The store manager greeted me at the door when I first came in and then i was given Adam for help in helping find my new mattress and bed frame. I was definitely hesistant at first going to Ashley's but Adam 100% made it a welcome to help me find the mattress and frame that was the best for me. His informative hands off approach giving me a selection of beds to look into the beds myself and come to answer my all after I have had time was a excellent experience due to now feeling like inwas rushed to pick right then. Will come back again for this.

Worst furniture store experience of my life. The salesperson is a liar and the manager is completely irresponsible. I ordered a bed set that was supposed to be delivered 2 days after purchase. Instead, they delivered it with missing parts. They scheduled another delivery, and guess what? They sent the same broken and incomplete items again, with zero inspection. Their warehouse team(T & T Distribution) is hands down one of the worst customer service teams on the entire planet. They had to come 6 TIMES to complete one simple bed set. Every time there was a new problem--missing parts, broken parts, scratched parts. Total chaos. The funniest (and most frustrating) part? | called the Woodbridge store, where I bought the furniture, and they said they "can't do anything" and refused to take any responsibility. When I asked for a refund, they straight up said NO. Once they sell you the furniture, they don't care at all. Please dont trust there store general manger and sales person. After 6 deliveries, I finally received the furniture, and it is STILL scratched. I am completely tired. stressed, and disappointed. Please do not waste your time or money at this store. Worst experience ever.

He walked us through a variety of materials and fabrics on a couple of the couches I was inquiring on and allowed us the space and comfortability to explore, without us feeling ambushed or smothered. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would! Sales associates do not listen to your needs, they automatically push you to the most expensive item closest to what you are looking for, management is no help if you have an "issue". Horrible company!!!

Rather than pushing the most expensive option, they took the time to understand our situation and focused on finding the right solution for his needs. We visited the Woodbridge, VA Ashley Furniture to learn about a tempur-pedic mattress and bed. Noor and Shane were extremely informative, patient, and had exceptional customer service. Shane was a very polite and respectful young man who was very knowledgeable as well. After their time with us, we decided to purchase the tempur-pedic frame and mattress. I've never been to an Ashley Furniture before, but having such an exceptional experience thanks entirely to both Noor and Shane, I'd visit this store again. My husband and I came into Ashley’s over the holidays looking for a particular couch/chair. Lily was our sales associate and she did a wonderful job. She is the type of sales person that educates you on the products, discusses your options, but also supports your final decision, even if she doesn’t end up with the sell. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up anything, but we went back today (1/15/26) looking for a new couch and I was excited that Lily was in the showroom. Again, she didn’t put pressure on us to make a decision and she was upfront about everything! I’m hoping we end up with a couch from here, but if not, I will definitely be back when it’s time for furniture again!

**ALL sales are FINAL **. Be aware they will not let you cancel once that order is placed. Also on their receipt you signed and gave up your rights to sue. I am in process of talking to store manager but he is not returning my call. Also contacting their legal department. After my review was read by the customer service team, they provided the number to call. When I called I was told that the supervisor will call me, as of today no one called back.

I came in Ashley’s simply window shopping for a sectional with absolutely no intentions of buying a couch as funds aren’t of the essence today but with the immaculate help of Adam and Everton I was able to finance my $3500.00 dream set with only $40 down!!!! I have always loved Ashley HomeStore, and nearly all of the furniture in my home was purchased from this store because of the great customer service, fair prices, and good quality. Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday, I am very disappointed. My family and I visited the store to purchase a sofa and a TV table. As usual, a sales representative approached us and offered to help, which we appreciated. When we asked about the final price since the price tag in the store did not match the online price the representative asked for five minutes to check and get back to us. We waited for nearly 20 minutes, only to see that the representative completely ignored us and continued assisting another customer without any explanation or follow-up. This behavior was surprising and unacceptable, especially because it is not what I have ever experienced at Ashley before. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and it led us to decide not to return to the store. Ashley has always done better than this, and I truly hope this was an exception rather than the standard.

