I had a great experience with Noura at Ashley furniture. She helped me find some chairs for my dining room table that I really loved. She made me very comfortable and took her time to explain details about my delivery options and my purchase. If you are looking for great furniture and trusting people ask for Noura or Jerrell. Jerrell helped me with my first purchase with my couch and chair. He is the reason I came back. Two great sales people.

We walked in and met the best salesman I’ve ever had! DJ was informative and answered all of your questions without pressuring us. We will definitely be back. Even the other staff walking around were so friendly and genuinely cared. I wish I could give 100 stars.

This location of Ashley Furniture was one of the BEST furniture buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was always able to find someone if I needed assistance, but I wasn’t followed through the store by a salesperson trying to make a sale. I felt like I could make an unhurried decision without being pressured. Brian and DJ were super helpful and kind. The furniture we found looks beautiful, was a reasonable price, and seems built to last. I’d highly recommend this store!!

I went into Ashley Furniture just to “look”. I didn’t know when I asked Steve for help that he was the district manager. I left the store with a couch and a bed frame for my adjustable base bed. He was excellent and very humble. He never said he was the district manager. It was only when he had to get someone else to put it in the system. Rickie came in and was professional, friendly, and took care of the rest.

The experience was sort of like a good dream that ended terribly. I was willing to make a deal with them then they had me scan the QR code, and I started seeing all the reviews and some of what they were saying in the reviews were true so I became a tad weary but was like two of the sells persons’ personalities, the team lead and one of the other sellers looks me up and down as if they were displeased. I also noticed they treated certain types of people differently. The one seller I liked seemed to not really be sure of their answers and some of the things I was told wasn’t true when they confirmed with another team member. The icing on the cake for me was when two of the members had an altercation about the questions being asked and the team lead didn’t handle it at all. That was my sign to leave. I almost signed the contract too and I’m glad I didn’t, I only owed for the credit check.

Adjusting my review! Everything was fine in the store, but after the sale, communication ceased. What I told was a white couch in store was not white upon arrival. I contacted Brandon for help resolving the issue, but he was unhelpful. Alexis from customer care was no help! Both the store and customer care gives you the run around. The only person that was a little helpful was Jade. The store says one thing and customer care says another. Go elsewhere, it’s not worth the trouble you’ll encounter. I’ve purchased from Ashley before and this by far has the absolute worst experience.

If you are looking for quality selections, realistic prices, and outstanding service, you must go to Ashley on Broad Street. Everyone at the store is gracious and professional. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Djamel (“DJ”), and he was knowledgeable, accommodating, and made the process a seamless treat. I highly recommend him and the store!

Serrina was extremely attentive, helpful and not overly pushy on sales. She was newer to the job but seemed to be learning extremely quickly and was very conscious about leading to the best customer experience

If I could put a zero star, I would have done that. My wife and I order our furniture from Ashley February 18, 2024. At the time of the sale, the estimated delivery time was 4 - 6 weeks. We originally ordered a king size bed frame with two bed side tables, box spring, mattress, and sectional with ottoman. We were told that everything was ready except for the ottoman and armless piece for the sectional. Being understandable on the supply chain issues, we called right after 6 weeks about the status of our furnitures. We were told that everything will be in by the end of March and someone will call. We didn’t hear anything so that we called customer service again. We were told at that time the bed was ready except for the bed side tables and the sectional was missing the ottoman. Moreover, they cannot just deliver the bed and everything has to be delivered at the same time. Nothing happened. We called again and we told the sectional and the bedroom set will be ready the end of April. What were missing from our order was the armless piece from the sectional, ottoman, and the bed frame. We felt customer service wasn’t helpful so that we went in the store where we order the furniture. Then another story were told about what was missing from our order. The week before Memorial Day, we called the store and gave them one last chance delivering our order before canceling. They said they will be ready by the end of the week and will call us about delivery. On May 25, we heard nothing from them. Then we went in the store. Finally they told us that the bedroom set was ready but the sectional was missing everything but the ottoman. Having dealt with Ashley for over two months, my wife and I did not believe they can deliver what we ordered because they could not even keep their promises to call us. We had to cancel the entire order knowing 20% of the total purchase will be kept as store credit. We still decided to walk away and cut loose with Ashley. Don’t make the same mistake as we did.

Today we had a great experience at Ashley. Tiera was super helpful and had a great upbeat attitude and answered all out questions. The manager came over to check on us and let us know she was new and we would have never known if they hadn’t told us. We will be buying at Ashley again!

Brandon was great to work with to find me a new couch. He was very helpful and patient with me when trying to pick between a few choices. Very pleasant experience overall!

The only reason I would not give 0 stars is for customer care doing the best they could for me! Pam, my sales person as well as the store manager was great until she got my sale. After triple confirming with her what I was ordering she STILL ordered it wrong. ZERO responsibility has been taken from her. She was unhelpful once i realized her mistake, then once she responded once she ignored me. After all of that, she has done absolutely nothing to make this right other than tell me i owe her more money. The level of customer service is horrible. I would absolutely NOT recommend her, if you go there ask for someone else immediately. And if you want good customer service response and to do the right thing from the district manager don't expect that from Ashley Home store, just go somewhere else. However, Jordan on the other hand was fantastic and did everything he could to help me. It just wasn't up to him as a final decision.

