i would like to give this zero stars because they suck. i have been without a dresser for 5 months now and my clothes have just been laying on the floor of my room. i ordered a dresser from them a month ago. they told me the eta would be december 23rd which is already a red flag because i shouldn’t have had to wait that long anyways. they called me tonight, 9 pm december 22 to tell me that i had to wait another 2 weeks for it to come. first of all why are you telling me the night before. second of all you guys suck and i’ll never order from you again and i hope no one else does. DO BETTER I CANT BELEIVE THIS. ITS CHRISTMAS AND YOU SHOULD BE SPREADING CHEER BUT UOU DECIDED TO BE JERKS
Mikaela, Justin and Justin (2 Justins) are all really knowledgable and has been really helpful with our furniture scouting. They offer a great deal for the couch we are eyeing for and has been really kind in offering different options for delivery or pick up. Highly recommend this branch.

I was shopping for my sister who is disabled and had gone to the Home store first ,however, I went to the outlet store. From start to completed sale, my experience was absolutely awesome. Mr. Larry assisted me with every detail and was able to find the entire set at a wonderful rate. Mr James assisted also in looking for a bed and mirror to match. Then I was introduced to Ms.Tijuana and Ms. Deyerle and who took it the rest of the way. Everyone in the store was just delightful and helpful. I want you to know everything exceeded my expectations and my sister is going to be so happy with everything. Thank you so much team and I will tell everyone about how great you are at this store.