Adam was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, he really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process smooth and easy. I also want to give a special thank you to Noor for being so kind and attentive to my grandma, helping her out and answering all of her questions with so much patience and care. I had a really good experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture. Mohommad was helpful without being pushy, which made shopping way less stressful. They answered my questions and let me take my time deciding. The prices were fair, the selection was good, and delivery went smoothly with no issues. Everything showed up on time and in good shape. Overall, it was easy, straightforward, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’d definitely shop there again.

Ordered a canopy bed from Ashely Furniture and T&T came to set the bed up. The canopy parts they brought were for a full size bed. I have a queen size bed and also the railings were all chipped and broken. They reordered the part which took an additional week. The “new” parts get here and they’re broken for the second time. The delivery guys said that they put in a claim and T&T will call to schedule delivery. Alexis calls to schedule the delivery for Jan 1st because I’m off work. They never came. I call the morning of delivery to say hey I never got a text. Normally they would text the day before. ..Apparently a claim was never made. I paid for this bed over 4 weeks ago and I still don’t have all the parts. The time and energy this has taken is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I blame Ashley furniture and T&T distribution because Ashley took my money so they should have made sure that I got my product in a timely manner. I ordered a bed for my guest room from Havertys Furniture and it was here within a week, no damages, no drama. I really wish I would have gotten both beds from them. Do better.

This is the worst place to buy your furniture from. I placed my back in March'25 for 2 sofas and 6 dining chairs. I got my sofas and less than a month one got broken and after 6-7 months I got the parts but never fixed yet. The dining chairs never delivered. I never got a call from them but after filing a complaint with BBB start hearing from them. After 8 months the refund the amount of the chairs. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Juan is the go to man for furniture. He is very knowledgeable of the product and knows how to show the functionality of it. He went as far as jumping on the platform of the couch to show the durability and longevity. Best customer service I received in a furniture store.

Ashley furniture is full of a lot of crap.. Did a store purchase over $7,000 on November 8, 2025. The first day of delivery which was November 14, 2025 the furniture was all chip up and scratched. Gave them a second chance which that delivery date was November 21, 2025 this furniture was damaged has well call the Woodbridge store spoke with lead person which her name was (JILL) gave her 4 different messages she state the store manager name (Noah ) told her to take the name and number and he would call back , which he still never call back went to the Fredericksburg location which is under the same owner they call him from that store he stated he was in a meeting and he would call back which 5 days later he still didn't call back . Went back to the Fredericksburg location which was NOVEMBER 26, 2025 they called him again he pick up this time I spoke with him he tried to convince me by telling me to give him another chance to make it right and $200 gift card to use in the store. I still refuse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE IN WOODBRIDGE VIRGINIA !!! but the FREDERICKSBURG LOCATION on up is under the same owner..

I wish there was a negative five star. I bought a dinning set from this store. The sales person said he would call or text me about the delivery ETA in a day or two. It is 10 days and I haven’t heard any thing from him. I had to call the store several times and still haven’t received the item that i needed last week. I called again and asked to cancel the item as it hasn’t been delivered yet. The store said they can’t cancel for a refund while the item is still in the store and hasn’t been delivered. This was my worst furniture buying experience in my whole life. It looked like the store scammed me. I was unable to talk to their customer care team at all.

I came on Black Friday with my MIL looking for a bedroom set and a rocker i saw online. We were greeted by Liz and she is the sweetest woman ever! We were very indecisive on what we wanted and liked but she was so patient, kind and helpful. We liked one of the beds but preferred the dressers of another set and Liz took out a drawer to bring to the other to compare the wood color for us. There was another gentleman who came over and spoke to us as well and he was super friendly, very nice, personable and very welcoming. We mentioned that we liked the headboard on one of the beds but the frame on the other and he even checked to see if they could switch it for us. Unfortunately he couldn’t because they weren’t compatible but just the fact that he tried made us really appreciative. Very happy with the service we received there. Left happy and got what we wanted.

