Lacey was great! She gave us space and didn’t hover but also was nearby when we needed her. She was able to answer all our questions immediately and provide useful recommendations based on our needs and budget.

I don’t usually write reviews like this but this encounter warrants a review. We waited for the store to open at 9 am on Black Friday and were the first customers to walk in. Rep Ahmad was helping us when Sherri walked in, she was initially giving us design ideas which we were open to but soon her attitude was condescending and unwarranted. I wish they had a little patience to show what we are looking for. Walked out of the store to not ruin our day further.

Ali was nice, he actually listened to the words I was saying, and efficiently got me through the sale of a couch that costs the same as Airpods Max. What more can you ask for if you were raised as a woman?

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a furniture store. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It started with our initial delivery attempt, where the drivers damaged the couch trying to force it through the front door. I suggested they try the back door, where it would fit easily, but they refused, claiming they weren’t allowed to. After calling customer service, I was informed that they were capable of using the back door, and there was no reason for the refusal. After no one answered my calls for over 24 hours, I had to drive to the store to speak with someone in person. The manager I spoke with on Tuesday, the 19th, assured me the couch would be on a truck and delivered on Thursday, the 21st. Thursday came, and no couch arrived. Customer service suddenly couldn’t locate our delivery. We rescheduled for a third time—this time for 11/26, between 1–4 PM. I took another day off work to wait for it. Yet again, no couch arrived. When I called customer service, I learned they had delivered it to the wrong address! How is it possible they managed to show up at my house the first time and still have the correct address on the receipt, but somehow delivered to the wrong place this time? To make matters worse, no one called to notify me of this mistake. After all this, the manager offered a measly $150 discount on a $4,000 couch. I am appalled by this entire process. Three major errors, countless hours wasted, and now my family, who is coming down for Thanksgiving, has nowhere to sit. To top it off, the receptionist at the store has terrible customer service skills. I gave this store far too much grace after the first two errors, but this third mistake is inexcusable. I advise everyone to stay far away from this location. This experience has been an absolute nightmare.

Shamila and Mohammed were so helpful when we visited to select a new sectional for our living room. On our first visit Mohammed made sure all of our questions were answered and provided great information on each piece we were considering. On our second visit, Shamila helped us through the buying process when we finally made a decision and was very kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back in the future to continue furnishing our home.
