Absolutely the worst customer service was scheduled for delivery 4/20/2024 never showed up So now I am left without a bed and have talked to them twice today with nothing being resolved on knowing when I will get furniture and said she couldn’t refund me the money. We spent $5,500.00 dollars in there. Will never deal with Ashley Furniture again. I had a few friends that used them with bad experiences I should stay out of there
