My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new couch and started saving options on Ashley Furniture’s website. I met Charlie in the store and showed him the options, for which he quickly got an idea of the style of couch we wanted. He suggested the perfect sofa/corner chaise set with ottoman that we fell in love with. Upon sitting we knew our search was over. Charlie provided exceptional customer service and made the process quick and painless. The couch showed up two days after the sale was complete. I’ve never gotten furniture so quickly! The delivery crew was even here 30 minutes before the delivery window started. Once they got here, everything was moved in and assembled within 20 minutes. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely be back whenever we need more furniture.