Very bad experience with this store. One items has taken them 3 times to deliver and install. They have wasted a lot of my time, causing a headache. I won't buy from this store again and would not recommend you either. The brand is good but the service is worst.

The most horrifying experience I ever dealt with in my life. As a first time and officially last time customer with Ashley‘s furniture store, I received a defective damage back cushion. I reached out to customer service immediately, I sent them pictures of everything of how the item was received, and they did absolutely nothing. I will never recommend anyone buy furniture from Ashley‘s. It is a complete waste of time the sales people at the furniture store behave just like car dealers when you walk into a dealership. They ask for your drivers license and credit card. Then they hold you hostage until you give into what they want you to do just to make more money off of you. I will never in my life spend a dime with this pathetic and unprofessional company ever again in my life. Shame on you for stealing and ripping people off and I hope you go out of business for your malpractice and theft of consumers. Complete Garbage!

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not waste your time coming to this store. I had to visit the store 4 times and call twice to get status of my order. Absolutely no communication came from them unless I checked in. Was originally told it would take 2 weeks for my item to be shipped to the local warehouse at which time I'd get a call to schedule delivery. No call. Checked in, and the arrival date changed to the end of the month, 2 more weeks. I waited until a week after they told me the updated date. Checked in, and my item arrived but it was damaged. I was told they would call me the next day during business hours to give me an updated timeline. No call. Checked in again about 10 days later. Arrived, Huzzah! They scheduled delivery for that following Friday; they will call on Thursday to give me my 3hr window for delivery. No call on Thursday. I go in again, was told still on schedule, estimated delivery in 90 minutes, so I'm told to run home. 3 hours later still no delivery, at which point I have to pick up the kids and risk missing the delivery. They arrived, 4 hours late, and outside of normal business hours. I received a voicemail the next day to check in about my delivery experience. I called back and tried to wait to get a person, and the line eventually dumped me into a voicemail box. I left a voicemail with the above experience. Did they call back? Of course they didn't. Value City has better customer service. If you value your time and want your furniture to arrive without waiting weeks on end all the while pestering them to give you any kind of information, go somewhere else.

They do not deserve any stars, it has been one of the worst experiences, my husband and I decided to buy a bed there, the person who helped us explained the numbers that we agreed on and emphasized that it was interest free for the entire time to pay, when my husband and I wanted to make the first payment, they had assigned 10% interest and in addition to that they added a protection to which we said from the beginning that we did not want it, the guy said one thing and put another on the paper, in which we trusted his word since it was late the store had already closed, and we were with our two daughters signing said papers, when we went to complain about it no one took responsibility, the salesman who lied to us, denied what he told us at all times, so the manager at that time approached and to avoid causing a stir said tomorrow I will call you with an answer, the next day he called us and said he could not do Nothing, so no one takes responsibility for their LYING sellers, where is their integrity? Honestly, it leaves a lot to be said about all these people, and I'm still waiting for someone to call me to face up to what happened.

I recently purchased a Larce four-piece sectional couch and a Nectar mattress through Shane at Ashley Home Furniture in Woodbridge, VA and could not be happier. Shane was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process while having a low-pressure sales approach. We love the furniture and could not be more pleased with the store personnel and the process as a whole. Definitely recommend for your next large furniture purchase.

BEWARE! Specifically of the sales person “Zofar” who will do anything to make a sale! I told her on two separate visits that I have to be careful about the sofa I purchase because I have a very narrow staircase and unless it’s small or two pieces it won’t fit. She assured me that the couch I was interested in was two separate recliners. A BIG FAT LIE!! After waiting for over a week I had to decline the delivery when they arrived! The driver asked me to sign a waiver in the case of damage and I completely refused because I have been down this road before and know best! I guess it doesn’t matter now commission earned.

