Searched several furniture stores including the Fredericksburg Ashley Furniture Store and Jalen helped us out. He was super friendly and took the time to ask questions in a way where he wasn’t bombarding us or following us around. We experienced a sales person in the other day at another Ashley store where we were constantly followed around and asked questions that sort of wasted our time walking around the store that did not help our decision. This made us not want to be there. Jalen did not do that to us and we appreciate that. No one likes that constant pressure so we ended up feeling more comfortable and purchased our set with him quickly, without pressure.

Cindy from the sales team was super helpful but the delivery team put the my couch together the wrong way and did not put it where I wanted. When I tried to address this they said call the store and left abruptly. The “customer care team” did nothing but tell me I was out of luck and gave me wrong information. Overall a frustrating experience and I will never order from here again.

Overall good experience with purchase of bedroom furniture with Juan Saenz. I was disappointed in how they packaged their deals such as front door delivery (where they drop off on your doorstep) vs white glove delivery where they deliver, assemble/setup inside home for $229. Also the selection does not always offer alternate colors. However for the price point it aligns. Last, the time to actually finance and get out the door is too long.

Adam was wonderful! After greeting us with enthusiasm, he listened to what we were looking for (very specific list), showed us a few examples, then listened to our concerns about material, durability, longevity, and of course color. He walked with us often but also left us alone so we were able to chat in private. When I realized one sign didn’t match the display, he checked on the missing (discontinued) item, located it in another store and obtained pictures so we could see the condition of the furniture. Once we narrowed it down to a few choices, he talked with us about the differences and again allowed us time to decide without feeling like he was as hovering. We finalized the purchase and walked out of the store very happy customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service and dishonest store manager!! After previous successful past purchases with this store. I attempted a furniture purchase April 2024. Paid for the furniture in full with an expectation to receive the furniture in a coupl of wks. Immediately within 1wk i received an email from the store stating my furniture selection is no longer offered by Ashley and I would need come back and select other furniture. I declined and requested a full refund. I was told by store management they did not hv the authority to issue a refund and referred me to the Manassas, VA. office who informed me it would take wks to decide if a refund would be issued. Thank goodness my credit card company stepped in and handled this situation in my favor. I WILL NVR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR ASHLEY EVER AGAIN!!

I spent a decent amount of money at the Woodbridge Ashley store (Mattress, adjustable bed frame, and sectional couch) in May. In discussions with Lamar (told us he was a manager) we had discussed “all in pricing (cost, tax, extended warranty)”. This all in pricing was supposed to include an extended warranty for the frame and sectional. At checkout, I was provided the literature for Montage (their warranty company) as well as I initialed off “Protection Plan: Accept” on the invoice. Everything you sign shows that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The next day, I was texted by Lamar that “oops, I didn’t charge you for the protection”. I pushed back, stating that the price we discussed was “all-inclusive, and should be corrected on their end”. Lamar responded with, “I will escalate this misunderstanding to the correct person, and we will make sure we make this right for you and your family.” A couple of days later, I was then told that the protection was added to my order. I said great, will I see a new invoice showing the price? I was told no; it was a corporate thing and not at the store. I was told just to call Montage if there is a problem in the future. I then asked what the Protection Plan Agreement number is (required to register the product with Montage). I was told he would need to pull from corporate. Multiple texts sent, then ultimately told June 6th that “corporate would not accommodate the changes to add protection”. Please avoid…

Great Customer Service from Sales Associate Kim, at the Woodbridge Va - Smoketown Road.

My financing experience was horrible. They didn’t disclose important details about the financing. They said 90 days with no interest and my account with the bank is saying completely different numbers. Be aware, otherwise you will end up paying 19 K for a 6k furniture. Careless manager “forgot” to tell me about an important financial detail that led me to pay the 6k cash instead of 19 K over 24 months. A financing trap!

I recently had a wonderful experience with my purchase of a new Sterns and Foster mattress and box springs. Our sales rep., Cindy, was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. She gave us in-depth information and there was no pressure at all. We went home to think about it overnight, and returned the next day with our minds made up to go forward. Once there, the paperwork was completed quickly! Delivery is scheduled for three days from now - we are looking forward to a new, comfortable mattress!

First off Samina initially engaged me and was both professional and patient with all of my questions. It was not until she called her "manager" over, that this became a regrettable experience. He was disrespectful, condescending, and dismissive once it was clear that I was not going to purchase at that moment. If you are not equipped to interact with people in a decent manner it may best for all involved for you to keep your talents in the back room and serve in more of a support role.

We went to Ashley Store on Sat, 04/13/24 and meet Kimberly, Mitchell, Manager. She showed us 1) Sleeper Sofa (95”) unfortunately the color was white but we decided to buy a cover. 2) Wing chair each chair was white but we will buy again a cover. She was very professional, friendly smile, listened to our concerns of what items we were looking to purchase. She showed us the items on a kiosk but I wanted to see the item in person. She was very patient with us and beautiful personality, excellent attitude. She showed us how to complete the 90 day Leasing options with No Credit Check needed. She explained the entire purchasing process which was very simple. We were very happy customer with Kimberly Mitchell and give her a 5 star rating for excellent customer service.

I'm not sure how Ashley can have you pay for furniture, and set up delivery, when it was never even ordered.

When you have to sleep on the floor for TWO freaking months due to silly mistakes from their delivery and store team, I guess they deserve a negative star rating. They said two deliveries but made 6 deliveries over the period of two months because either they brought damaged furniture or missed one thing or the other, yet still order is not completed. You should have unlimited time to talk to their customer service and store to fix the issues with your order. By the way don't get deceived by the rating, the sales agents there push you to give five stars before even leaving the store. Sooo regretting MAKING ASHLEY PART OF MY HOME.

Juan was fantastic from the second I walked in the store. Asked what I was looking for and directed me to the area I needed and then let me be to explore and didn't over burden me with details and pitches. He was always close by to answer questions though and super patient with me as I was talking to my wife who wasn't here also. Phenomenal experience with Juan Saenz and 100% would shop with this store and him again. Edit: So after the sales experience everything began to go downhill quickly as the store does not prioritize or meet delivery demands if you have considerations for delivery. They can only deliver to my area on Saturdays and my items arrived Friday but were not inspected or loaded so had to wait an entire other week for delivery. Then I get the window of 0730 to 1030 for delivery, and then 45 minutes before the end of the window get a call that delivery will happen sometime after 1 p.m. not around 1 just sometime after. Hopefully we get something today and not delayed another week.

Jon was awesome today! Really kind and helped us figure out what we needed to do to add to our order. This location has a great staff and quality furniture, highly recommend coming here.
