I have unfortunately needed to edit my review. Originally it was 5 stars. The furniture we were sold is discontinued and we found out only after calling to ask why we haven't been contacted about a delivery date. Note that this was a month after purchase. We didn't want a different color or style as a swap and have asked for a refund. No refund has been given and their refund dept won't call us back. Calls to the store aren't helpful, and we are being told that only the refund dept can help, but I can't talk to them. It's ongoing for 2 months now today and frustrating. Hopefully they do the right thing eventually and give us our money back for furniture they didn't provide. Really don't want to, but the next recourse is legal action.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been equally disappointing. When I contacted the customer support team to report the issue, they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving the problem. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to take responsibility for the damaged product is deeply frustrating. As a customer, I expected a high level of quality and service from Ashley furniture, but this experience has been nothing short of a letdown. I am now left with a damaged couch that does not meet my expectations or the standards advertised by the store. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing furniture from Ashely Furniture if they value quality, timely delivery, and reliable customer support. This experience has left me hesitant to trust their products and services in the future.
