Online it is advertised that you can do financing for 60 months with no interest, but only if you go into the store. So I did that. Then I was told that this store doesn't participate in that promotion because "it costs us too much money" Frankly, no customer cares about what it costs the corporation. We want what is advertised, or at least a clear indication with a valid explanation as to why you choose not to offer this promotion. Noah was nice, the manager could have done better and made the sale with the advertised promotion.

My husband and I came by to check out a couch and loveseat which he'd seen at another Ashley location. Our plan was to see if I also liked it, then purchase it here closer to home. We were also going to check out some dining tables to see if we could just get all the furniture we needed for a new house in one place, since we have twin toddlers and simplicity is better. I'm a medically retired Army veteran and use a service dog which was professionally trained by a reputable, ADI-accredited organization. He's clean, well behaved, and has never misbehaved in public in his 8 years of service. He roomed in with me at the hospital when my twins were born, even, if you want a demonstration of the legitimacy of his behavior and training. At this location, a clerk met us at the door to tell us no dogs were allowed, so we couldn't come in. We explained he was a service dog and she was required by federal law to let us in. She remained blocking the door and repeated herself without even acknowledging that it was federal law. My husband, who is used to advocating for me, opened the other door and ushered me in to check out the sofa. Normally I'd have left right away, but again- twin toddlers, and we drove half an hour to get here. We wanted to buy the couch and loveseat and be done with it. The couch was pretty close to the front. However, the clerk got really passive aggressive and started saying, "If you say so" while acting like we were violent and she was scared. To be clear, we were nowhere near touching her and hadn't even raised our voices. I jad my toddlers with me, I wasn't going to be yelling. I tried out the couch (mind you, I didn't bring my service dog close to the couch or even on the rug in front of it). It was so uncomfortable, though, especially when the clerk obviously picked up the vibe from our conversation that we were there to buy and suddenly got helpful. We decided to take the loss and just leave. This isn't a case of someone just not knowing the law. This was a case of someone being rude and unwilling to listen, then being super passive aggressive. That couch was fine, but I'm now more willing to find another living room set with twins underfoot than deal with that.
