This company has caused me and my spouse 1 and half months of constant frustration and useless trips just to get our mattress delivered, which never happened. They do not actually deliver, but contract out to another company, which means that they don't actually know what is being sent out. We had ordered a king mattress, but were sent a queen mattress twice, each time with the delivery folks insisting it was a king, and refusing to take them back. After several weeks of phone calls to "customer service" and several trips down to their store at customer services insistence, getting a refund for a product which they would not deliver was like pulling teeth. They also would not refund the delivery fee, because they claim the queen was delivered, even though it wasn't what was ordered. Our experience has been with Ashley outlet that they don't do refunds for their mistakes, they are actually several companies that don't communicate with each other, and that it is our fault that they delivered the wrong mattress twice, with us sleeping on the couch until we eventually went somewhere else. Do not go to this store, there are many other, much more reputable furniture stores on the same street which will actually provide the service you pay for, as we had to schedule our own delivery each time, and had to push back on the company trying to get us to accept a queen mattress, when we paid for a king.

Chad Hanson at the VaBeach store was exceptional. We had visited every furniture store in the area and most sales people were more interested in making a sale vs understanding the challenges of our space. Chad was patient and really helped find a solution. Also very pleasant.

Good Morning Once again I phoned Ashley Furniture this morning, just to be told they still have not received the sofa to complete my order. Again this purchase was done in March. If I was not pleased with my choice I would gladly go to the competition.
Karl took care of us from the moment we walked in the door. We received excellent service.
