Had an absolutely horrible experience. Walked in to buy a couch, found one that was fine to order and worked with the sales associate to order it (who seemed like he did not want to be there in the first place). Ordered the couch and waited a few weeks for it. Couch arrives and only 2 of the 3 pieces were there, and the sales associate had ordered the couch in the wrong orientation (l shaped couch on the wrong side). Sales team did virtually nothing to help me get this issue resolved, so I had to contact customer services through their corporate for about 4-5 weeks to get the right couch actually ordered. Finally got it ordered then they tried to charge for me getting the old couch removed and the new couch delivered! Absolutely horrific experience from start to finish and I’m only posting this review now because I finally have my new couch so they can’t mess it up anymore. Would highly recommend anyone go literally anywhere else to get their furniture in the future

Came to furniture shop last Saturday and left highly disappointed and empty handed. The selection on the floor is severely limited with little to no alternative colors or fabric choices. Also the sale associate I worked with was extremely pushy and would not let me and my husband talk or shop in peace. The experience was equivalent to a sleazy used car sales man. When I did find something I liked online it was out of stock with no label price or date as to when it could be ordered. I will not do business with establishment again in the future.

Her name was Yaya, she was very pleasant, helpful and very understanding. She introduced herself and allowed me to meander through the store to make my decisions on what I was looking to purchase. Once I thought I decided what I needed, she also was able to coach me on what might work for the small space I was trying to accommodate. I then called upon my tribe to discuss said size of couches along with costs and at no point was she attempting to rush the process. After making my selections she was able to guide me through the process of applying for credit and purchasing my furniture. I was able to trust to her throughout this process and she made it very easy to complete the task of my purchase. Though all the confusion and frustration, Bobbi stuck it out with me. Having to continuously apply pressure to the logistics team as well as the customer service personnel. I had no confidence in either based on my previous conversations with them both. HOOORAH!!! FOR BOBBI!!! I truly appreciate all you have done going above and beyond to ensure the error made was corrected in a timeframe that still met my needs. This company is lucky to have you, and you will be getting my future business for all my home decor needs!!!

We purchased two Abinger sofas two years ago, and the material on the front has already started coming apart, clearly a sign of poor quality. Despite having purchased a protection plan, we were told this type of damage isn’t covered. Buyers, beware: Abinger products from ashley may not last more than a couple of years, and the protection plans are essentially a scam. Very disappointed with the quality and the lack of support

They sell poorly made furniture, they won't stand behind their product. Bought a sofa and a few months later the frame came apart. Instead of Ashley's fixing it, they made me go through my warranty. Technician came out and sure enough, it was broken from the beginning. The little staple holding the frame had shot out through the edge of the wood frame and was delivered to me. Since it was hidden behind a cushion, we never saw it. Ashley's will not help you if this happens, and they will say that it wasn't a manufacturing defect. And a second note, no one that works at Ashley's knows how to handle these issues, I called about 20 times and each time got different answers, such as that department isn't open until Tuesday, or call a certain number, or something else...what a mess! Don't buy from these guys, they dont stand behind their product!

From entering the store, Zyshun was courteous, informative, and not overbearing. When needed he was in sight, expedient and knowledgeable of all the products we were seeking. He offered diff colors, cleaning fabrics, asked questions about our home space and offered suggestions. He took his time and was very patient with us as we made a decision. We did purchase and feel confident in it and the delivery process.

Andre asked his coworkers to help him search the store and within a couple of minutes located the last one on the showroom floor. He recommended that we inspect it to ensure that there was no damage and upon doing so and finding it in good condition, we proceeded to write up the sales order. He recommended that we order a new/replacement insert to ensure that it was in working condition. He was prompt in writing everything up and communicating with his manager in processing the sales order. He then coordinated a good pickup time and provided his telephone number so that we could call him to confirm when the insert arrived at the store, so that we would be able to pick everything up at one time and save the delivery fee. In most stores, even mom and pop furniture stores Ashley is one of the most popular furnitures sold. It's almost like we don't have a choice. I have no complaints about the furniture itself. I've been very satisfied with everything I've ever gotten from them. But they have a very bad habit of making you think your furniture will be delivered within a couple of weeks and sometimes it's more than a month later when it finally arrives. This has happened to me every single time I have ordered furniture. As large of a dealer that they are it seems like they could do a better job with customer service.

We ordered a sofa with the chaise on the opposite side of the showroom sofa and were very clear. The salesperson ordered the exact showroom configuration instead and Ashley Furniture has been less than forthcoming on fixing it. The salesperson is no longer there. I keep getting emails over and over about submitting photos which I did immediately the first time. I feel like by sending emails labeled in all caps 2ND PHOTO REQUEST, they are making me out like I'm not cooperating. I've sent the photos AGAIN with the explanation. I'm not sure what I have to do to fix this. We are not using the sofa as we have not moved into the home yet and would gladly let them come pick it up.

Delivery was set for a Tuesday. After calling several times and finally speaking to a person they said it may arrive Thursday. They would let me know 24 hours prior. If you have a job I do not recommend buying from this place they won’t even send you an email with their estimate of arrival.

My purchase went very smoothly at the store and IN STORE service was 10/10, I love my new couch. My only issue was with delivery. The delivery men damaged my wall and Ashley home furniture did not respond to any of my 5 emails regarding this issue. Just know when getting a home delivery Ashley will not reimburse any damages made to your home and will ignore you.

I went to Ashley Furniture on Laburnum with my Mom to look at reclining chairs with automatic lift ability. Our salesman was new however, very helpful and friendly without being pushy. My Mom was prepared to purchase the recliner however the delivery charge was well over $200. We stated we’d rather pick it up ourselves and asked how long it would be before it would arrive at the Laburnum store. After checking with another salesperson he returned and told us that anything over 50 lbs does not get shipped to the store…we would have to drive to Fredericksburg to pick up our order! Despite our great salesman, he did not make the sale due to the company’s poor delivery options. Ashley Furniture does not provide a reasonable alternative for the consumer to get the furniture to their home unless the purchaser is willing to pay a high delivery fee or make the drive to Fredericksburg (neither of which is reasonable). Coincidentally, we found the same chair on Amazon for nearly $200 less and we have Prime…so free delivery. Do your homework folks…don’t be taken advantage of by greedy corporations.
