Disappointed in the teamwork displayed especially when we were trying to purchase a whole bedroom set. Nobody wanted to help Shayla so she was running all around. We were only ones initially in store for an hour. And the manager being dismissive of us and Shayla. the two ladies at the desk. Sum this up with the fact Shayla was amazing. So grateful we worked with her.

Good furniture store with friendly staff

We have gone back and forth in our furniture search and finally landed on Ashley Furniture. In going into the store in Manassas, we worked with a couple of showroom individuals, and eventually really felt comfortable working with Asma. She understood that we wanted to be able to have room to talk privately about the big choices that we were making and honored our need for space as well as providing all of the information that we needed, as questions arose. The manager, Zee, was so lovely as well and very helpful. End to end, it was a very good experience and we are very happy with our decision of purchasing a sectional from this location.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, DECEIVING, INCENTIVE TO COMMIT FRAUD I wish I'd never put foot at this store. I went there Wednesday evening, day before Thanksgiving and was quickly approached by a salesman, he offered a few couches but I did not find any of them comfortable or to my like except of a leather sectional, however, I stated to him that my biggest concern was that I own a cat who could potentially ruin it, he quickly told me to not worry about because I can buy a protection plan (at an additional cost of course) and any damage will be covered unlimited for 5 years. They were about to close the store so he quickly wrapped me up into applying for a store financing, sign here, initial there and before I knew I had ordered a leather sofa, a protection plan and was out the door pending a delivery date confirmation possibly a week after. I left the store and the next day (National Holiday) after reviewing their protection plan, which by the way was sent to me by email, I read that under the things that are *NOT covered* was listed "pet damage", the first thing I mentioned to the salesman!. I called to cancel the order immediately but of course it was closed. The next day Friday, less than 48 hours after "the sale" and less than 24 hours after a National Holiday I called customer service to CANCEL my order and was re-directed to the store where the same employee advised me to commit fraude. He told me that, when the time comes to make a claim, do not tell the damage was done by my cat... I refused and requested to continue with cancelation, and demanded to have a full refund but I was denied under the claim that "all sales are final" contradicting their policy which states that only floor samples and clearance items are final sales, and yes, I had to search for their return policy online, because the store failed to provide me one at the time of my visit, nor they had any visible signs in this respect. After being firm with my request to cancel the order and issue a full refund, I was transferred to the store manager who said I should have canceled it within 24 hours, it did not matter that their store was closed due to a National Holiday, and again contradicted their policy which states that an order can be canceled up to 48 hours BEFORE the delivery date which in this case was "tentatively" scheduled a week later. After explaining him that I was deceived by their salesman into buying a sofa AND a protection plan that will not protect me at all, not to mention that I was being encouraged by him to commit fraud, the store manager said that he did not have the authority to cancel the order and needed to contact corporate as this is an executive decision. Since then, I called their customer service just to be bounced around, telling me that the store manager is the only one who can approve it and re-direct me to him, I visited the store and talked to the assistant manager AND the store manager in person, they both seemed pretty nice and understanding but still no resolution. He (store manager) refuses to provide a phone number for corporate, saying that all of them are personal cellphones not for public disclosure nor an email where I can express my complaint and dissatisfaction with their service. Just keeps telling me that "they" will give me a call, but the call never comes. In the meantime, interest is being accumulated in a credit card for an undelivered furniture and a useless protection plan that I would have never bought in the first place if proper information was provided at front. I guess my next step will be to contact the State Attorney General and request information about consumer's protection and rights as many violations have occurred and per what I can see I am not the only one complaining about this Company.

Went to the store to buy a dining room set. Paid $1734.19. Later in that evening I went on the Ashley Furniture app and seen the same set for $1165.98. I called the store to try and get the pricing I seen on the app. They said the pricing that’s on the app isn’t correct. I even sent over screenshots and a video showing me opening the app going to the shopping cart and the price I seen was on the video. The calls and text started on 09/05/24 now that it’s 09/08/24 it’s coming up as a different price on the app. The store manager is now saying he can’t price match from their own stores app. Poor customer service. I canceled my original order. So if you order furniture with them check the online prices as the store will have higher prices.