Extremely good in-store experience. The sales team were very helpful and knowledgable, Liz in particular was quite easy to work with. Extremely BAD wait/delivery experience. I was told in the store that it would take about a week from my purchase date (May 24) for me to get my mattress. When I called to ask if the mattress had gotten to the warehouse and when I could schedule my delivery, I was told that it wouldn't actually arrive at the warehouse until JUNE 19! And that I could then expect them to make the delivery that Saturday (I paid for the Saturday delivery for convenience of not having to take a day off of work for this), June 21st. Believing that this would actually happen, I arranged to have my old mattress taken away on the 19th, and I could sleep on my crappy guest mattress for a few nights and be fine. HOWEVER! When I called on the 19th to see if it had arrived and to set up my delivery, I was told it hadn't arrived yet. Maybe it'll arrive on the 20th and MAYBE I could get it on the 21st. No communication happened after that until I actually called on the 20th and was told that it would arrive on the 23rd and I could have it delivered on the 24th. I made the mistake of believing it this time and took off work on the 24th, because by now I'm desperate to sleep on a good mattress and not my guest mattress. The 23rd arrived, and yet again it is delayed. I had already arranged things with my job so that I could take the day off and now I must switch the day I take off? This is causing some real insane inconvenience at this point. Perhaps I'll get my mattress on the 24th, but I don't believe it at this point. The biggest problem with this process was that they continuously made promises that WERE NOT TRUE and I made arrangements based on those promises to my DEEP inconvenience. If I don't get the item on the 24th, I'm changing my review to 1 star. UPDATE: I did finally receipt my mattress on the 25th of June. The mattress is very comfortable and exactly what I wanted. I would like the people in charge of customer care to make note of this: The problem I had boiled down to being told that my item would arrive on a specific date and could be delivered on a specific date and then that not being true. If you don't know if something will arrive on a day and it's unsure, you should make sure that the customer KNOWS that and knows not to make arrangements.

Liz in particular was very helpful in setting up the purchase for a set of living room end tables and coffee table that were not actually on the showroom floor so we had to place a special order.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I was told I could cancel my order within 48 hours of delivery which is reasonable. I came in a month and a half before I needed the pieces to be delivered and was told it’s not their policy to cancel order?!?! How does that even make sense. The manager and the older women at the checkout counter were beyond rude. Their own sales associates at the store said that policy didn’t make sense and they never heard of that before. This is second and last time I purchase anything from this locations. Unprofessional, rude and lies!

No refund policy! We have been an Ashley customer for a long time. Their refund policy is terrible. Spare yourself from the headache and don't buy anything from them. We recently purchased a set of furniture. A week before the delivery date, I went to the store and asked for a refund because my situation has changed and I no longer needed the product set, which is over $3k. Their response was all sales are final. The most they could do was to request a store credit. I don't want the store credit. If it were a few hundred dollars, then maybe. This is not a good business policy to treat their customers this way. Buy from a place that has a refund policy. You don't want to get stuck in this store. I wish I had paid more attention. I hope this honest review helps you in your decision making. We will no longer do business with this company. Updated on 02/26/2025 Store Credit Validity I was informed in-store that the store credit is valid for five years, not indefinitely. If this information is incorrect, please ensure all sales and customer service personnel are properly informed to avoid confusion. Issues with Ashley Furniture: The issues with Ashley Furniture have continued. My bed set was delivered on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Despite paying for "professional" delivery and installation, I encountered numerous problems immediately following the installation. Upon inspection, I discovered damage to the bed frame, with many screw heads stripped, likely due to the installers using an electric drill for speed. To be honest, I don't generally have a negative view of Ashley Furniture's quality. In this instance, the damage was clearly caused by the installers, who either lacked the necessary skill or did not exercise proper care during installation. Additionally, several support posts beneath the main support beam were improperly installed, with one post completely damaged. The installers removed the bed frame and stated someone would call to reschedule delivery. After three hours without contact, I called the store to report the damage and request a new delivery date. The representative scheduled the new delivery for February 26, 2025. Since it was after 5:00 PM, their "Customer Care" office was closed. I obtained their number and called them on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. A representative assured me that the bed frame and a nightstand were on the truck and would be delivered on February 26, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. I received both a phone call and a text message confirming this. I took the day off work to receive the delivery. On the day of delivery at 9:45 AM, I received a call from a Customer Care supervisor informing me that there were no deliveries scheduled for me today to an error. As you can imagine, this is incredibly frustrating, especially since I took a day off work. I requested that they be flexible and deliver my items later in the day to avoid me having to take another day off, but they said they could not guarantee it.