We had ordered items 3 months ago and have yet to receive any of them. We originally had ordered a couch with an ottoman and bed. They said they received the couch but, was waiting on the ottoman. We just went in and they said they have the ottoman but not the couch. We also didn’t get notified that our bed had arrived. Would not recommend.

Peter was just right. He didn’t stay right at our side but checked back just right. He had or found all the answers we needed. Bought the couch and loveseat. Actually almost left without purchase and then we were given opportunity through store manager to address singular question. Bought them! Thank you Peter.

Naomi was the saleswoman we had the pleasure of working with. We came into the store with no real plan on what kind of couch we wanted, we more just came to get a feel of what me might like. After walking around the store aimlessly for 30mins, we came to Naomi and told her around about what we were looking for and she immediately pointed us to a couch we loved that fulfilled every need that we were looking to have. . After deciding this is the couch we wanted we told them we wanted to go look around other places just to make sure we had what we wanted. After coming back, instead of forgetting about us and worrying about the best person to walk through the door she started on the paperwork that needed to be done to purchase the couch. This whole process was just super easy and fun with Naomi’s personality really making the process seamless. We will definitely be back in the future!

This was my first time at Ashley, or any furniture store for that matter. It was a little daunting but, Ricky was so helpful to me. He made something that I feel can be overwhelming and stressful very easy. He was very patient and really went the extra mile to answer all my questions. I came in to the store to pick up a bench. I drove all the way down from Stafford, Va because I was told by the Ashley Furniture store in Fredericksburg Central park that they have a new one. By my surprise they didn’t and was a display model. Even tho it wasn't responsibility of this store to give me a solution and fix the other store mistake, they did it. They have world class customer service, they were so polite, very attentive while the other store didn’t even to bother to gave a solution. Between the manager and his employees they were exceptional and I think Ashley as corporate should bring those associates from Central Park Ashley to get a training with the associates of this location. It only took the Manager not even 5 mins to come with the solution and I beyond grateful from that. So Pauline, Jordan O and Jordan L, Thank You so much and thank you for deliver an outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location and I prefer to drive almost 2 hrs just to buy furniture from this store just because of the core value that these associates reflect and not the one at Central Park Va. A complicated review but I’ll start with the positive. Kim, who was not our salesperson or even point of contact originally, saved the day & our holiday season. After being told our couch would be delayed twice (by over 2 months), she was able to contact someone at the warehouse and get our couch delivered within a week. We had a newborn & family in town & were sitting on camping chairs. So grateful to Kim for helping us. Give her a raise, management! Disappointed in the sales team who we feel misled us with backed up delivery times. We were told our couch could be delivered “within a week” of us moving in. Not true at all. We love our couch, it’s comfortable & was very reasonably priced but would’ve appreciated transparency with delivery details.

UPDATE: Still no furniture! Ashley even scheduled a delivery for last Tuesday which we confirmed and we got a date/time window. Tuesday comes & goes - no delivery, no communication from Ashley whatsoever. Many attempted calls & looooong holds, finally reached someone today. Now our 2 missing pieces are backordered AGAIN and denied the scheduled delivery at all (we have the emails/texts)! Absolutely horrible furniture experience, lowered rating to one star now. Maybe someday we'll actually get all of our couch pieces.... __________________________________________ My wife and I have very mixed feelings about our Ashley purchase...this might be a long review but hopefully helpful to others in the market for new furniture: The actual in-store purchase experience was fine hence the 2 stars versus 1 star. Our salesperson was friendly and worked with us to pick out 2 sectional couches and ensure that we selected the pieces we needed and that they would fit the respective spaces in our home. We spent a couple weekends shopping different furniture stores and Ashley definitely seems to offer the best value - better looking/made furniture at a relatively good price (especially if you catch a sale). Somewhat of the usual intense salesperson "pressure" but that's understandable in a commission environment. The only real "con" worth noting that would have made the purchase experience better - specifically because we purchased two sectionals from the same line (just different pieces for each) - is if they had provided a list or diagram of couch #1 and couch #2 pieces w/dimensions versus all of them randomly listed on one consolidated receipt. But that's not a major issue... The absolute pain with our furniture purchase has been in actually getting our couches!! We were given a three week estimate when we bought them on 11/1/2023 which meant we would have them before Thanksgiving. As we got to our third week, my wife called in to get a delivery status update. Lo & behold, there's delays for a couple of the chaise lounge pieces and now it will be December before we see them, they won't deliver until everything is in. Not ideal but that's fine as long as we get them before the birth of our child in mid-December...which they assured us was not an issue. Call back in December for an update - there's another delay but, mysteriously, the missing pieces are only 1 chaise lounge section and 1 middle double seat section. But we're okay with it because those should arrive within 1-2 weeks right before our daughter arrives. Call back again the week of the pending birth and guess what? There's another delay and this time it's now 2 chaise lounges again and a DIFFERENT middle seat section that's missing! And now we're tracking for early January 2024... With a LOT of pushback about the "shell game" missing pieces and jumping timeline, we got them to approve a partial delivery of what they had ready the next day. Amazingly, the latest missing middle section somehow appeared in the delivery so we're just missing (still to this day as I write this on 12/20), 2 chaise lounge sections for one of the couches. During delivery, we had to speak with an Ashley rep by phone for delivery confirmation and the new estimated date on the last two pieces is the END OF JANUARY. As far as we can figure, our couch sections were sitting at the local warehouse as they arrived. As other customers are buying the same couch requesting a quicker delivery, Ashley is giving away our pieces (hence the different items reported delayed) to the new customers so they can close that sale...they already have our money, right?? Called them again today and take a wild guess what we heard - the new estimated dates now February 2024. I'm done with Ashley Furniture and would not recommend them after this experience. I will say that they have good prices on fairly good quality furniture but, should you choose to buy from them, either ensure they can deliver immediately or proceed at your own risk.

