Samina was excellent and such a professional. She answered all our questions, was very attentive, and helpful. We were happy with what she recommended and bought them all!
Today went by Ashley Store. Although we buy, we experienced amazing customer service from Kim and the Sleep Expert Gentleman (Think his name started with an L). Anyways they were very patient, listened to our needs, and worked to get us what we wanted. We will definitely visit again.

**EDITED REVIEW** While our salesperson was pretty wonderful, getting our furniture has been a nightmare. We knew we'd be waiting a little while for delivery, but when they delivered our furniture, a piece was missing and nobody told us that when scheduling or after assembling. My husband has been battling for a month to get in touch with someone to figure out what the next steps are, finally someone said the missing sectional piece was on backorder and would be at the distribution center on April 15th. That day came and went and still no word. So, he called again and they said May 27th to which he requested a refund because this was dishonesty at best. They told him to call the store and he got someone named Valerie (I think) who didn't seem to know a whole lot about a refund process and was resistant to give us one, but finally said she'd request one. Whatever that means. If we arent refunded, we'll be filing a dispute with our bank for the amount of the missing piece. Supremely disappointed in the lack of communication and runaround we've had to endure to hunt down a single piece of a sectional sofa. While we love the furniture, it isn't worth the headache and lack of professionalism. I'm leaving two stars because Zafar was actually really nice and helped us a lot, but the rest of this experience has been a nightmare. I no longer recommend this store for your furniture needs. Original review: Zafar was our sales representative and she really knew a lot about the products they sell.