Dad found the one with the best fit and without much instruction he could navigate the remote easily. Unlike other furniture stores, the staff treated dad as if he was their own, with respect and humor. He’s looking forward to delivery day!

Customer service here is unbelievable, if I must say so myself. The reps are exceptional at getting a sale, but once that is established and your payments are locked in, as a store they could care less about your experience or trying to correct their mistakes. In person, I was told my chest was on back order, ok cool, so what's the ETD...oh we don't know. Come to find out I have to wait about a month. The portion of my order that was delivered on August 17th, half of the items were missing: foundation (wrong size on itemized invoice) and mattress cover (which should have been given to me in- store). The icing on the cake, the delivery guys ended up slicing my Tempur Pedic mattress (pics will be included). I initiated the claims process the next day on August 18th. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. I had to reach out to customer service more than once. I was told the mattress was on back order- which I'm starting to believe is their generic go-to response. After their hickup, the foundation and cover were scheduled to be delivered in September along with the chest. So I have to wait another 3 weeks to sleep in my bed? No ma'am, no ham! I already ended up waiting 8 extra business days for a new mattress. They told me if I wanted the cover sooner I should go back to the store to pick it up. Yea, no that's no going to work!! So I ended up canceling the mattress cover...too much hassel and they didn't even try to make it right. I spent several days on the phone with either customer service or trying to reach an in-store rep. At one point, the automated message said to call back during normal business hours- which it was: 1130 and 1530. I left my information numerous times with different staff and was told I'd receive a callback and no one called. I will say the last point of contact kept their word. Shout out to them; too bad I don't have their name. It's mind-blowing that this company is so hot and cold! I'll have to find a consignment store to furnish the rest of my place. This was brutal, and for what?

We came to Ashley over Labor Day weekend to buy a mattress. As soon as we walked in, Lorena introduced herself and helped show us to the beds. She gave us a thorough rundown of the different mattress styles they had and was very patient while we found what we liked. Lorena also introduced us to the different payment plans, mattress covers, and upgrades on the beds. It was a wonderful and relatively quick trip, we'll absolutely be back for other furniture!

Horrible Experience - False Advertising and Incompetent Service I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ashley Furniture. Their sign outside promises next-day delivery, but it took **three weeks** for my furniture to arrive. When it finally did, the bed was missing screws, and the nightstands were the wrong color. I asked the delivery driver to take everything back, and while he did take the nightstands, he forged my signature on the delivery paperwork without my permission. I went back to the store to select a different bed, and it took **three managers an entire day** to figure out the price difference, which they said would be $650. I agreed to pay that amount, but the next morning, they called me back to the store to sign the paperwork, claiming they had miscalculated and that I actually only needed to pay $230. Just when I thought this nightmare was over, they delivered the new bed the following day, only for me to get a call saying their audit showed yet another mistake and that I needed to pay an additional $600! This situation is utterly ridiculous, and to top it off, I just received a letter stating they are sending $918 to collections if I don’t pay immediately. I chose Ashley Furniture for their 24-month financing option, but I deeply regret it now. I’m appalled by their disorganized service and deceptive practices. All those 5-star reviews with pictures? They’re fake—Ashley begs for good reviews right after your purchase, but I held off until I saw how badly they’d mishandle everything. **Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I did. Shop at Bob’s Furniture or anywhere else but Ashley!**

After visiting several stores looking for a sofa, we stopped in at Ashley to see what they had for us. We were impressed with the wide variety of options that they had for us and found their prices to be quite competitive. We ended up buying our Sofa from Ashley and were appreciative of the help we received from Asma who spend quite a bit of time helping us to find the perfect piece and then smoothly coordinating our purchase.

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t be lured in by the low sticker price! Their furniture is Walmart quality with no returns and a worse protection plan!! They will take your money and deliver you broken stuff to your doorstep if you don’t pay for the extra “White Glove” delivery. Their furniture is very fragile and cannot be moved without significant breakage. Their warranty SOUNDS good but the third party company that services claims (T&T) is unresponsive and combative, you basically have to threaten to sue them to get them to fulfill the most basic services they agree to in writing. If you have unfortunately bought and need claim service select the option for “buy new furniture” or you will NEVER talk to a person. They also don’t return calls or emails. STEER CLEAR OF ASHLEY!

