My Daughter and I came to Ashley in Wise Va today. We had an emergency and my daughter needed a mattress today. We looked for one and I had a budget of $500. Kevin Owens helped us pick one out and discovered that the one we were wanting was not in the store. So we left to go find one somewhere else. And as we were looking at another place Kevin called me and said he did find one for us. It was just $100 over my budget but I was determined to get one for my daughter. I’m very grateful to Kevin for helping me. Maybe he didn’t get a huge sale today but he made me and my daughter very happy. If I ever need to buy furniture I definitely will be coming to Ashley furniture for my purchase.

Good service easy to work with
My grandparents purchased a double recliner but later realized that there would not be enough walking room in their living room with the recliners extended. They had to change their order to accommodate the space in their living room. Before ordering they were not made aware that there would be a 25% restocking fee if any changes were made. Their furniture was heavily priced so the restocking fee was pretty substantial. I feel like they were taken advantage of as elderly customers and care was not taken during the sale. If the proper care had been taken then the restocking fee would have been fully disclosed before the purchase was made. Their lack understanding and unwillingness to waive the fee since they did not make them aware in the first place is absolutely terrible business practice. I am very unhappy on their behalf and would still like this issue taken more seriously and their money refunded. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and compassion.

Great place to buy furniture and mattresses!! Easy to deal with!
Don’t buy from Ashley. I would give zero stars if possible. We were not advised of the no return policy and exorbitant delivery fee until after we paid. The delivery date changed between the time we purchased and actual delivery. Never received a call the item was ready to pick up. It wasn’t assembled as promised. On top of that the lady at the Tennessee warehouse was rude and dismissive. We managed to get a partial refund but only because we called the customer service number on the website.

Went to Ashley furniture looking for a better mattress, when entering the store I was greeted by Whitney. Whitney is very nice and very helpful in helping us find what we need and at a great price. However, due to us not having much time we had to leave, but, will definitely be returning Sunday for her to help us with the mattress we chose.

We were greated in a quick, friendly manner and asked if we needed any help. Kevin Owens was most helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions. He was knowledgeable about the furniture in the store and on the website. He was able to answer all our questions and offer other suggestions to help in our need of a quick fix. Although we didn't find anything the night we were at the Norton Va store, Kevin kindness and friendly smile will be our reason for going back to the store.

My experience was okay. The salesman that helped was great. He offered me water to drink and answered questions that I had. I was blown away by the high prices and also being charged $400 for delivery 30 minutes away.

Experience was great. Sales lady needs more training on products. Was VERY specific on questions asked and she answered incorrectly. After sales lady told me everything was in stock, come to find out from delivery company it wasn't. Waiting almost 1 month for delivery, then I had to make another 1 hour trip to Wise to purchase item missing (did get a discount), 1 hour drive home, then had to finish the setup myself....after paying $99 for delivery AND setup. Not delivery guys fault, that company was GREAT! Friendly, courteous, answered all my questions. They was the ones to tell me I was missing the foundation. No one at Ashley's noticed I was purchasing a purple mattress but NOT the foundation. Sales lady told me the foundation was included with the mattress purchase....guess not. But overall experience was alright. Manager was nice and helpful.

We moved across country and settled down and bought furniture for the new house at Ashley's. It was supposed to be delivered with be delivered within a month but it took 3 full months to get our furniture so we went without for 3 months. Once we received it, it was damaged scratched scratched and wobbly. The cushions on our couch were scratched up and the furniture had scratches on the legs. I reached out to management to try to get assistance and sent photos and have called multiple times since then with no response. I would never recommend this company.

