Timothy Green helped us find a couch that fit our requirements and worked with us to get it at a price we could afford! Great experience all around! Edit: I had to come back and edit this and drop down the rating. We still havent recieved our couch. We were told that we should expect a call to set up a delivery day for our couch 2-3 weeks after the purchase date. After calling, we were informed that the delivery center wasn't expecting the couch to arrive until mid November. This is obviously more than 2-3 weeks and while I understand salesman can't control the expected delivery date, they shouldn't be making claims and setting up expectations that ultimately can't be delivered on. Our experience at ashley was still a good one and the price drop was appreciated but if we had known the actual date for delivery could have been so far out, it would have had an influence on our desicion.
My mom had something very specific she wanted. We found it online and went to Ashley. We walked through the door and Mr. Timothy Green was there to greet us. We showed him what we wanted and he explained he didn’t have that but something similar. It was located in Ashley Outlet. Instead of telling us to go to the other store, Mr. Green walked out the front doors and down to the other store and took us to the couch. The couch was perfect and even better than what we found online. The right color and all!!! As most people know, it’s hard to sometimes get help at store and I’m sure especially if you have to walk outside and to another store section. Mr. Green went above and beyond. So helpful and very knowledgeable. He listens to exactly what you want and what is important to you. He also explains everything to you to make sure nothing is misunderstood. And had everything is written so nothing was by word of mouth. Highly recommend going to Ashley furniture and asking for Timothy Green to help you with your needs.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Ashley Outlet. Upon visiting the store in search of a sectional, I made it clear to the salesperson that I had a small doorway in my apartment complex. Despite being assured by the saleswoman, Ms Mary, that the sectional would fit, it unfortunately did not. When I requested a refund of my $200 deposit, I was informed that I could only receive a store credit. I have no desire to continue doing business with a company that engages in dishonest and deceptive practices. The assistant manager, Charlie, was uncooperative and unhelpful when I attempted to resolve the issue. In fact, when I mentioned sending an email to express my concerns, he responded aggressively and hostilely, threatening to send his own email. All I am seeking is a refund of my money and to sever ties with this company.
