I'm always happy with my purchases from this store. I personally have always had good experiences and the furniture I receive always has excellent quality, style, and durability. The way the store is organized to show different room inspirations really helps you invision the possibilities of your own space. The staff is always so attentive and they really strive to give you the best deal. I met someone new today, Maleea, who is very kind and helpful. I feel like she really understood all of my needs and requirements for what I was looking for, and she also has excellent taste in style! I do recommend if you are looking for furniture pieces to invest in that will last you and are elegant, take a look at this Ashley furniture location. In the past few years I have purchased my dinning room set, couch, accent chair, and now office desk from this store alone.

Greg got me a better bedroom set than offered online at a better price, and was in and out in 20 minutes.. Update I was delivered a different bedroom set than I purchased. Greg was still great, but I'm so upset over this, this bed looks cheaper as it doesn't have the storage drawers and the foot board is too low.

Seriously disappointed. My mother-in-law broke her recliner a few days ago and we have been shopping around for a replacement. We found the McGann Walnut rocker recliner at the Ashley Outlet marked 50% off for the Labor Day sale. The chair is marked at ~$850 so would sell for ~$425. We brought to their attention that the same chair from Big Lots is $300... and also that pricing trends, which are public, show that the chair usually sells for $400-$500, meaning the "sale" is just an artificial 200% markup so they can mark it back down to regular price. The ONLY factor remaining was the delivery, since Ashley will actually bring the item into your home and set it up for you. This would be nice since my MIL has dementia and lives with us in an upstairs bedroom. The bedroom is my former office, so I've had to move furniture around on my own in the past to get it situated and am capable of doing so again, but it would be nice to have the help , surely. The first person we talked to said they price match, but... only with their own online store? That doesn't sound like price matching. We asked for SOME leeway on the price (not on the delivery cost, JUST the price of the chair - you know since it's not REALLY on sale), and would have gladly accepted maybe a 8-10% off and walked out the door happy, but were instead met with dumbfounded stares and an offer for some kind of "transfer" for $25 for us to come pick it up in-store (which basically equated to us paying $25 more for no reason). We left and went to Value City. The salesman there immediately knocked off $90 from the chair we were looking at without us even asking and we'll be picking it up on Tuesday. Wife and I concur we will not be returning to Ashley at all.

Just entered tolook around....Melodie Terry greeted us with a nice smile. We told her what we were shopping for, she showed us 3 different styles of sofa & loveseat sets. After about 30 minutes we were happy to purchase a beautiful blue chaise style sofa & a nice loveseat . It was definetly PAINLESS. MELODIE TERRY WAS A GEM 💎❤️‍🩹 . WE are very pleased to await our delivery when our purchase comes in.
