Today I had the best experience at Ashley’s with my salesman, Selistino! I was in the store with my daughter when I found out Ashley’s was having a mattress sale, just what I needed! Selistino was great! Very informative, showed me which mattress I needed for my pressure points, the different pillows, etc. However he was not pushing and we could feel comfortable with him.

Selistino at the Norton store location was more than helpful and answered all of mine and my wife’s questions.

We had a great experience. We were helped but also given alone time to make our final decision.

Kevin Owens was so very enthusiastic and helpful. We had just shopped another store and our interaction with that staff member was mediocre. My husband and I went to the Ashley Store in Wise a couple weeks back to look in the kitchen/dining room area, we saw the sofa which we liked. It was marked at $1,349.00 because of some damage, my husband offered $1,300 cash the man sitting at the front of store (we were told he was the manager) he was extremely rude and loud and told us not to be messing with the prices marked. We left and said we would never go back. However, we did because we did like the sofa in though it was damaged. Kevin was very helpful and extremely nice very knowledgeable. Thank you Kevin customers appreciate kindness there is very little in this world.

My Daughter and I came to Ashley in Wise Va today. We had an emergency and my daughter needed a mattress today. We looked for one and I had a budget of $500. Kevin Owens helped us pick one out and discovered that the one we were wanting was not in the store. So we left to go find one somewhere else. And as we were looking at another place Kevin called me and said he did find one for us. It was just $100 over my budget but I was determined to get one for my daughter. I’m very grateful to Kevin for helping me. Maybe he didn’t get a huge sale today but he made me and my daughter very happy. My grandparents purchased a double recliner but later realized that there would not be enough walking room in their living room with the recliners extended. They had to change their order to accommodate the space in their living room. Before ordering they were not made aware that there would be a 25% restocking fee if any changes were made. Their furniture was heavily priced so the restocking fee was pretty substantial. I feel like they were taken advantage of as elderly customers and care was not taken during the sale. If the proper care had been taken then the restocking fee would have been fully disclosed before the purchase was made. Their lack understanding and unwillingness to waive the fee since they did not make them aware in the first place is absolutely terrible business practice. I am very unhappy on their behalf and would still like this issue taken more seriously and their money refunded. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and compassion.

Great place to buy furniture and mattresses!! Easy to deal with!

Don’t buy from Ashley. I would give zero stars if possible. We were not advised of the no return policy and exorbitant delivery fee until after we paid. The delivery date changed between the time we purchased and actual delivery. Never received a call the item was ready to pick up. It wasn’t assembled as promised. On top of that the lady at the Tennessee warehouse was rude and dismissive. We managed to get a partial refund but only because we called the customer service number on the website.

Tara was extremely helpful in assisting us to make decisions concerning our purchase as well as completing the paperwork. The store carries a wide variety of furniture to choose from. Great furniture store. The lady who greeted us at the door was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. This country needs more businesses with professionals such as her. I felt welcome and was not pushed to buy or not buy. I was given my time to try the recliners out. My wife and I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and was not rushed at all. I highly recommend this location for Ashley Furniture.
