Kevin was patient and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection of furniture. Not all items on the website can be found or ordered for in store purchase. We weren’t told about the no return policy or exorbitant shipping fee ($49.99) for delivery to the store until after we purchased the item.

They are going to tell you whatever you want to hear. The stuff is shipped and delivered from somewhere else. Two times I have purchased from them. Got screwed up orders both times without a remedy. I won't be going back.

Selistino was great! We came in to look for a mattress and he had us lay on the bed machine to see which was the best fit. He walked around and showed us the different types of mattresses, how they function, and which ones would be the best fit for us! He was great to work with!

Went to Ashley furniture looking for a better mattress, when entering the store I was greeted by Whitney. Whitney is very nice and very helpful in helping us find what we need and at a great price. However, due to us not having much time we had to leave, but, will definitely be returning Sunday for her to help us with the mattress we chose.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Ralph just now who was able to tell me about the many great offers and promotions going on. I really appreciated his caring and kind demeanor and his willingness to help customers. I would definitely recommend talking with Ralph when going to the store.

We were greated in a quick, friendly manner and asked if we needed any help. Kevin Owens was most helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions. He was knowledgeable about the furniture in the store and on the website. He was able to answer all our questions and offer other suggestions to help in our need of a quick fix. Although we didn't find anything the night we were at the Norton Va store, Kevin kindness and friendly smile will be our reason for going back to the store.

My experience was okay. The salesman that helped was great. He offered me water to drink and answered questions that I had. I was blown away by the high prices and also being charged $400 for delivery 30 minutes away.

Experience was great. Sales lady needs more training on products. Was VERY specific on questions asked and she answered incorrectly. After sales lady told me everything was in stock, come to find out from delivery company it wasn't. Waiting almost 1 month for delivery, then I had to make another 1 hour trip to Wise to purchase item missing (did get a discount), 1 hour drive home, then had to finish the setup myself....after paying $99 for delivery AND setup. Not delivery guys fault, that company was GREAT! Friendly, courteous, answered all my questions. They was the ones to tell me I was missing the foundation. No one at Ashley's noticed I was purchasing a purple mattress but NOT the foundation. Sales lady told me the foundation was included with the mattress purchase....guess not. But overall experience was alright. Manager was nice and helpful.
