Thomas Manuel was SO helpful! My parents are 87 and 89, and Thomas respectfully and kindly helped them find a new couch. Not only that, he got them a great deal that was in their budget. He even threw in four pillows that weren’t originally with the couch, which made my mom so happy!

I have had some previous bad experiences at this location, but the new Manager Tommy Manuel and TJ Widner made us forget all about them. They were both incredibly professional and personable. They genuinely cared about what you told them and were willing to help you get what you needed. Prior to this experience I wouldn't have sent someone I hated here, but now I will happily send anyone that needs furniture to them.

We had a GREAT experience at this store. The new manager Tommy Manuel was wonderful and helped us every step of the way in finding what we wanted for a price we could afford. The office manager TJ Widener was also incredibly helpful explaining everything. We will absolutely be back and will recommend the store to everyone we know!

We went into the Ashley Store to do some window shopping. Nick Long was a new sales associate that was incredibly helpful. We were upfront with him in the fact that we live out of state and were just looking around. He asked if he could still assist us to give him practice. He tirelessly answered questions and looked information and prices up. Around and around the store we went looking at different options. If he didn’t know the answer he promptly found someone that could assist him. If I lived local to Wytheville, I’d 100% go see Nick again. In addition, both him and his manager Tommy Manuel worked to see if we could order through them and have the items shipped to a store local to our home. Ultimately, the answer was no, but the extra effort was appreciated.

Me and my husband Mark love Ashley. We live in North Carolina and visit Wytheville frequently. Today, we decided to go into Ashley's and we were not disappointed. We were met at the door by Tommy Manuel. We told him we weren't really looking to buy, that we just wanted to look. We had been by this store so many times previously. He was very kind, and very polite, and even offered to show us around the store. We were in there for well over an hour, just talking and looking at everything. Not once did he try to push us to buy anything, he only talked and listened. My husband has now decided that we do in fact need a new couch, and we know exactly where we will be going and exactly who we are buying from. Thank you Tommy for your kindness. Great experience. We purchased a sofa and love seat with power reclining. They gave us a great deal on the set. We got it home and realized we needed an additional battery pack to run the sofa because our open floor plan at home did not allow us to put the sofa and love seat against the walls. They provided another battery pack to us free of charge.

The associates at Ashley in Wytheville were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The quality of the furniture is top notch! With a house full of pets and a rambunctious grandson, we needed furniture that would last. With the help of the salesperson, we were able to purchase a reliable sofa and recliner.

Please check your furniture. They covered up scratches and sold a tv stand. They got over on an 82 year old disabled veteran. They said all sales are final. Sad sad

So they flat out lied about the delivery time. Said a week 1 month later still dont have it. The lady at the warehouse said they knew it would take a while, so she lied when she said it.

I purchased an Ashley reclining sofa about 2 years ago and I am ready to throw it in the garbage. I would not take anything Ashley sells if you would give it to me. I bought the 5 year warranty plan and I have already 2 claims on it in 2 years. It is impossible get in touch with Ashley directly. No wonder. They probably ashamed of their products. I would be as well. Take it from me. DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE.

Salesman filled us with false deliveries and after we paid, they wouldn't return our calls for delivery times. Spoke to manager who wasn't helpful. We wont be shopping there again.

It's a satellite store, so they don't have a lot in stock, but they have access to warehouses with transfer fees

When I finally received furniture (after 3 times of us sitting at home waiting for delivery) it was incomplete. Was told they would bring other stuff later that day, again didn't show and wouldn't answer calls. Horrible communication as well. Would not return multiple calls or text throughout a weeks time. Even the manager didn't call back. We will not be doing business with Ashley Furniture ever again!

Don't expect any refund on your purchase if you decide not to purchase furniture from them because it want happen they tell you they don't do refunds and then keep your money

We have had a ashleys memory foam matress for about 7 or 8 years and let me tell ya. If it's "firm" then it's always gonna be that way. I'm 170 lbs and it's still too firm for me and doesn't fit the contour of me and causes pain. So since the matress still looks brand new we went to look at a affordable replacement and every matress they had online under $998 wasn't on display and the fella thay helped us wasn't aware of them but was knowledgeable enough to let us know they had nothing in our budget. So, we liked the prices at Mattress firm more .