Very good experience! I had searched all around for what I was looking for. I didn’t really want to go to Grand due to previous experiences with very high prices and pushy sales person disrespecting my budget. However, this experience was very different from my previous visits. Mr. Sturgill was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He helped me find a great deal after looking at multiple places.
Service was good . People are very nice but there is one complaint. We found a recliner that we wanted and was ready to buy even came up while they were having a special event to get it but they would not sell off the floor . Called other Ashley's store and same thing you can order it wait 40 days or longer but can't buy the one off the floor . That just doesn't make since .
Came in to the Ashley Furniture Store today in Wise, Virginia just to browse the sectional sofas. Selistino assisted me and was very helpful with the ideas of my interests. I have decided to purchase a sofa sleeper at this time and return for a tambo pewter sectional that I've bn wanting for awhile. Selistino took the time to help me with my decisions and was very patient.

Terrible service!!! We bought a couch in August was told October is when they were expected to have it. They were annoyed at the fact we didn't get the extended warranty service when we were finalizing the sale. Once purchased we waited until October then I gets pushed to November, once November got here then gets pushed to January. January hits then now we are looking at February. Total 6 months wait time and I call to finally see if I can get my money back, I call to get told that I have to pay a restocking fee of 25% on something I've never recieved. Go into to store to look at maybe finding a more available couch but conviently the system was down.

My mother in law ordered a bedroom suit and has been waiting 5 months. They told her it would be 3 to 4 days when she ordered it. They keep giving her the run around,that is bad business.
Rather pointless store, had to have them price match their own advertised price, it’s been 5 weeks and have had no contact about the product that was purchased even though a contract had to be signed. I understand they don’t have control over supply issues, but an occasional update wouldn’t be too much to ask. Best bet would be just to order the product online, the only value of the store is to see the item in person. In the future I’ll make my purchase online. C+ could be better, could be worse.

I wish I didn't even have to leave any stars on this review because they don't deserve it. My previous review on their fb page had all stars, so that's how far the experience has fallen and I haven't even received all my furniture yet!!! Paid for my furniture the day I went into the store for the 1st time which was 8/21/21. Shirley was my sales person. Had a great day overall. Since then...haven't had many updates, if at all from Shirley...which we were told would be weekly regarding the status of our furniture. Now, I knew from the beginning we had a popular set and due to covid, getting it delivered to us would be delayed. Some of it maybe even around Thanksgiving, early Dec. worst case scenario. NOW, it's apparently going to be FEB 2022 before I can get the couch and love seat I ordered. Keep in mind, my chairs to the dining table are in at the warehouse...but because THEY made the mistake of bringing the WRONG color the 1st time, they won't make it right and bring the right ones to me...so i have to wait for them when the rest comes in...in FEB..or later... who knows! They can only refund me for what I already have...so what good does that do??? I'll have a mismatched partial living/kitchen set and still no furniture in my new home. I'm disgusted with how this experience has went and how things have been handled and run in this business. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. I should've went to Grand's to start with....they've never let me down..... LESSON LEARNED. Beware buyers!!! You're in for it! Edit: 12/28/21: 2 weeks from the original post. Supervision at wise location made it right. Personally delivered and set up the rest of my dining set. I'm very pleased with this and respect them for making this right. He was very professional and nice. The dining set is just as beautiful as I remember it being the day I picked it out in store and I'm so happy to be one step closer to having all my furniture.

We stopped at the Ashley store in Jefferson City to look at dining sets . A very nice salesperson named Liz answered all our questions and sold us a beautiful dining set!

I had a great experience. I bought a sectional and it took me forever to pick one out. Angela Sturgill my sales associate was very patient with me. I will go back there for my next furniture purchase.
We ordered a bed on opening day back in August. We were told it would be in at the end of September or October. The other day we get a call and they say it won't be here till February now. They would not give a discount. Our options were to deal with it or cancel the order after we have already waited over 3 months. I will not be back and will recommend all my friends and family to go to Grands instead. We had a delay one time with Grands, and they made it right for us.

Saw a beautiful bedroom set online and went to my nearest Ashley store where I found the exact same bed. The sales representative Crystal was super awesome. She answered all my questions, was very helpful when placing my order, very personable and witty, and overall just a great person. Ashley is a new store to our area and my husband and I have been looking to get a new living room set for some time now.