They manipulated us into buying saying they would give us some money off and free pillows, then checked us out saying they “forgot” and they couldn’t actually do that.

Recently purchased furniture from this store and could not be more disappointed with how the entire experience went. Of course, finding it and purchasing it went smoothly, customer service was great at that point because they were ultimately making a sale. Delivery windows given were completely unreliable, they showed up twice an hour and a half out of the timeframe provided to us. We had to have the furniture delivered twice in the first place due to it being damaged the first time upon delivery. We, as customers, had to consistently reach out to the sales person, Abdul, to get updates on the furniture status and delivery, not vice versa as you would expect it to be if customer service was important to Ashley Furniture. When speaking with the store manager about this, we were only offered a $100 gift card for our troubles. We declined as we will not be shopping here any further. Would not recommend shopping at this store. Quality of furniture is satisfactory but not worth the amount of trouble and lack of customer service when making such a big purchase.

If I could give this store no stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a couch in early November 2023 and I don’t have the furniture or my refund. They tell me it’s only going to be store credit because the sells associates initialed the box for me. She told me I wasn’t buying it off the floor so I should have received a refund. The store bounces you around to people and departments that can’t help. The accounting office is the only ones to look at the request and what they say goes. No one wants a happy customer. Not even the manager at the store can help or is even stays around to help. He didn’t even seem to care about my issue and pushed me to someone else. No one follows up with you. I will never shop at Ashley’s and I will be finding someone who cares about customer service.

Ashley has really great furniture, but the used car salesman games are a little too much. When I visited my sister in TX, I fell in love with her leather furniture that came from Ashley. As an internet junkie, I had to do more research. I found out that Ashley furniture is sold by almost ALL furniture dealers. In addition, Ashley showrooms are hands down the most expensive place to buy Ashley furniture. Example: the leather living room set that I wanted was $8600 at Ashley but was only $5300 at one of the dealers that I found online. Don't fall for all of the used car salesman fast talk. On my last visit, they had a "Everything has been marked down" sale. Well, the kitchenette set that I wanted was still $399 in the store, but I had it shipped and delivered for only $263 from a dealer online. My advice is, go to the showroom, find the collection that you want, then, do your due diligence online. I can guarantee you there are much better prices out there. If you want to play the used car games, show them what you found online and see if they will match the price. Again, the furniture is very nice but well overpriced.

David, Zee, and Stephanie were great to work with. They were patient and the customer service was great. Update 5/24: Trying to get a hold of this store is IMPOSSIBLE. Our order arrived with incomplete items then I tried calling to schedule the rest but could not get through. I drove 5 hours total to go to the store (we moved) because customer care cant help with anything but “email” them. They confirmed both missing items would get delivered today but alas, today arrives and only one comes. The dispatcher tells me that they cancelled the other item and didn’t tell us anything. I call the store and of course they dont pick up and I get routed to customer care. They insist they cant assist because only the store can help. The store never answers their phone and everytime I’m in there, everyone’s on the couch just hanging out. I directly called our sale person (not david) and he told me he would give me a call back but never did. I can’t say anything negative about David but the rest of the store and this whole experience has been very disappointing and dissatisfactory.

I have paid it off and closed the account. Now, I received a letter stating that they are taking me to collections for unpaid balanced..... This is clear harassment. Update from my last review 4 months ago: We purchased the Larce 5 piece couch back in February (before it was backordered) and we were told 6 weeks for delivery. 16 weeks later and we are still awaiting our furniture that we bought in-store and paid in full for. There has been no communication from Ashley regarding the status of our order or the delays that continue to prolong the delivery. When I ask the virtual assistant through the website, it tells me to contact the store. In the rare occasion I get through the phone line and talk to someone, there is a new estimated date. Additionally, rarely does anyone answer the phone at this store or return your calls but you can bet there is a pool of associates awaiting your arrival at the front door to make a sale and earn commission. Most of our furniture in our home is from Ashley; however, due to this experience, this will be our last purchase with the company. *From February 2024*: We were in the market for a new couch and Yasmin in Manassas helped us with all of our needs. She was friendly, attentive, and answered all of our questions professionally. We had a wonderful experience with her and looking forward to the delivery of our new couch.