Over the holidays I went to purchase a couch and brought my mother along with me to give a second opinion on the couches I was deciding between. When we got to the store, we were greeted by a few staffers who were respectful when I told them our plan to take a look around and that we would come and grab one of them when we were ready. The store manager came to speak to us as we were sitting on a couch trying to decide on which one I would purchase. I was trying to politely tell him that we were still deciding and he completely ignored me and locked onto my mom. He then said “well you must be the one with the purse strings.” My mom corrected him explaining that I was the one buying the couch and he continued to speak to her solely. When the conversation finally shifted to me and we allowed him to show us the options he had in mind, I explained that I had already tested them and it didn’t work for my husband’s bad back. He then said with great exasperation “Well how long did you sit on them? You have to sit on a couch longer than a few minutes to know.” These were only two examples of the very unprofessional things he said to me. My husband and I bought a really great couch from there 7 years ago which is why I came back. But this experience was absolutely terrible. To the store manager, my mother doesn’t hold the purse strings to my purse. And my purse had the full cash payment that ended up going to another business to pay for the new couch in the family room in my house.

Liz was very helpful. She let us walk around the store after she introduced herself and we were able to comfortably shop for our new couch. Once we found the couch that we wanted, we went and got Liz and she handled the paperwork and made sure everything was ordered correctly in a very quick fashion. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed shopping at Ashley. We recently purchased a sectional with ottoman. The reason I’m rating 2 is because we paid and the furniture was not delivered on the date it was supposed to arrive and an incorrect furniture was delivered. The representative who helped us in store told us that our furniture would be delivered on a particular date and when we didn’t not receive the delivery, we called Ashley, the front desk woman said there is no delivery date for your furniture. The front desk woman gave us a delivery date, and on the day of the delivery after the furniture reached our home, we noticed the order was incorrect. We again had to call the front desk and tell them this was not what we purchased and I believe the sales representative did not do his work and because of him we have an incorrect furniture in our house and now we don’t even know when we will receive the missing piece. We only have half of the furniture in our house. Quite disappointing to see this happening with a huge store like Ashley.

I purchased a leather sofa and a sleeper sofa from Ashley Furniture in JUNE 2024, and it was delivered in the same month. Within a week or ten days after delivery, I discovered it was ripped on the left arm of the sleeper sofa. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and they ordered a replacement part. "So they said" However, it took almost a month for a technician to arrive, only for him to discover they had ordered the wrong part. After another month of waiting, the technician returned but said he needed MORE TIME and couldn't fix it that day. Another Three weeks went by, he finally came back to replace the part, only to tell me that the replacement left arm was LOOSE and looked worse than the original damage. Even the technician acknowledged this and said he would write a report to Ashley. Despite this, customer service confirmed (by Alexis from customer service) that the technician wrote the report and requested new photos. Now Today, I received an email saying they are CLOSING my case because the damaged part has been replaced, IT HAS NOT BEEN THIS is completely unacceptable. For such a large company, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I paid the full amount for new furniture and was subjected to months of delays and poor service. I asked for a replacement or a refund since the sofa was new and damaged on arrival, but they refused, stating it wasn’t their policy unless the technician said it couldn’t be repaired. I was planning to buy more furniture, but after this ordeal, I will never purchase from Ashley again and would advise others to stay away. Very poor customer service and quality control.