Worst experience . The customer service is so bad , the non lady and the non gentlemen are so rude . They kept changing the delivery date , never emailed or called to keep me updated, they mistaken my phone number i stayed all Saturday home waiting for my orders , and the delivery guy end up rescheduling cause he got the wrong number . Rude , unprofessional, inpatient and I’m happy that i canceled cause probably their furniture is as bad as their service.

We purchased a bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture and the delivery went well but when they left my house I noticed that I had a box spring that I didn't need. I specifically asked the salesman during our visit if we needed one and he said "no, your mattress will sit on top of the slats of your bedframe". I immediately called Ashley Customer Service and was told that we should go into the showroom and speak to someone there. I called the showroom the next day and was told that I would need to call Customer Service. I called 9 times with no returned called. Finally I did speak to a very nice Customer Service Rep named Alexis that informed me that because the box spring had been in our home, they couldn't take it back. So, not only did I receive a box spring that we didn't need but we were changed $250 for it. Make sure you look over your Invoice before signing anything and check and double check that they haven't delivered something to you that you don't need.

Ordered furniture in July. By the time it came in September I no longer needed or wanted it. When I talked to Customer service, they said I could cancel and that another department would call me in 24 to 48 hours to process my refund. That didn’t happen. After many phone calls , where I left messages that were never returned.and several trips to the store to talk to store managers, they finally told me they had issued a store in early October. About a week before I called them to check. I never took possession of the furniture but I couldn’t get a refund only store credit. Completely dissatisfied. Make sure you are 100% certain before buying anything there.

The worst, never shop at Ashley. I was supposed to get my sofa delivered yesterday. I call customer support and let them know of the issue, they tell me that a delivery never been scheduled for my order. I’m so frustrated because at the store I’m sure that we scheduled a delivery date which was supposed to be the 7th of October. I was told that they’ll give me a call the day before it and that is to schedule a delivery time. Mind you that never happened. Now I’m waiting on my next delivery date which was scheduled through customer support. I’ll wait and update the experience if anything changes.

Unfortunately I had the absolute worse experience buying furniture here and I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from this store. I do like the furniture however, the experience is what ruined it. First I waited 1 month for one piece of furniture which was delivered with a stain on it. Then I waited almost 3 months for my next piece of furniture which was delivered with missing pieces 3 separate times and no one wanted to take accountability for it. From this store, the manager would never call me back after calling and speaking to multiple employees and to this day no one has ever called me. Be very careful when buying from here

Great experience working with both Jarrell and Rickie! Rickie was so helpful answering questions when I came in for the first time, but also allowed me space to walk around myself. When I came back in later that evening to purchase the couch, Jarrell was quick and efficient processing our order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I originally put a great review for the store until it was time for me to receive my items. The wrong items were ordered, the items that were supposedly in stock were all of a sudden no longer available and thats after being given a delivery date. No surprise that the sales rep Ali and the manager Kamal were NEVER available or even working when I called to get any information. If you choose to buy anything from here, be prepared to have endless headaches and stay on the phone constantly getting no help at all. Also don't let them push to Customer Care, because that department has nothing to do with the errors that start at the store. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and NEVER AGAIN. If there was a negative star rating, I would definitely choose it.

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. Jarrell made sure I was taken care of, he went above and beyond.

Jerron was very helpful with helping me find and purchase a new couch, but that’s where the good experience ended. I was told I could schedule a delivery, but a delivery time was assigned to me for a Tuesday in the middle of the workday. All day Monday I called the store. No answer. I left a message asking to be called back. No callback. Finally got ahold of someone in customer service only to find out that in order to change my delivery I have to pay a re-delivery fee of $99. So basically, the person that sold me the couch lied to my face about scheduling a delivery. This is ridiculous. Also, when you purchase furniture, before they check you out, they give you a sheet with a QR code to post a review which is kinda like pressuring for a review.