I went in on my lunch break to look around and was greeted by Toni Widner such a sweet lady! My husband and I are looking for a new bedroom suit and Toni asked what I had in mind and I gave her a few ideas. Toni showed me 3 that I really loved gave me some information on it so I could give to my husband. Thank you Toni for your help! We will be back!!!

The Ashley store in Wytheville is our favorite furniture store. We drive from Bristol to Wytheville (1 hour) to make our furniture purchases. The store manager, Bryan Myers, is a big part of the reason. He always greets you at the door with a big smile and makes you feel at home. Bryan is very helpful and is willing to work with you to make the deal work. Kudos to the Wytheville Ashley store for a job well done!

Went into Ashley’s here in Wytheville to just kill some time. Wasn’t really in the buying stage. I was greeted very warmly by Toni told her she didn’t need to waste her time I wasn’t buying today. She said no waste at all if you were going to buy what would you be looking for. I told her a couch. She showed me around we sat on several and as she was telling me about the sale I went on progressive to see what I could get approved for. Ashley’s furniture are crooks! They over charge their customers and lie about everything. Say they would give a certain price but gave a way different one. A couch and loveseat that was suppose to the $1,500 is now almost $3,000. Such a rip off. I’ll never do business with them again.

She took the time to walk me through what they have and could get after finding out I have issues with the way things feel. She explained the different financing available, and walked me through how the protection plan worked. Ended up purchasing multiple pieces. Will definitely return in the future.

Our sales girl Shelby was great...that was the most pleasant experience...however distribution center is terrible...they delivered our furniture...and put the wrong piece on the truck after waiting for 3 weeks...when I called the distribution center they told me it was going to be another 2 weeks for my correct piece to be delivered....they didn't make me a priority for their mess up...we get a notification of the delivery time between 3-6pm doesn't get here until 9pm...and it's broken...when I called to tell them it's broken...they have to email to get a replacement piece....this experience was awful...will not be shopping with Ashley furniture again...

From the time we walked in the door to when we left the staff was absolutely great. I am a project specialist with sales myself and if this were my employees I would give them a raise. Nothing but professional and great to work with. I highly recommend to purchase from this store but if the bar is always this high with Ashley furniture then keep up the good work. I bought a nice bench from the floor in the store. Not long after the purchase the seat was sagging in the middle. Upon inspecting it we found that a natural wood defect had came apart. I call the store and was told there was no warranty on items purchased from the showroom floor unless I had bought a plan with the purchase. I called corporate and was told the items brought from a showroom floor was classified as used furniture, therefore had no warranty unless a plan was purchased at the time of sale. Who wants to buy from a business that has no warranty unless purchased with the purchase?

Workers are very attentive

Well, it was during the festivities for the Independence Day celebration that I decided to get out of the heat and even though I saw all the staff there at the desk, I meandered through and sat and reclined in every piece of furniture in the store, no one came over to ask anything of me, until I went on the back side of the store to test out more livingroom furniture. Then this worker named Jason came over, and let me tell all of you.... he is just about the nicest sales associate I've ever met. I explained my health problems to him and said that I needed a certain type of recliner and sofa and loveseat. He helped me to a beautiful zero gravity livingroom set that I'm absolutely in love with. Hey everyone,, if you want to be treated like royalty,, ask for Jason when you shop at the Ashley store in Wytheville.

The store manager went above and beyond to make sure we where happy with our purchase after a few problems with delivery from the warehouse. It's good to know that if there is a problem they will do their very best to make it right even when it's no fault of the store.

This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Jason was so knowledgeable and helpful. He did not pressure us at all. The staff were all friendly. Their selection of furniture is amazing. Top that off with excellent prices and I am a fan. Will definitely shop here again!

Nice clean store with no pressure shopping great sale person

It's nothing special and, so now, we have three furniture stores in town. Plus the Amish! It's a good thing, competitionthat is, though.

The sales rep was friendly and helpful. Shipping was delayed but that was due to covid. Overall I would say I had a good experience. Looking forward to receiving my piece of furniture.