Please know that purchasing of the initial bed frame went well, they were great at this specific store, my issues started when I received the item. I bought the Hyanna bed frame. I ordered the one with drawers around the entire bed and paid for delivery and assembly. The first time it was delivered, it was missing the rails. Although they had technicians in our home, we had to call the customer service number ourselves, get on a waitlist, and submit a trouble ticket ourselves. It took a whole month before they were able to return with the missing parts. The second time they arrived for delivery, they brought the wrong bed frame rails. We had the option of keeping the current bed frame with no reimbursement of the price difference or going through the cycle again with no guarantee it would be the correct one next time. We decided to cut our losses and keep the one they brought. The headboard rail bracket broke. Once again I called their customer service. I gave them the item serial number of the bed. (One thing to note is now that I paid off the furniture they can no longer find my invoice number, or my information in their system…) Since they do not have a serial number for the exact part, we have to order based on their recommendation; there are no refunds or exchanges even if the wrong part is ordered on their recommendation (they made that clear). I’ve spoken to two people, both could not verify the exact part, and I was told since it is a replacement part I can’t submit a trouble ticket where a technician can verify the part because they only submit tickets for missing parts during the initial order. My options are buy an entire new headboard, take my chance on a unverified replacement part with no option to refund or exchange if it is incorrect, or figure it out myself. After going in circles with them I was hung up on even though I ensured to stay tactful. Terrible experience from start to finish. If you manage to get what you pay for without a hiccup, I’m sure it’s a great experience, but in the chance it doesn’t go without a single hitch, I beg you please purchase furniture from anywhere else!

Had purchased mattresses with the help of Jalen and his associate. They were very helpful. What I am writing a 1 star review is because of an admin issue for financing. Yesterday was an error of the amount so they asked me to come in and sign. So i was understanding at the time. But to have to contact me again today because of an audit error that I have to sign my financing again. Terrible on the admin/management side. Fix it so other customers who may go through financing won't have to go through this issue. UPDATE 8 August! I had a scheduled delivery for a mattress protector and it never came yesterday. Called the store and told me that they don't deliver mattress protector and for me to pick it up. WHY WAS IT NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME ON THIS??!?!?! THIS IS TOTAL UNSATISFACTORY. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND A WASTE OF TIME!

Decent selection but terrible customer service. I went here to buy a few items for my house. I explained to the sales rep what I was looking for and they kept trying to get me to purchase items that were too big for my place even though I explained to them several times I needed smaller furniture since my place is one of those narrow townhomes and my living room can't have large bulky furniture items. It honestly felt like the sales person was more interested in just making a quick sale than she was interested in finding me the right furniture. When I went to finance the items, I changed my mind about buying a sofa I wanted and instead just wanted a table. I felt rushed into buying it and I also didn't think it would match what I wanted to do with my living room, so I told them I was no longer interested in it but I still wanted the table. Mind you at this point I had only done the application process for a credit account to finance the furniture. She told me I couldn't cancel on the sofa because I had already financed for it. That was incorrect and misleading. That'd be like saying I bought a $5,000 TV because I applied for a credit card. I told her I did not sign anything saying I would buy the sofa and only applied for a financing and I should be able to cancel buying an item. She double-backed and said that I can't finance the table only. I said that's fine and I can pay cash for the table. When she went to check out and order my item, the cashier 'accidentally' financed my table to my line of credit I applied for even though I wanted to pay cash for it. So not only was I lied to about not being able to cancel a couch I didn't actually buy/order, but she also lied to me about not being able to finance a table. I like the table, but I won't be buying from here again. Not trustworthy people.

Our experience was smooth till the time of delivery. It was such a disaster!!! We paid $450 delivery fee and the delivery guys dropped the bed frame and mattress in front of the house and they left. The delivery folks were very rude and they don’t want to speak to me or to the manager from Ashley. Now, I don’t know what to do with the order and I’m about to tell them to take it back. Very disappointed and this will be my last time to go to this store!!!!

Searched several furniture stores including the Fredericksburg Ashley Furniture Store and Jalen helped us out. He was super friendly and took the time to ask questions in a way where he wasn’t bombarding us or following us around. We experienced a sales person in the other day at another Ashley store where we were constantly followed around and asked questions that sort of wasted our time walking around the store that did not help our decision. This made us not want to be there. Jalen did not do that to us and we appreciate that. No one likes that constant pressure so we ended up feeling more comfortable and purchased our set with him quickly, without pressure.

Cindy from the sales team was super helpful but the delivery team put the my couch together the wrong way and did not put it where I wanted. When I tried to address this they said call the store and left abruptly. The “customer care team” did nothing but tell me I was out of luck and gave me wrong information. Overall a frustrating experience and I will never order from here again.

Overall good experience with purchase of bedroom furniture with Juan Saenz. I was disappointed in how they packaged their deals such as front door delivery (where they drop off on your doorstep) vs white glove delivery where they deliver, assemble/setup inside home for $229. Also the selection does not always offer alternate colors. However for the price point it aligns. Last, the time to actually finance and get out the door is too long.

Adam was wonderful! After greeting us with enthusiasm, he listened to what we were looking for (very specific list), showed us a few examples, then listened to our concerns about material, durability, longevity, and of course color. He walked with us often but also left us alone so we were able to chat in private. When I realized one sign didn’t match the display, he checked on the missing (discontinued) item, located it in another store and obtained pictures so we could see the condition of the furniture. Once we narrowed it down to a few choices, he talked with us about the differences and again allowed us time to decide without feeling like he was as hovering. We finalized the purchase and walked out of the store very happy customers.

Paid for the furniture in full with an expectation to receive the furniture in a coupl of wks. Immediately within 1wk i received an email from the store stating my furniture selection is no longer offered by Ashley and I would need come back and select other furniture. I declined and requested a full refund. I was told by store management they did not hv the authority to issue a refund and referred me to the Manassas, VA. office who informed me it would take wks to decide if a refund would be issued. Thank goodness my credit card company stepped in and handled this situation in my favor. I WILL NVR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR ASHLEY EVER AGAIN!!

I spent a decent amount of money at the Woodbridge Ashley store (Mattress, adjustable bed frame, and sectional couch) in May. In discussions with Lamar (told us he was a manager) we had discussed “all in pricing (cost, tax, extended warranty)”. This all in pricing was supposed to include an extended warranty for the frame and sectional. At checkout, I was provided the literature for Montage (their warranty company) as well as I initialed off “Protection Plan: Accept” on the invoice. Everything you sign shows that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The next day, I was texted by Lamar that “oops, I didn’t charge you for the protection”. I pushed back, stating that the price we discussed was “all-inclusive, and should be corrected on their end”. Lamar responded with, “I will escalate this misunderstanding to the correct person, and we will make sure we make this right for you and your family.” A couple of days later, I was then told that the protection was added to my order. I said great, will I see a new invoice showing the price? I was told no; it was a corporate thing and not at the store. I was told just to call Montage if there is a problem in the future. I then asked what the Protection Plan Agreement number is (required to register the product with Montage). I was told he would need to pull from corporate. Multiple texts sent, then ultimately told June 6th that “corporate would not accommodate the changes to add protection”. Please avoid… Edit/Update: Ashley responded to my review and asked me to reach out to them. I did. Unsurprisingly, they never responded. I guess it was all lip service to make it look like "they care".

Make sure you check your reciet / order to make sure nothing is added on without you specifically asking for it. I don't recommend the Ice pillows that are about 300.00 they are comfortable but no support, the filling inside separates, it's small pieces of foam, not worth the money at all.

Great Customer Service from Sales Associate Kim, at the Woodbridge Va - Smoketown Road.

My financing experience was horrible. They didn’t disclose important details about the financing. They said 90 days with no interest and my account with the bank is saying completely different numbers. Be aware, otherwise you will end up paying 19 K for a 6k furniture. Careless manager “forgot” to tell me about an important financial detail that led me to pay the 6k cash instead of 19 K over 24 months. A financing trap!
